Welcome to Guilders-Ford Radio, a Necromunda podcast broadcasting from the East Gate Docks of Hive Primus (via Guildford Games Club, Surrey, UK).

Team GFR are starting Season 4 strong with yet another special guest - returning friend of the show Constantin Gerlach, fresh from his most recent CoriusCon03 event in Berlin, Germany.  

We dive into all the details of the event, including the international crowd of attendees, fantastic terrain, bespoke campaign resources and some chronic FOMO from the team for missing out.

In Episode 25 - ‘That's an Easy Demon’, Team GFR celebrate two years of the podcast with a brief retrospective on the last twelve months of #Necromunda hobby, and all the sump dwellers, scummers and occasional Uphivers who’ve joined us on the show.

Fresh from his recent victory at SPIEL Essen in Germany, the team are delighted to be joined by Golden Demon winner Jon Geraghty, who took home the Gold in the Necromunda Category with his fantastic Escher diorama.  Jon discusses his experience at the competition, what it took to get the job done and fields the many other hobby-related questions the gang had for him .

Finally, Rosco and Leigh recently made a pilgrimage to the amazing #SumpCon4 at Tabletop Events in Belper, UK.

The long-advertised ‘Treasure in the Wastes’ campaign has kicked off with a mad (and slightly custom) version of the Bone Road Death Race.  Our version saw an 'all vs all', with 9 gangs trying to outdo each other across the wastes to be the first to get that sweet sweet loot.  We have a spirited discussion about the first game and tease what's coming up!

Episode 29 - Nomad on Nomad Action - sees Dixie, Gaz and Leigh share their thoughts following the finale of our Hive Secundus Underhells campaign at Guildford Games Club, which saw player’s gangs devastated by Malstrain Genestealers, toxic ticks and big holes in the ground.

Dixie has been pondering some rules modifications to entice in more Hangers-On and Outlaws to our part of the hive, and he's come up with some interesting approaches for arbitrators.

Episode 28 - Butterfly Creek - sees the team delving into the ongoing Underhells starter campaign that Dixie is running at Guildford Games Club. One of our newest players Josh (@dogtowndistillers) joins us to give a fresh perspective on the slaughter in Hive Secundus.

With the recent LVO reveal of the forthcoming Ash Wastes Nomads, Gaz is practically bouncing off the hive walls.  We do our own deep dive into the upcoming models and releases, along with a roundup of the latest hobby project from the team.

Finally, with the arrival of the refreshed Venators ruleset, we have an in-depth discussion about the wealth of different gangs now available to players, how almost infinite variety can affect an arbitrator building a living setting, and what this might mean going forward for Guilders-Ford.  

The team also have increasing concerns that the still-absent Rosco has moved into a New Zealand hobbit hole permanently - if any Kiwis have spotted Ross, please let us know!
