Aaron Ross is a music industry executive and founder of Infinite Future Management, with more than 25 years’ experience across A&R, radio, artist development and management. He began his career at Virgin Records during the late 1990s, working within the label’s dance division VC Recordings at a time when artists including Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers and Daft Punk were reshaping electronic music culture. He later held senior promotion and A&R roles with Ministry of Sound, Defected Records and the relaunched Strictly Rhythm. In 2012, Ross founded Infinite Future Management, transitioning into artist management and helping guide the global breakthrough of Jonas Blue. Since then, he has developed a respected international roster spanning electronic and alternative music including TCTS, Chaney, Audio Bullys and Melon Bomb whilst working along the way with Roger Sanchez, Sandy Rivera and Kenny 'Dope' Gonzales. They discuss the founders' obsession with creating the ultimate sound system, the rise of the legendary Ministry of Sound compilation albums, and how the club helped launch countless DJs, producers and record labels. Lohan also reveals how Ministry developed 21 UK No.1 singles, signed artists including Example, DJ Fresh, Wretch 32 and London Grammar, and built one of dance music's most successful record businesses. Barbara Tucker "The Queen Of House", is a legendary vocalist, songwriter and performer, widely regarded as one of the house music's defining voices. A major force in house music for more than four decades, she's known for timeless club anthems including 'Beautiful People,' 'I Get Lifted,' 'Stop Playing With My Mind', 'Most Precious Love' and of course Hardrive 'Deep Inside'. Barbara held her first Ibiza residency in 2001 and has performed across the world and collaborated with dance music icons including David Guetta, Louie Vega, Todd Terry, Danny Tenaglia and Moby. Beyond the studio and stage, she is also a mentor, author, label owner and passionate advocate for the global house music community.
