The last time Antoni was on the pod he had just signed for Bolton, he talk to Jordan & Gaz about becoming the captain & the pride of winning promotion from League 2.

Antoni then openly discusses what went wrong and how his shock exit came about before eventually joining Stockport where he achieved promotion from the National League to League One in just 3 seasons.

Finally Antoni discusses what it's like for a non-league player to be selected for England C, who he played with and how that differs from the first team.
