After leaving a demanding religion, it can be overwhelming to reconnect with the Divine, especially if you've been taught to fear anything outside the church's teachings. This is where storytelling can play a crucial role in the healing process. Sharing our stories allows us to process our experiences, challenge old beliefs, and redefine our understanding of spirituality in a way that feels safe and authentic.

In this episode, I discuss why storytelling is such an important tool for healing. It offers a gentle way to explore our feelings and encourages us to embrace the idea of the Divine on our own terms, free from the fear instilled by previous teachings. This mini-series holds special significance for me as it reflects my personal journey of transformation and the empowerment that comes from finding one’s unique spiritual path.

I also share about the Goddess I began working with first and how her influence has helped me navigate this new relationship with the Divine. By embracing her stories and qualities, I found the courage to move beyond fear and step into a more loving and supportive understanding of spirituality.

Although I am having to start from scratch in sooo many areas of my life, I am so thankful to have this space to pick up where I left of, and continue the work that is dear to my heart.

In our world, we are told we must COMMIT, FOLLOW THROUGH, and my favorite PUSH through. We clap for the big finishes and rightfully so. Its amazing to work hard, and achieve! Never in my life did I ever think I, Uʻilani , a girl who was a staunch Mormon girl, who lived to be GOOD, and being Liked meant more than anything else, would be speaking and teaching and leading in the ways I do now.

Todayʻs episode I invite you listen when you have time to do your own grounding work. To have a space to breathe, and hold yourself if what I share brings constriction in your body. Take breaks if needed as well. Maybe I talk about ME but really this is a WE conversation.

So much of what we have deemed as "normal" not having confidence, not loving ourselves, not being able to speak for our needs, our desires, sexual or not not being able to fully surrender isnt actually normal... and as we are in this season of remembering and reclaiming parts of our stories and identities, the part that so often gets left out of the conversation is reclaiming our innate Sexuality, and its own indivisual expression, because literally, we have all been hijacked by the patriarchy and colonialism especially in the Islands.

I talk about what trauma healing is from the perspective in the tantric approach and how the path can be simplified by our willingness to FEEL again...

A year ago I had no languaging around Embodiment or what it truly meant to live as Divine Feminine. I was a mentor. I had been a stylist, I taught people how to make money AND the secret to all my success came by way of diving into the INNER work.

No matter what I was leading, I realize I had ALWAYS been an intuitive coach. Knowing that self help and personal development is great, but ultimately our answers were and are ancestral and INSIDE of us.

It was this SENSE beyond what was "logical". and I get that we live in a society that prefers it to be so:

Thinking > Feeling

Head> Heart

Logic > Intuition

Rational > Mystical

Yet a year ago I found myself in my 1st Goddess Yoga Class, a womens sensual flow centered around Embodiment. and there it was. The piece I knew I had always yearned for. The words. The practice. The Homecoming.

In todayʻs episode I share WHY I am not a "life coach" no shade, but not my style.

Why cultivating our sensuality and embodied work will serve every aspect of our life

How Embodiment is our natural state and the true doorway to confidence, healing and self trust.
