How to Stop Self-Sabotage and Start Receiving + Meditation
Saison 15 · Épisode 23
samedi 6 décembre 2025 • Durée 28:33
Have you ever noticed yourself pulling away just when things start going well — in your relationships, your career, or even your healing? You’re not alone, and there’s a reason this happens.
In this episode, I explore the deeper emotional and nervous-system patterns that make receiving feel unsafe, even when we consciously want more love, abundance, and ease. We’ll look at why self-sabotage is not a flaw but a protective strategy — and how to gently shift these responses so your body can hold more goodness without fear. You’ll also be guided through a soothing healing meditation to help your system relax, open, and feel safe to receive again.
✨ You deserve the life you’re calling in — let's help your body believe that too.
With love,
Dr. Evette Rose
The Truth About Healing No One Told You + Meditation
Saison 15 · Épisode 22
samedi 29 novembre 2025 • Durée 28:42
Most people think healing is a straight line — constant progress, constant breakthroughs, constant clarity. But what if the real truth is far more human… and far more compassionate than that?
In this episode, I share the deeper side of healing that many people never talk about — the spirals, the setbacks, the hidden layers, and the moments that make you question everything. Together, we explore what healing actually feels like inside the nervous system, why old wounds resurface even when you're “doing the work,” and how to meet yourself with gentleness when the journey gets messy. You’ll also experience a soothing guided meditation to help you reconnect with compassion, calm your body, and return to yourself with more softness and clarity.
✨ One breath. One step. One breakthrough at a time.
With love,
Dr. Evette Rose

Season 13 - Episode 3: Psychosomatics of Diabetes Type 2 | EVETTE ROSE
Saison 13 · Épisode 3
samedi 1 juillet 2023 • Durée 04:25
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by a combination of lifestyle and genetic factors. Psychological aspects have been thought to play an integral role in the development and progression of the condition. Studies have shown that psychological stress can cause increased levels of cortisol which may lead to insulin resistance, resulting in high blood glucose levels. Additionally, negative thinking patterns can produce higher amounts of adrenaline, which can further aggravate the symptoms. Furthermore, certain lifestyle decisions, such as poor eating habits or lack of exercise, could also be associated with type 2 diabetes via psychosomatic causes. In order to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes due to these psychological factors, it is important to practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or mindful breathing along with healthy eating habits and regular physical activity.
Season 13 - Episode 2: Message for Today - It’s a Matter Of Perspective | EVETTE ROSE
Saison 13 · Épisode 2
mercredi 28 juin 2023 • Durée 05:02
It is often said that "it's all a matter of perspective," and this is because our perspective, or the way we see and interpret things, can have a big impact on our experience. Our perspective is shaped by our beliefs, values, experiences, and biases, and it can affect how we perceive and interpret the world around us.✨
Season 13 - Episode 1: Psychosomatics of Diabetes Type 1 | EVETTE ROSE
Saison 13 · Épisode 1
samedi 24 juin 2023 • Durée 04:34
While the exact cause of type 1 diabetes is not yet known, some studies have suggested that psychological factors may play a role. It has been observed that psychological stress can increase levels of inflammation in the body, which in turn, can lead to hormonal changes within the pancreas and, subsequently, insulin resistance. Additionally, it has been theorized that negative thinking patterns may also be involved as they can put increased strain on the body’s metabolic systems, which could contribute to diabetes type 1. In order to address these psychosomatic aspects associated with type 1 diabetes, it is important to take steps toward improving emotional well-being through lifestyle changes and psychotherapy. Additionally, engaging in activities such as mindfulness or yoga may help reduce stress hormones and reduce symptoms over time.

Season 12 - Episode 41: Psychosomatics of Dermatitis | EVETTE ROSE
Saison 12 · Épisode 41
mardi 20 juin 2023 • Durée 04:26
Dermatitis is a skin condition that can be caused by various physical and psychological factors. Studies have suggested that stress and other psychological triggers can worsen the symptoms of dermatitis, as they can lead to an excessive release of cortisol, which in turn, causes inflammation. Additionally, negative emotions such as fear, guilt, or shame can cause increased levels of adrenaline which can further aggravate the condition. Positive thinking patterns and emotional regulation techniques such as mindfulness may help reduce symptoms in some cases. Furthermore, understanding and working on your individual triggers related to dermatitis may also help to reduce the chance of flare-ups. It is important to note that while emotional health plays an important role in managing dermatitis, it should not be seen as the cause of the condition itself.
Season 12 - Episode 40: Message for Today - Your Thoughts Determine Your Success | EVETTE ROSE
Saison 12 · Épisode 40
lundi 19 juin 2023 • Durée 08:37
It is true that our thoughts can have a significant impact on our success. Our thoughts and beliefs can shape our actions and behaviors and can ultimately influence the outcomes we achieve.🎇
Here are a few ways in which our thoughts can determine our success:
✨Thoughts shape our mindset: Our mindset, or the way we think about ourselves and the world around us, can have a big impact on our success. A growth mindset, for example, which is the belief that we can grow and develop through effort and learning, can lead to greater success than a fixed mindset, which is the belief that our abilities are fixed and cannot be changed.
✨Thoughts influence our actions: Our thoughts can influence our actions and behaviors. For example, if we believe that we can succeed, we may be more likely to take action and pursue our goals. On the other hand, if we believe that we are not capable of achieving success, we may be less likely to take action.
✨Thoughts can impact our confidence: Our thoughts can also impact our confidence, which can be an important factor in achieving success. If we believe in ourselves and our abilities, we may be more likely to take on challenges and pursue our goals with confidence.
