We will dive into topics like diet culture, intuitive eating, eating disorders, weight and size acceptance, body image, self-compassion & self-care. I will share my journey from dieter, disordered eater to dietitian who now helps women break free from the diet trap. My mission is to help you remove all of your food and body worries that consume your mind so that you have more space to find and follow your passions & purpose in life. I don’t want you to feel alone in your food freedom journey. So join me and we’ll have some fun and good laughs along the way. Here’s to more grace and no guilt!
