What Losing My Voice Taught Me25 Jul 202300:14:55

Welcome back to the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast! Today's episode is all about the life lesson that was handed to me on a silver platter a few weeks ago when I found myself with bronchitis and lost my voice completely.

In this episode, I invite you to look at your own energy and the ways in which you could be spending (and recharging) it in a way that's  more fully aligned to your own design. Our energy IS a renewable resource, but when we're not in tune with our own expenditure of it, it's easy to find our tanks on 'E' with no re-fill in sight.

Missy Bunch on The Neurology of Pain and How We Can Heal11 Jul 202301:00:50

On this episode of the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast we have the miracle worker and physical healer extraordinaire, Missy Bunch.

Missy is a multi-certified movement therapist who has been educating and coaching for over 13 years.

As a young professional dancer, she battled many injuries over her career and one day she found someone who studied neurology (the study of the brain and nervous system). After one session with this person, her 4-year knee pain was completely gone. She knew she wanted to teach this approach to the world.

The importance of brain function and using the nervous system to rapidly "debug" movement patterns, decrease pain and increase performance, has led her to teach and create lightning-fast improvements with people from all walks of life.

In this episode we dive into the personal work I've done with Missy and the incredible results I've already experienced, along with going in depth on the 'how' and the 'why' behind the life-changing work she does.

SUPER-POWERED: Reframe Your Weaknesses27 Jun 202300:28:19

Have you ever been sold a limiting belief about yourself that you bought hook, line and sinker? Or perceived yourself to be "less than" or "not enough" in some way shape or form when it came to achieving the life of your dreams?

Mark Nepo on Time, Tenderness, and the Art of Becoming19 Aug 202500:56:26

Welcome back to the podcast. I am honored to share this conversation with one of my greatest teachers, Mark Nepo, as the first interview of Homeward.

Mark is a poet and spiritual teacher whose work has accompanied seekers for decades, including his #1 New York Times bestseller The Book of Awakening. He has published twenty-six books and recorded fifteen audio projects, with his newest, The Fifth Season: Creativity in the Second Half of Life (July 2025), inviting us to live from the inside of the one life we're given.

In this conversation, we explore how wisdom ripens across time, what tenderness asks of us in the face of pain, and how creativity becomes a practice of becoming- especially in life's later seasons. Mark shares stories from his journey, including lessons forged through fear and uncertainty, and offers his perspective on meeting each day with presence, courage, and care.
