This week's episode is a little inspired motivational chat on why being you, FULLY being YOU, is so damn important.
Want to swear? Do it. Want to dress differently? Do it. Want to dye your hair purple? Effing do it.
The world needs you to be yourself, not to be a conformed perfect version of you, and funny enough... by fully doing you, you will fully attract the results you seek.

Over the past few months, I had been traveling a lot with the intention of getting out of my comfort zone (bye, anxiety!) and stepping into the next version of myself. I was home for Christmas in Boston, then California for two weeks, then Squamish, Canada. I was working, leading the meditation at a Spiritual retreat, exploring, and EXPERIENCING. On today's episode of I Can't Wait To Tell You, I discuss how SO many of us, myself included, simply have too much on our plate's.
"Energy flows where your attention goes," so if your attention is going in 100 different directions, how is energy (opportunity, money, experience, a person) supposed to flow to one area!?
As usual, the overall message of this particular episode is to look at your schedule and see what you can cut back on. Are you too busy to be living a life of presence and alignment? Is busyness worth it?
If you loved this episode, please share it with a friend who could use hearing it, and check out my Patreon page to donate so that I can continue creating content (link below!) :) https://www.patreon.com/join/caseyedwardllc?

On today's episode of I Can't Wait To Tell You, I decided to record some affirmations that you could follow along with and repeat!
Affirmations are an AMAZING way to rewire our brains and create neural networks, or in other words, to think new thoughts enough so that they become our DEFAULT way of thinking.
You can either do this in the comfort of your normal meditation space OR even while driving, walking, etc! Just don't close your eyes for the latter options ;)
Also, as mentioned in the show, I have joined Patreon. My goal in life is to help as many people as possible by expanding Consciousness and soothing angst and suffering. To do this, I will be asking the help of my listeners, readers, and viewers, to donate so that I can upelvel the show and the rate at which I can create content and spread the message of alignment and Inner Peace to all!
Thank you as always to every single one of you who listen. If becoming a Patron does not resonate with you, I ask that you leave a review and comment on iTunes, as it helps me out immensely :)

Also, just wanted to give a special shoutout to our show sponsors, COTZ Sunscreen and Vacasa.
In this episode, I discuss a balance I have been thinking about a lot lately: Consciously manifesting what we want, while also allowing nature's course to unfold.
Without balance, we will be paddling up the stream of life, and it will constantly feel forced. YES, we can and should know what we want, and take the action that feels inspiring to get us there. NO, we do not have to feel hurried or stressed or take action from a place of fear and lack.
For anyone who wishes to look up the Verse I read in this episode, you can Google "The Tao Te Ching Verse 29."

On today's episode of I Can't Wait To Tell You, I decided to fill you guys in on some injuries I sustained recently that resulted from over-exertion.
I have ALWAYS been one of those people who coped with stress by working out, but also subconsciously always known that it was more of a "need" than something I enjoyed doing.
In this episode, I talk about my injuries, and what taking so much time off of "cardio" has helped me to do.
As I mentioned at the end of the show, I will link my online courses below for you to check out, and as always, you can slide into my DMs on Instagram @casey_edward.

After a nice little break from the show (aka just a few weeks), I realized that I missed podcasting. I also realized that it wasn't necessarily the show I needed a break from, but also from running myself ragged, ya know?
This short intro will let you know what to expect this season, and foreshadows a little about what I have been up to!
Cannot wait for this Season, as I feel as though it will be amazing and so different than Season 1.
LAST episode of Season 1- I can hardly believe it!
What an amazing first season filled with so many wonderful guests, so many alignment-inducing conversations, and so much insight for myself and hopefully all of you as well:)
Today is a little bit different of an episode to round off the season. Today, I wanted to get real and vulnerable with you, and talk about the past few months I had, which included not being able to get out of bed, allowing myself to go to the dark, giving in to the stories of the ego, and seeing overall exploring whether or not it is necessary to "go there."
I hope you enjoy this episode, and I thank you SO much for tuning in for not only this one, but for all of Season 1!
As always, if you need me, you can find me on Instagram @casey_edward or on my website http://www.caseyedward.com

On this episode, we dive into, in addition to many other things: -How Elizabeth started to follow her gut and intuition, even when it meant going against her well-planned out "path." -How Elizabeth made a paradigm shift in her life from incessant exercise and controlling her food intake, to truly tapping into her body's needs and wants (which, spoiler, did not involve either of those things.) -How Elizabeth knew something was off, and what she did once she learned that her hormones and adrenals needed a lot of care and attention. -Adaptogens: What they are, how they found their way into Elizabeth's life, and how we can use them on a daily basis to heal and nourish our bodies.
...and SO, so much more!
Not only did I get to hangout with Elizabeth in person, but I also got to try her rose elixir, which I am now obsessed with for making lattes! On today's episode of ICWTTY, I dive into a question that I receive all the time, and that I got an email about this morning.
This episode is about the difference between being the OBSERVER of your thoughts and CHOOSING different thoughts. There is a vast difference between sitting in meditation and exploring the subconscious beliefs you wish to uplift and thinking different thoughts on a daily basis.
Will thinking different thoughts be tough sometimes? Of course! But THAT is where the change occurs. From a new perspective and mind, this is where shifts begin.
I am so happy to have been flowed this episode and hope it clarifies for you what I would have loved clarification on long ago in my own journey!
Also, as I mentioned in this episode, I will be segue-ing out of 1 on 1 Coaching and into group Coaching at the end of the month. I feel as though it is time to expand, and this has what has been feeling super fluid for me, so I am very much looking forward to this.
For more info on Coaching or me, head to IG @casey_Edward or my website www.caseyedward.com :)

On today's episode, I talk about how it is important to make decisions BEFORE "figuring things out."All of the big, important decisions I have made in my life -particuarly over the past year- have come from this tactic. So often, we say "when I have the money" or "once I figure things out" or "I'll do it later," yet there is SO much power in a decision; in a declaration. I hope you enjoy this FLASH episode, and as always you can connect with me further:On Instagram: @casey_edwardwww.caseyedward.com

Hello, wonderful friends! On today's episode, I wanted to go back to basics. What do I mean by this? Well, as of late I have been getting a lot of questions from ladies in my course, as well as from people on IG pertaining to law of attraction, reality, and taking control of their lives.
