Hello WILD Goddesses, Happy 2023! Today we dive into a topic close to my heart. When deciding to take anti-depressants back in 2020 I had to shift my understanding of what medicine is there to do. Thinking of it as a support rather than a mask. In this episode I dive into how I believe the spiritual world can leave people feeling shamed for their choices and how I imagine us approaching medicine in the future - where eastern and western meet in beautiful harmony. Today we invite our first guest, my dear friend and incredible writer, Ned Vessey.

Ned will be taking us on a journey through two pieces of his work which so gorgeously show off Mother Earth as his No.1 inspiration. His way with words brings the most subtle moments to life and I feel so honoured that Ned was up for recording this episode.
