The "Prize" refers to one (1) $150.00 gift card to dine at a restaurant. Winner will select the restaurant from list provided by The Promoter. 2. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All “entries” must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 28, 2023. One (1) winner in New York City living in a shelter for families with children will be selected at random by The Promoter on June 30, 2023, and the winner will be notified on or after this date. 3. The Promotor’s giveaway with entry via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok are open only to residents of a shelter for families with children in New York City. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms. 4. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway. 5. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. 6. Employees or volunteers of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. 7.
