Universal Architecture: The Soma is a Temple (Part 5)29 May 202500:42:40

In this episode, I continue our journey through the Universal Architecture series by focusing on the physical body as a sacred temple.

As we turn our attention to the physical body, it is imperative to remember that the physical body is comprised of two parts: the chemical body (matter) and the alchemical body (life force, metabolism, qi). These two work together to embody our spirit and carry out divine functions on Earth.

Healing isn't just about detoxing or exercising; it’s about understanding how these physical actions shift our vibrational frequency. When we restore metabolic energy, we enable the body to communicate with the spirit and mind more clearly. Fragmentation—whether from trauma, mineral deficiencies, or emotional suppression—interrupts this harmony. Coherence is the path to healing: when we restore flow, light, and nourishment, we re-integrate ourselves as divine, conscious beings.

Healing through coherence is about remembering and reclaiming our wholeness by reconnecting to the breath of life and the Holy Spirit. This is a process of deep restoration—not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Coherence is not just about balancing the body, but about aligning with divine truth, returning to our sovereign state, and allowing the Spirit to fully dwell in the temple of the body.

When we tend to our body—when we hydrate, nourish, breathe, move, rest, and align—we’re not just doing something “healthy.” We are participating in a divine act of remembrance and restoration. We’re letting the divine move through us, sing through us, live through us. That is the true essence of healing through coherence. Tune in today for more on this topic as we continue our Universal Architecture series. I know you’re going to love it!

Universal Architecture: Reclaiming Spiritual Sovereignty (Part 4)22 May 202500:42:05

As we continue our Universal Architecture series, I want to reiterate a fundamental truth we explored last week—that we are triune beings composed of mind, body, and spirit. This isn’t just a spiritual concept; it’s reflected in the very fabric of our biology, through our nervous system and fascia. Unfortunately, a great deal of fear and confusion has clouded this understanding, distorting deeper metaphysical truths into a doctrine of fear, creating barriers between us and the Divine.

Christianity, as it's widely practiced today, is more accurately Pauline theology than it is the teachings of Yeshua. This speaks volumes about the power of mental conditioning and institutional brainwashing. People are discouraged from listening to their intuition and are instead expected to submit to an external system—one that often uses fear to enforce obedience.

When fear dominates, when judgment feels like virtue, when shame masquerades as holiness — those are signs we’ve strayed from coherence. But the path back is always available. We don’t have to perform spiritual gymnastics to be worthy of the breath. We just have to return to the truth already singing inside us. That is our sovereignty. That is our healing. And that is how we reclaim the kingdom within.

Join me today as we dive deep into the vibrational frequencies that we have misunderstood to be demons, and how we can realign ourselves with the spirit to regain our spiritual sovereignty. I know you’re going to love it!

In this episode:

[00:38] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:33] The battle between institutional Christianity and the sovereignty of our own minds.
[07:14] Vibrational frequencies as depicted by Jesus in Matthew 12:31-32.
[12:30] What is the blasphemy of the spirit?
[16:03] When we sever ourselves from the spirit, how does that affect us physically?
[21:09] Where does the concept of Good vs. Evil come from, and what is it truly?
[24:13] Who is Satan, and what is evil?
[27:45] What is the root of demonic powers and entities?
[32:07] How did Jesus cast out demons?
[33:36] How does trauma and nervous system dysregulation impact the ability of unclean spirits to influence our minds?
[35:33] My two favorite miracles of Jesus.
[38:32] Naming your trauma is the first step to reclaiming your spiritual sovereignty.

Universal Architecture: You are a Co-Creator (Part 3)08 May 202500:33:14

I'm so excited to continue this Universal Architecture series with you, especially as we dive deeper into the human body and experience, where we fit into the grand design of everything.

As women, we’ve been conditioned to disconnect, to ignore, to suppress—especially in the name of being “strong.” But our true strength lies in our softness, in our receptivity, in our ability to feel deeply. That is not a weakness. That is divine design.

