Across the Void Sea awaits more than the Isle of Skovlan. The Ministry of Preservation, at Lord Strangford's direction, stands ready to relieve Candice of the Pride of Duskwall or remove her entire crew. But the crew of that proud locomotive have made preparations to stand together, all of them. Andrel has a positive interaction with someone who learns she's an orphan. Drix must stand against his enemy turned friend. Pip loses a lot of chits.

The northernmost city of Severos is Tyrmoor, named in the fashion of Skovlan. Though Severosi do live in the highlands, many prefer the plains and common Imperial reckoning places the beginning of Skovlan at the lightning barrier of Tyrmoor. But for the Line Bulls of the Pride, the sight of the fourth Shattered Isle brings a nervous anticipation. Pip alarms the Physicker. Andrel gets the truth. Drix dreams of home.

In their second live appearance, the Ghosts on a Train gang played a short encounter on The Creator Stage set up by Chuck Lindsey (@ChuckLoadComics) at Fan Expo Boston 2023! Guy made it to this one, so it's the full gang of Line Bulls. The gang are invited to take a trip under the Void Sea that anyone can enjoy outside of continuity! Pip sticks his head inside a membrane. Andrel sides with a girlboss. Drix gets a man between his thighs.

Life on the Ghost Lines is carried over the bones of the dead, and every train may one day become a coffin. Before Line Bulls, there were merely electrofields wrapping each train like a raincoat; and after the first hurricane the Ministry knew that something more was needed. Line Bulls fight and die, as necessary as the plasm pushing the locomotives forward and when the entire crew of the Pride of Duskwall stands together they will be able to protect even their own protectors. Andrel gets Trevor to fold. Pip gets yanked. Brogan gets Drix to cry.

Ghosts on a Train is a bi-weekly tabletop podcast where four friends play Ghost Lines, an RPG by John Harper. Take a ride on "The Pride of Duskwall", an electric train traveling through ghost infested territory! Our gang of Line Bulls will ensure your safe arrival by (lightning) hook or by crook! Using a game system that shares a setting with Blades in the Dark and specifically focusing on the Unquiet Dead means that Ghosts on a Train sometimes goes to dark places with regards to death, Dickensian inequality, and the cruelty of Imperialism. But the gang is always quick with a joke, and the players talk about the narrative and their feelings both on and off mic for their own safety and for that of anyone listening. They’re normally audio only, but hope you enjoy them taking the opportunity to be on camera as they play a “Could be Canonical” one off Ghost Lines adventure.

Indigo, Badge Name Brogan, is not the first Line Bull to suggest collaboration between Line Bulls for the betterment of them all. But the powerlessness felt by the Bulls is well reinforced and difficult to surmount alone. The Ministry of Preservation kills the very idea of Unionization before it can enter a Line Bull's mind, because once it is there they know that it will never leave. Brogan meets a King. Drix gets some hot goss. Pip seeks out a hard conversation. Andrel fires and she misses.
