Medicinal Mushrooms Are Way More Beneficial Than We Think With Ashley Southard, CEO of Mushroom Design27 May 202100:33:12

Medicinal and functional mushrooms have been on the rise over the past few years but what do they actually do? Ashley Southard, the Co-Founder and CEO of Mushroom Design, takes us to Mushroom School explaining all the different kinds of benefits, the dangers of overdosing on mushrooms, the difference by psychedelic and functional mushroom plus why her brand Mushroom Design is patented to be one of the most bioavailable ways to ingest functional mushrooms.

Mushroom Design is an innovative nutraceutical mushroom brand that inspires a better quality of life for humans—has been an avid believer in seeking natural, alternative healing remedies for years. After receiving alarming inflammation results in her bloodwork in 2020, Ashley, along with Co-Founder Jonathan Glinski, sought to change the medicinal mushroom industry by creating the first-ever mushroom multi-vitamin, properly dosed. The concept of Mushroom Design was conceived with the intent to “not preach to the choir,” but rather educate the masses on the immune-boosting and cognitive-enhancing benefits of medicinal mushrooms—without compromising the quality or the environment.

Finding Calm Within The Chaos + Manifesting With Action In Times Of Uncertainty 10 Jan 202100:30:20

This episode is a must-listen if you are feeling overwhelmed by the events in the world and/or in your personal life. I really try to share tools and tips in this episode to help you find calm within the chaos and ways manifest in times of uncertainty.

Finding calm within chaos is a practice I have been working on for the last six months. This last week I got put to the test in more ways than one. Finding calm within the chaos has been vital because the chaos isn't going anywhere. Last week was also difficult to get back into the new year routine/vision boarding and manifestation. Taking a new approach of detached manifestation and goal setting has motivated to set those plans even if they don't work out the way I anticipate them to.

About Bumble:

Bumble, the women-first social networking app, was founded by CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd in 2014. Bumble connects people across dating (Bumble Date), friendship (Bumble BFF) and professional networking (Bumble Bizz). No matter the type of relationship, women make the first move on Bumble. Bumble recognizes the importance of relationships and how crucial they are to a healthy, happy life. They’ve built their platform around kindness, respect, and equality – and their community plays an important part in that. Bumble holds its users accountable for their actions and has zero-tolerance for hate, aggression, or bullying. Bumble is free and available worldwide in the App Store and Google Play.

Haven't done a solo in a while so wanted to hop on and say hiii!  After having a really rough period last week, I realized I hadn't gotten women wellness check yearsss so I finally got my first LA Pap Smear at the most zenned out spa-like a retreat for your vagina. Crystals, salt lamps, cbd, the whole 9 yards. I also am continuously researching whether to buy stocks or designer bags. I am back on meds and loving it with the mindset the tomorrow isn't guaranteed and nothing lasts forever.
