Antoinette Luu is a Vietnamese-Australian writer practising in south-west Sydney. Antoinette’s poetry seeks to locate the global in the local. To her, poetry is lived before it is written. Antoinette has published writing and performed poetry with numerous creative organisations, including the Australian Poetry Journal, Bankstown Poetry Slam, Sydney Writers Festival, NSW Reconciliation, PHIVE, Riverside’s National Theatre of Parramatta, and FBi Radio. She is a three-time finalist for Australia’s National Youth Poetry Slam and is a member of the poetic quartet, After All, who won the 2025 Grand Slam.

Annabella Luu is a Vietnamese-Australian writer, slam poet, perennial student, and prodigious note-taker from southwestern Sydney. Annabella’s work sustains an ongoing investigation into her position as second-generation daughter of refugees living on Darug Land. Most recently, she has published her poetry in DVAN’s Diacritics, exhibited in Fairfield City Museum and Gallery, and performed at the Sydney Opera House.

Andi Stewart is a queer galaxy in the shape of a poem. Four time Australian Poetry Slam finalist and two-time runner-up, his poetry hits the sweet spot between radical honesty and just-uncomfortable-enough to warrant second place. Founder of WhamBamSilverSlam and ROWDY, you may know him from the Opera House stage; his features at a myriad of events including Red Dirt Poetry Festival, Slamalamadingdong, and Enough Said Poetry Slam; his work with organisations such as Nayri Niara Festival, Wide Open Space Festival, WordTravels, and Tas Pride; or as the producer and regular performer at Wordcraft. His words explore queer identity, trans, true, and toxic masculinity, privilege and oppression, politics, God, and the kind of emotions that can only be expressed through copious amounts of metaphors.

Mary Williamson came late to sharing spoken word creations although she credits her love of the Stories of Things to her father and the deeply abiding sense that she had a voice she needed to use.
A reflective, and highly visual poet and writer, Mary debuted on the open mic in a Mother Tongue event at The Seven Sisters Festival at the beginning of the pandemic in Australia. She has continued sharing at a mixture of online and in person events including Mother Tongue - Women Speak, Ballarat Spoken Word, Wordcraft, Girls on Key, Cherry Poets, Perc.U.lations, Words Aloud and Your Place (Aotearoa), painting with words and emotion on both the page and the stage.
She sees poetry as her active recovery from life, exploring the human condition through a multi-mind lens with compassion and curiosity.
