Recently, Michelle has taken on the mammoth task of changing the language we use to describe women and their bodies. It's time for words like "geriatric", "inhospitable" and "serial aborter" to go.

Then Josie Lloyd joins to talk about her newest book The Cancer Ladies' Running Club, and how it's inspired by the real-life events of her own cancer diagnosis. Josie ran the Brighton 10k in the middle of an operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, all with a group of women who were in similar situations.
