Prominent Austin music journalist, author, and historian Michael Corcoran passed away. He was best known for writing for The Austin American-Statesman, The Dallas Morning News, SPIN Magazine, The National Lampoon and many more. He'll be missed by the Austin music and arts community. Rest in peace, Michael.
