Since I'm a huge advocate for cultivating community and creating connections, I wanted to share 3 of my best tips for getting out there and building new friendships! Especially if you’re an entrepreneur, you’ll know how isolating and difficult it can be, so I hope these ideas remind you that it’s possible and maybe even easier than you think! In this episode I’ll touch on:

• Why fitness communities are a great place to start for finding like-minded friends.
• You have to put in the work and effort to get there, but it’s worth it!
• There is so much variety when it comes to in-person events, from types, to sizes and more!
• It’s okay to change who you want in your circle as you evolve.

Being a multi-faceted entrepreneur with some lofty goals can become overwhelming, but I’ve realized I can’t do it alone or without making some real changes or investments in particular ways. I am having a blast bringing you these solo episodes, and have so appreciated hearing your feedback on my last few! Today I wanted to chat with you all about the value and possibilities that can come from outsourcing! I’ll dive into what this looks like for myself on a personal and professional level, and hopefully provide you with some inspiration for where you might be able to implement and navigate doing this in your own life. • Why as a personal trainer, I choose to have my own personal trainer and can’t recommend it enough.

I have always been inspired and intrigued by hearing about the morning routines of other entrepreneurs and  business owners I know, follow and love, so I thought I would share my own current morning routine with you! As I take steps into growth and develop personal goals, I find how I dial into my routine and allocate time for particular things become increasingly more important in achieving those other items down the line, especially when it comes to energy! This has been a big year for me with not only attending some outstanding events, but continuing to design and run my own within the Inspire + Move community! Healing Journey Tips29 Feb 202400:13:50

Bringing you some softer vibes with a deeper topic on today’s episode as I chat about the healing journey after loss. This is something that hits close to home for me, and recently with a few of my dear friends, so I thought I would take the time to share the things I focused on and the tools that helped me to navigate those moments as gently and kindly as possible.This can apply to a variety of forms of pain or loss you may be experiencing and I hope it meets you where you are! Here is what I get into:

• Listening to your body as well as your soul when it comes to allowing yourself stillness
• Being mindful of energy draining activities and leaning into nourishing habits, like movement and sleep.
• The importance of “feeling the feels” and releasing those built up emotions therapeutically, whether physically or through journaling.

There is so much value in practicing and keeping these tips in your back pocket when those harder moments or days can sneak up on you out of nowhere. Remember to take it one step at a time and show yourself tons of grace and support!

Sometimes episode inspiration strikes after a morning coffee with Matt and our dogs, and today was no different!
