Episode 4 -Simple exercises to help your riding27 May 202100:10:24
A few stretches you can perform at the barn before you get on. All these are standing so don’t need any special equipment and can be done in your riding clothes.
Episode 3 - Starting with a balanced seat08 Mar 202100:18:53
As I started to work through this episode it struck me that there are so many facets to this subject. I will be adding further episodes on this subject in the next few weeks. I apologize for the bad sound on the exercise section. Sometimes I have to record in the moment even if I’m driving. Episode 2 - Making the most of down time29 Jan 202100:21:44

With our busy schedules, bad weather, injuries and other inconveniences riding is not always at the forefront of our time with our horses.

So what else can we do?

I give a few ideas of how we can keep moving forward during those pesky times so we can keep building our relationships and hopefully have an even better experience the next time we get on.

Give me an email at cottagefarinc@gmail.com if you have an idea you want to share , want to share information or would like to maybe contribute to the podcast in an interview.

Lets help each other be the best, most educated owners for our equine partners!

Coming up in the future I would like to do a few give aways. Let me know if you'd like that?
