Will Crewdson/Scant Regard
Épisode 2
vendredi 24 avril 2026 • Durée 24:03
What do you get when you mix the energy of Adam Ant’s touring band with the fizzing soundscape of Scant Regard? In our first-ever deep dive interview, we sit down with the legendary Will Crewdson to talk about a career spent creating music not only as solo artist, Scant Regard, but also as a band member with Gaye Bykers on Acid, Rachel Stamp, She Made Me Do It and playing with The Selecter, Bow Wow Wow, Celine Dion, Peter Murphy, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Bryan Ferry and of course, Adam Ant! He is non-stop!
Will takes us back to the start from a sold out show at the Astoria in the 90s with his band Rachel Stamp, to his new album ‘Express Purpose’ as Scant Regard. Opening up his gear vault—including the story of his Rickenbacker and why a Teisco Spectrum Del Rey is his ultimate reliable workhorse. From the weirdest moments on stage to the alchemy that defines his ’twangified’ sound, this is the history of a modern guitar hero.
