Slings & Arrows Season 1 comes to its stunning conclusion. Does our Hamlet return? Does Richard and Holly's scheme to wreck everything succeed? With only two episodes remaining, episode 5 finally delivers the Shakespeare content we've been patiently (?) waiting for. Nobody can see the vision for this Hamlet until Jack understands who his Hamlet will be. Will it all come together in time? How many new obstacles will Richard and Holly throw in Geoffrey's way?

As we open Episode 4, Ellen's house looks a bit like Elsinore in Act V. Much of her furniture may not have survived, but what of her cast mates? Where are they as the sun rises?

In other news, Geoffrey has some much-needed therapy with Oliver and begins to get at what's really bothering him. Is it all Darren's fault? Or perhaps someone else from their past?

Most importantly, with only six episodes in a season, we're halfway to the finish line! When are we going to start seeing some actual Hamlet performances?

In this episode, we continue with Slings & Arrows Season 1 Episode 3, "Madness in Great Ones."

Despite becoming Interim Artistic Director as well as custodian of former director Oliver's skull, the one thing Geoffrey does not want to do is direct the company's production of Hamlet. But can he sit back and watch as the production is handed over to his arch-nemesis? Amid the backdrop of Geoffrey's supposed madness, we also learn of Holly's questionable plans for the theatre and get a glimpse at the contrasting acting methods employed by Claire and Jack.

Episode two covers episode two of Slings & Arrows. Despite calls for “More Shakespeare,” Duane and Keith find a considerable number of connections to Hamlet, the play the rest of Season One will cover. 

In episode one, Keith and Duane break down the first episode of the Canadian television show Slings & Arrows. Future episodes will continue their analysis of the show and include additional commentary, listener questions, callbacks, and improved audio (KJ forgot to bring all the necessary cables and Duane needs a new microphone!).
