Following Part 1 and the story of Allura's extraordinary awakening, this conversation responds to listener questions and explores a fascinating proposition:

What if we aren't actually creating reality, but projecting it through the unconscious patterns and nervous-system imprints we carry?

Allura explores consciousness as the foundation of our experience and takes Girl into the relationship between fear, pain, the body and the patterns that can unconsciously shape the way we experience our lives.

Rather than avoiding difficult emotions, Allura invites us to develop our capacity to hold them — to stretch the nervous system and allow the body to reveal what may be underneath the fear.

PAIN IS A PORTAL: Consciousness, Fear & the Reality We Create.

The conversation moves into some deeply human territory:

What are we really afraid of?

What happens when fear leads us back to the wound beneath it?

Why do we sometimes create our own internal prisons?

And could pain become a portal to deeper self-connection rather than something we need to escape?

Allura also explores the relationship between parents and children as evolutionary mirrors, her own journey of name change and awakening, the process of “coding” and reprogramming unconscious patterns, and the possibility of creating internal safety by moving through density rather than continually trying to avoid it.

Then the conversation becomes experiential.

Allura guides us through a body-awareness exploration into the fear of not being loved and the fear of non-existence — ultimately opening into what she describes as the void of pure potentiality.

Storme has always known that she would be singing as a part of her life’s passion and direction. During Primary School she thoroughly enjoyed singing in the school choir and singing solo parts. During her university days, she became immobilised and depressed about a number of things, which she has only been able to work through and come to peace with over the last 5 years. Music has been her saviour, listening to her favourite artists and favourite songs, as well as songwriting has been very therapeutic and has been a great way to release emotional energy and bring things to light for her. She literally sang for her and her friend's supper in Italy. She had studied Italian at Uni, and really love to sing in Italian. From then on she began trying to fit into a preconceived idea of herself as a ‘Music Superstar’ and all that would go with that. She spent a good deal of time playing out the generic title of The “poor, struggling musician’. Now looking back she has learned that in trying to fit into a mold of what she thought needed to be to ‘make it’ she lost sight of her authentic origins, passions and how it all began for her in the first place. Her first experience with Reiki/Energy Healing was 30 years ago, She had a massage and the therapist also did Reiki, Aromatherapy and Crystal Healing on her...it was amazing, Her life changed at that moment and the beginning of her personal healing journey and interest in Holistic Healing began,

 

A few years later she had her first experience with Hypnotherapy, She was highly anxious, depressed and stressed which had caused illness in her body. Her GP suggested she attend a Clinical Trial through the UNSW for Relaxation Therapy (aka Clinical Hypnotherapy) She didn't know how to relax, as was in constant fight or flight mode due to multiple traumatic events. She signed up and by her 2nd session her symptoms had eased and by her 3rd session her illnesses had vanished...this furthered her interest in Holistic Healing.

She had begun thinking these issues were normal, and something she would have to live with. Water is sacred, it is our lifeblood. It runs through our veins and comprises our beings. We are vessels of water. Water is the foundation of our life, and it’s time to remember its sacred nature. We are being called to remember & to take action. Water holds the frequency of what it encounters, and the waters of our planet and our bodies are ready to step beyond the densities and receive an upgrade.   

The Way of the Water episode is;  All roads lead back to the sea, in our homecoming. The time is now to take care of our waters, to fast-track cleaning our systems inside and out. The micro to the macro, the waters of Mother Earth.  In this episode, we go deep into the depths of Water. Riding the waves of knowledge through our elders and ancestors as channelled by Zhara. 

The communication was powerful and demanding for what is required and is asking to be activated right now. To restore the waters of the soul, ignite the flame within the heart space and transform the frequency of coming Home.

Melissa is a Qualified ‘Rebirthing’ Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach and IIN Holistic Health Coach.

Being born a highly sensitive, intuitive empath Melissa has been on a journey from birth. A journey with many highs but just as many challenges. Which with little understanding of herself and her abilities she struggled internally to cope with her high sensitivity to life and the depth of how she felt.

Through the years this led her to depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, adrenal exhaustion and unexplainable health problems. Which then, was a reflection of the life externally she had created, of abusive relationships, overdoing, giving and people pleasing. .

She discovered a Breathwork technique called “Rebirthing” in her early 20s, which she studied with her mentor Ron Bass. Committed deeply to this breath practice she was amazed by the transformation to her own inner growth but then she wasn’t quite ready to share this healing technique. .

She continued her studies in many areas to deepen her knowledge to heal. From holistic health, and yoga, to intuitive life coaching, mediumship, chakra cleansing and meditation. What she realised is that through all modalities she studied it was all connected by the Breath.

With the combination of her Rebirthing, Yoga teaching, Coaching and integrating her mentors Ron Bass and Belinda Davidson teachings. She was able to be guided by her intuition, balance and harness her energy and channel and heal with the white light. .

What a wonderful podcast this was, we travelled far and wide and it was a blast. Tanya let us dip our toes into the most magical journey of her life. Her ability and awareness of her own gifts at a very young age is just so beautifully told in such a non-cholent way that you know right from the beginning this podcast is going to be special.  Her journey rocks from her gifts of healing people through her hands, to creating a thriving practice through her love of naturopathy and how grateful she is to be able to share her knowledge with so many, through to menopause and then so naturally onto SEX. Madonna's awakening journey was one of the more moving we have had the honour of sitting in on. Much of her story has been kept sacred for much of her life. Growing up in a family of 8 children she had to from the beginning find her place. So much strength and awareness of the care and nurturing for others was something that called her right from a very young soul. 

Some big shifts through the grieving of too many close family members for one person,  she took this like the warrior being she is, with a whole lot of understanding and awakening through this grieving process she became the most incredible woman that she so selflessly shares with so many today. Madonna is the owner and principle teacher of Zen Soul Life, starting her first Yoga community on the Gold Coast in 2002. Savannah is passionate about health and wellness and the effect that yoga has on the mind and the body. From seeing a grandfather who wasn't visible to others to counselling her parents at 18 months old. Jaali understood things at a very young age, she was constantly questioning everything. At 12 years old she had a moment in school, that didn't sit right with her so she asked her parents if she could leave. For the next 3 years, she was "unschooled" and lived a life outside of the "system". Learning and educating herself through all the ways that bought her joy, naturally. Fast forward to 15 years old, everything shifted, listen in to the dark side of life through the lens of a lost 15 year old.
