What Is Cancer & How to Lower Your Risk

In this episode, we break down the fundamentals of cancer—what it is, how it forms, and why it matters to your long-term health. Cancer occurs when the body’s natural cell regulation fails, leading to uncontrolled cell growth. These rogue cells can form tumors and, in some cases, spread to other parts of the body through a process called metastasis. But not all tumors are cancerous, and understanding the difference is key.

This isn’t a doom-and-gloom story—this is about awareness, empowerment, and action.
