I'm thrilled to share that we are back on the podcast with our favorite beverage cart girl, Nathalie, along with our popular guests Aaron Decorte and Brittney Boo. In this episode, we continue to explore fun and engaging stories of what it’s like to be a beverage cart girl.

I am deeply grateful to have the opportunity to be back on the podcast especially to discuss a serious and important subject. Please be advised that this episode will involve a conversation around the topic of suicide, including some content that may be graphic in nature.In this episode, we are honored to host special guest Kimberly Tocco. Our goal is to bring awareness and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our listeners. It is crucial to communicate that it is OK not to be OK, and that seeking help is a sign of strength. Our community was profoundly affected by the tragic death of Grayson Murray, a 30-year-old two-time PGA Tour winner, who died by suicide. According to the Palm Beach Gardens police, this occurred one day after he withdrew from the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2021, Grayson had publicly voiced that he did not receive adequate support from the PGA Tour during his struggles with alcoholism and mental health challenges. Just this year in January he won the Sony Open in Hawaii and maintained sobriety for eight months. The loss of Grayson has left a lasting impact on many.

Kimberly Tocco, who has also experienced the devastating loss of her son to suicide, has dedicated her life to helping others understand and navigate through this profound grief. We are dedicating this podcast episode to Brenda Taylor, wi th the hope that our discussion will resonate with listeners and foster a deeper understanding and compassion. On this Father's Day week I have a special episode dedicated to my Dad, Dan Lippstreu (AKA The Lipper).  My Dad has dedicated his life to golf and also to teaching me how to play and teach the game. I grew up in the industry and tell my story of growing up as a Golf Pros Daughter.  This episode is fun and emotional in places as he is one of the most important people in my life.  Happy Father's Day Dad. I love you!

We are privileged to have Jeff Ruedy, the General Manager of Ocotillo Golf Club, on our show. It was interested learning about Ocotillo's history and where they are headed. Jeff comes from a tennis and hospitality background and is now running a big operation in Chandler. We discuss the events we have had at Ocotillo and our new Summer Ladies Golf league starting 5/21. Ocotillo is owned by Arcis Golf which owns a lot of golf properties in Arizona.

This much anticipated episode has finally happened! Donna interviews Barb Brown (AKA Barbalicious) who is one of our most popular and fun members of Golf Party Live. This woman is so interesting having been married to a golf pro, a rock star and lived in so many places all over the world. She has been playing golf for almost 50 years! Like me, she has had some breaks from golf and not enjoyed it in the past. Now she is back loving the game, enjoying our golf community and playing pretty amazing.
