How I'm Falling in Love with My Life Again02 Jul 202600:31:21

This week's focus is me falling back in love with my life. I'm talking ditching the pressure of a "perfect" morning, and leaning into what actually makes me feel good instead of what I think should, also pamper-everything showers, redecorating my space, and turning my to-dos into hobbies I actually want to do.

This one's all about slowing down and being present this summer!

I'm Back: My Summer MO24 Jun 202600:33:39

I'm back! After a little hiatus, I'm returning to the pod with a catch-up on everything I've been up to; bridesmaid duties, work, a staycation, and of course, everything I've been loving from chunky jewelry and linen pants, to crocs?!

This week I'm laying out my Summer MO. Not goals, not rules, just a vibe. Think less phone, more yes, maximum sun exposure, farmers' market runs, routines I'm enjoying, and a proud declaration of outfit repeating. This is your permission slip to just actually live this summer!

Let's Just Chat: Bachelorettes, Besties, and Betrayals, 20 May 202600:27:49

I am fresh off a bachelorette weekend with nothing philosophical to say and genuinely mush for a brain, so we're just yapping this week.

My best friend Cassia had her bachelorette in Kelowna, and I showed up with a giant suitcase, a duffle bag of boots, and my entire espresso machine. Forgot the coffee beans. That should tell you everything you need to know.

This episode I'm just chatting about the weekend and about female friendships being the only thing I know for certain will cure absolutely anything.

I'm also introducing the betrayal list, because some things have wronged me this week and I need to talk about it. As always, I close with things I'm loving including a new artist I discovered, side parts making a quiet comeback, and a martini I cannot stop thinking about.

Lighten Up: Life is Supposed to be Fun13 May 202600:27:02

I've been in a season of good busy lately! The kind where you're grateful but you're also kind of just making it through, and somewhere in the middle of all of it I just crashed out. What pulled me back was some simple time just being present and my friend Simone reminding me that we literally live on a floating rock.

In this episode I'm getting into why I spent way too long thinking I had to choose between being ambitious and being the girl who just wants to laugh and dance in dive bars with her girlfriends. Spoiler: you don't have to pick. I'm also sharing five simple ways to bring more fun into your everyday life and none of them require a life overhaul, I promise!

As always, I close with things I'm loving, including a Noah Kahan cry in the shower song and the new summer trends I'm into.

Growing Pains: Navigating the Relationships that Matter Most with Alexis Banda06 May 202600:42:45

This week my sister Alexis joins the pod, fresh off of finishing second year of vet school, visiting Kelowna in desperate need of a little r 'n' r.

We get into growing up as complete opposites and what that actually does to a relationship over time, the unsolicited advice I always give and what it felt like on the receiving end, how we went from drifting apart to the closest we've ever been, and what it takes to love someone whose whole world looks nothing like yours.

Plus, of course a few giggles along the way; reminiscing, random bird facts, and a jelly flats debate.

Busy Women: The Art of a Full Life with Josée Jarratt29 Apr 202600:39:05

The first guest has entered the chat! And it had to be Josée Jarrett. She is the busiest woman I know; clinical counsellor, yoga teacher, wife, new mom, and somehow, amongst it all, still one of the most intentional humans I know.

In this conversation, we get into why your identity can't just be one thing, what it actually looks like to hold onto yourself when life piles on; whether that's a new baby, a demanding career, or just the general chaos of being a person with a lot of passions, how to schedule your calendar when there's so much to fit in, the art of shuffling vs. failing, and why you should never have to apologize for what lights you up.

This one felt like a much needed girls chat!

The Life Audit: How to Build a Life You Truly Want22 Apr 202600:23:28

This week we're doing a full check-in on what's lighting you up, what's draining you, and whether you'd choose it all again if you were starting over.

Five questions to figure out where you are, where you want to be, and what one small thing you can actually do about it. Grab your journal, your notes app, or just your thoughts, and let's get into it.

And of course, my current rotation of things I'm loving (yes, I found the satin shorts, and yes, we're bringing back brooches!)

Welcome to Inner Dialogue: Get to Know Me and the Pod15 Apr 202600:25:26

She's here, she's finally here! The debut episode of Inner Dialogue is all about who I am, why I started this, and what you can expect every week. Settle in, grab a bev, or hit play in your headphones, we're getting into it!
