Jessica has worked at the highest level, including the 2019 World Athletics Championships, the 2022 World Athletics Championships, Commonwealth Games and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Her expertise is also pivotal at the Victorian Institute of Sport, where she supports athletes from the Athletics program.


Jess covers a few myths surrounding how to fuel in and around training and the importance of getting carbohydrates in before any type of run.
