They are currently the Head of Learning and Development at Channel 4 starting in February 2021. Prior to this, Jamie worked as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at FMLM Applied Ltd starting in 2019. In 2020, Jamie held the role of Interim Organization Development Lead at DS Smith, where they focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. From 2014 to 2020, Jamie was the Global Head of Organization Development at BBC Studios Ltd, leading the transformation of the organization and implementing new frameworks and approaches. They have also held significant leadership roles at PA Consulting, including Managing Consultant, where they worked on various HR projects and supported talent management at well-known companies.
