The majority of you who have stumbled across this podcast probably view client acquisition as a major bottleneck. 

It's safe to say that after scaling 2 businesses to multiple 7 & 8 figures, client acquisition, business, mindset, client delivery, etc is something that hasn't been a problem for me for a very long time. 

This podcast is all about how to eliminate client acquisition as a bottleneck, sign more clients, make more money & have a ton of fun doing so. 

In the past 7 years, I've signed well over 3000+  B2B clients across my marketing & consulting agency & in this podcast, I am going to teach you how I did it & how you can do the exact same.

I’m a firm believer in the fact that you don’t need fancy things to succeed in business. 


You don’t need an oura ring. 


You don’t need a standing desk. 


You don’t need a fancy meditation headband. 


You simply don’t need these types of things in order for you to win. 


I speak from personal experience; I was able to scale my first marketing agency to 6 figures without the best environment or tools at my disposal. 

 

That being said, they certainly do help.


Whilst you can win without these various optimisations in your life & business, there are many of these things that can help you get to your desired destination faster. 


That is exactly what I learnt in the past few years, once I started to accumulate some decent capital. 


I re-invested into my health, business & environment, which yielded an unbeatable ROI in all areas of my life.

Is SMMA saturated?


You’ve probably seen this topic raised a million times by now or at least similar renditions to it;


‘SMMA is dead’

‘SMMA is saturated’

‘SMMA no longer works’


You get the drift. 


The truth of the matter is that most of the people that claim it’s saturated either have failed in it or are trying to sell you an alternative to fill their own pockets. 


From my personal experience, I can wholeheartedly say that the concept of SMMA being ‘saturated’ is a heap of garbage. 


There are an abundance of businesses & markets who are in dire need of your services within this space.


I’m proof of that. 


I literally built & scaled a 7-Figure agency (Northflow Consulting) in one of the most saturated niches ever; GYMS!


So when people tell you SMMA is saturated, it’s usually translation for ‘I failed in SMMA so I’m going to blame the business model rather than myself’ or ‘I’m going to bring down this model & use it as a stepping stone to sell something else’


Pick your poison.

190. Watch This If You're Struggling To Get SMMA Clients

Focus on what works. 


One of the main reasons why agency owners struggle to sign clients is due to their impulsiveness. 


They feel the need to constantly change things, when there is no need to change them at all. 


It’s so easy to fall into this trap because you use ‘improvement’ as the reason to constantly re-iterate. 


Now I’m a big fan of improving things, however, if something is working & it’s doing what I need it to do, I do not lay a finger on it. 


Me trying to improve an existing winning formula, can easily destroy the entire process. 


This is what so many agency owners tend to do. 


They fall into the trap of thinking that they need to constantly change things & reiterate. 


The truth of the matter is that once you have a system that works & is hitting your minimum KPIs, don’t bother messing with it. 


Simply scale it up. 


That’s literally all you need to do to get clients on a consistent basis. 


The minute you start tweaking things & fall into the improvement trap, is the minute where you put yourself at risk of having everything fall apart.
