Shaun grew up playing various team sports, but last year he became more focused on distance running and started the Run 4 FCA fundraiser. In this interview we discuss how faith drives everything he does. Today we are interviewing my friend and fellow author Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith. She is an amazing woman who is a national and international media resource on the mind, body, spirit connection.
