Guidelines for The Surrender Novena (9 consecutive days of prayer for special intentions)--

1. Start each day of the challenge by setting a clear intention. This could be a specific prayer request or a personal goal. Then, surrender even that to Jesus, asking Him to guide your prayers and intentions. 
2. Find a place to pray consistently-- same time and place--every day. 
3. Choose your prayer posture (seated, legs folded, kneeling, sitting, etc), and stick with it! I kneel! 🧎🏾‍♀️
4. Choose an item to have with you while praying (rosary, mala, bible, picture, painting, etc.) so that even when not in formal prayer, you can grab or glance at it and be reminded of what's True. I keep a rosary and a small Bible (also an image of the Black Madonna of Poland) with me.  It is believed to have been painted by St. Luke on a wooden tabletop carved by Jesus. It was while Luke was painting Mary that she told him about the events in the life of Jesus that would eventually end up in his gospel. (source: @EWTNmedia)
5. No gossiping, complaining, excessive talking, or scrolling during these nine days. Also, catch yourself when you're judging or trying to manipulate or control what's beyond your control, like other people. Let them be them, and let God be God. 
6. FORGIVE EVERYONE, including yourself. We work on that in this episode. 
7. Optional- Fast from a certain food or drink during these nine days.

Whoever wronged you this week last year, ten years ago, 20 years ago,

pray for them and their family that they may be healthy and wealthy, 

that they may find and be this Love. 

Change it up.

Do what you haven't done, 

and then watch. 

And be astonished.

"I've always been taking care of everything;

 until the feeling,

 the fullness itself becomes the mantra.

You stop repeating words,

 and you just keep repeating this Feeling.

You keep repeatedly turning to this Feeling that's already here. 

And eventually, you stop doing that,

because even the one that's turning to the Feeling doesn't exist.

Only that Feeling is here,

only that Fullness.

And It never fails.

like a rope, it's pulling you up and out of the chaos. 

You're learning to trust what's on the other end of that rope.
Trusting that It's pulling you to safety,
that It's pulling you to the recognition that you were never in a well of suffering.
That there was no well,
just the belief in one,
the dream of one,
just like the dream of 'you'.
And you wake up back on the throne,
you wake up back at His feet.

The only one I forgot to mention (that helped me TREMENDOUSLY) was:

1. Notice when you're worrying about something
2. Remember that you don't feel bad because what you're worrying about is true (or will come true), you feel bad because it's NOT TRUE. It's false. And that's the only reason you feel 'off'... because God doesn't agree with you on that subject.  When you and God differ on a topic, you get a sign. And that sign is 'worry', or 'fear'. 
3. Feel the relief in that remembrance and feel Go(o)d again.  Now you and God agree!
4. And watch what happens :)

and where Nikki seems to be here, that's the illusion.
And it's only an illusion because one day, Nikki won't be here.
But 'I'  still will be,
because 'I' can't go anywhere.
'I' didn't come here, so 'I' can't leave here.
'I Am' what is known as 'Here'.
Hereness is Me.

That's what you have to consider.
That's what you have to practice.
Everything has to remind you of That.
Everything has to be your mirror.
Everything has to be God.
There's no room for anything else.
No room for imperfections.
Today you're going to look out and see imperfections.
Your thoughts are going to inform you of many. 
And your work is to stay woke enough to hear every report of an imperfection,
to see every seeming imperfection,
and to hear Go(o)d where it appears to be.
To feel Go(o)d where it appears to be.

It's that simple.
You see the imperfection and you know God.
You feel THIS (Love) that you're feeling right now, while you're looking at it,
and then what you're looking at changes.
Even if you can't detect it in that moment,
it has changed.
Your gaze is healing this world.
Because your gaze is silent.
Because your gaze is steady.
Because your gaze is God's.

You spend time with God by listening.

Just listening. 
This listening is continuous,
that's mediation.
When you're listening you're not thinking,
that's meditation.
And then in the quiet listening,
Love is felt.
You hear God's silence, and then you feel God's Love.
You're gifted His Peace, 
and then you notice that that too, is continuous!
No matter what comes (or goes), this Peace stands.
All you have to do is remember to listen for the feeling of Peace,
and then that Peace dissolves everything that isn't Peace...
