A recent poll by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) found that 60% reported that climate change had negatively affected their mental health a figure that rose to 73% among 16-24 year olds. Climate anxiety is feeding into a mental health picture that has worsened since the pandemic. Today, we sit down with Lucy Johnson to how the climate crisis impacts our mental health and ways/methods to which we can tackle this issue.
