Katherine (@happilykatherine) and Tom (@happilyhusbandtom) return for the final episode of the season to countdown their Top 5 favourite Disney Princesses.

Katherine also interviews Motsi Mabuse, dancer, broadcaster and Strictly Come Dancing judge, who is the ambassador for Disney’s World Princess Week.

Motsi and Katherine talk about what it really means to be a Disney Princess, the qualities these stories can inspire in young girls, and the things we pass down through generations.

Plus, we explore Disney’s latest research into the impact of Princess stories on young women and girls.

Welcome back to Happily Chat!

I’m Katherine (@happilykatherine) and in this episode I’m joined once again by my good friend Stu (@dlptipsforirish).

This time, we’re recording live as we take a stroll through Disneyland Paris, from Disney Adventure World all the way to Disneyland Park, chatting as we go.

The main reason for our visit was to watch the brand new Disney Princess Cavalcade. We share our thoughts on the new entertainment, our highlights, and whether we think it’s a worthy addition to the park.

We also celebrate a huge moment for Stu, who was lucky enough to be in Disneyland Paris on the day the Irish language was officially added to “it’s a small world”, a massive milestone and something he championed for years.

And it wouldn’t be a Disney trip without a personal victory too! Katherine finally became a Galactic Hero on Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast after many, many attempts, so of course we had to chat about that as well.

We also talk all about the live action Moana. We’ve now both seen the full film and break down our thoughts on it, especially the impact of the music. Tom cried… a lot!

A correction for the podcast, “We Know the Way” was written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Opetaia Foa’i & Mark Mancina. After referencing Lin as the composer, we can't actually be sure who was in charge of that chord Tom loves so much...

I’m Katherine (@happilykatherine) and today I’m joined by a very special guest! You may know Sam online as Sam4God from YouTube and Instagram.

Sam is a Disney Parks vlogger, and fellow InsidEars member for Disneyland Paris.

She's a very popular Disneyland Paris vlogger, and after lots of requests from the community, I travelled to London to sit down with Sam for my very first proper interview episode of Happily Chat.

We sat down in a hotel bar in Soho with a couple of Iced Lattes and had a wonderful chat.

We talk all about Sam’s journey into content creation, her experiences visiting Disney parks around the world, and what it’s like sharing the magic online.

We also get into a Disney Parks rapid fire, discussing her favourite rides, snacks, restaurants, hotels and more, as well as her thoughts on Disneyland Paris, switching off in the parks, meeting incredible people along the way, and even the exciting future of theme parks here in the UK.

We went to World of Frozen! I’m Katherine (@happilykatherine), and today I’m joined again by Stu (@dlptipsforirishstu) as we walk and chat our way from Hotel Cheyenne across to Market House Deli in Disneyland Paris.

Stu and I had the absolute once-in-a-lifetime privilege of entering World of Frozen for a media preview on 14th March.

We got to see the new lake, Rapunzel Tangled Spin, World of Frozen with Frozen Ever After, Olaf and Mossie! We also experienced the world premieres of some exclusive entertainment, including the Cascade of Lights.

We were absolutely spoilt and are so grateful to have been included.

It was truly the best day of my life, and Stu being there made it even better. We created so many videos and shared lots of content that we loved making - and we hope you enjoyed watching it too.

With Disneyland Paris closing in on opening day, maybe we’ll return to share our thoughts again after the grand opening! We will be attending that and making more content - so stay tuned and keep an eye out for the next episode!