So if you find yourself in this place of soul-deep burnout, you are not broken. You are not failing. You are being called. You are being summoned back into coherence, back into the sacred rhythm. It’s time to slow down. To listen. To breathe deeply—not just to survive, but to receive.

Listen in as we take a deeper dive into our bodies and our nervous systems and how they interface with our higher selves and with the divine. I know you’re going to love it!

In this episode:
[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:49] What is the root of the fear behind questioning?
[04:26] What is God, and how are we made in his image?
[08:56] Thinking outside of the mainstream schools of thought.
[09:51] I don’t see myself as God, but I see God within me.
[12:20] The conflict of materialism and scientism with religious beliefs and mankind as the bridge.
[15:52] What is the connection between our minds, our bodies, and the Holy Spirit?
[23:01] The role that our nervous system plays in connecting to the divine.
[26:35] When we, as women, are in survival mode, we cannot feel our higher selves clearly.

Universal Architecture: The Christ Frequency and How Women Tune in Differently Than Men (Part 2)08 May 202500:42:53

In this episode, I’m continuing a conversation that began last week, where I challenged the mainstream Christian view of spiritual concepts like energy, frequency, and Christ consciousness. As someone called to be salt and light, I believe it's essential to speak up when truth is being distorted. Jesus didn’t call us to worship him passively but to follow him actively—something many modern believers seem to forget.

To be like Christ is to vibrationally align yourself with divine love and coherence. Jesus’s teachings in Aramaic reveal that loving God and neighbor isn't just moral advice—it’s a call to fully merge your breath, soul, will, and energy with the Source. Christianity was never meant to be a religion of fear and control; it was a path of awakening, of becoming little Christs who live and love in divine resonance.

Part of that alignment comes through remembering how different the male and female bodies are designed spiritually. We don’t walk the same path to the divine as men do, and we shouldn’t try. Where men find coherence through action and sacrifice, we find it through stillness, through feeling, through being. We must allow ourselves to return to the essence of our design. Jesus modeled this when he encountered women—he called forth their essence, healed them through recognition, not reprimand.

Everything I teach pours from this deep remembering—that Christ is a frequency, and we are meant to carry it, not just believe in it. We are meant to become it. Tune in today to hear more!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:38] A little review of what we talked about last week.
[05:01] What is the Christ frequency?
[09:16] What is the true meaning behind Matthew 22:37-39?
[15:49] In Matthew 7:7, what does it truly mean to ask and receive?
[19:38] When we are aligned, we are co-creators with the cosmos.
[21:00] What does life look like when you are a member of the body of light?
[24:10] Being a true Christian requires you to do the work.
[25:38] What is the difference between the spiritual paths for men and women?
[33:17] Jesus did not treat men and women equally.
[40:37] Thanks for joining me on The Fully Nourished Podcast today!

Universal Architecture: The Trinity & Quantum Physics (Part 1)01 May 202500:38:11

In today’s episode, I’m stepping a bit outside the focus of this season, which has largely centered on the physical body, to address something I feel very strongly about: the misconception that energy is inherently “New Age,” satanic, or demonic.

A big part of the problem is how people are reacting to anything involving universal architecture or spiritual concepts with the same fervor that echoes medieval religious extremism. There’s a rising wave of people labeling ancient, natural practices—like astrology, crystals, or tarot—as uniformly demonic, satanic, or New Age, often without understanding the vast differences between those terms.

At the heart of all this is our misunderstanding of Jesus’s actual teachings and the spiritual architecture he spoke of. Jesus spoke Aramaic, a vibrational and deeply nuanced language, which communicates more than just information—it conveys energy.

This episode is not about abandoning faith; it’s about reclaiming it in its fullest, most embodied form. This is the good news—that the Kingdom of Heaven is within reach, within you, and it’s waiting for you to remember who you are. Tune in now to hear more about the correlation between energy and the Trinity!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:12] We are revisiting concepts of energy today, so buckle up!
[02:32] The arbitrary term of “New Age.”
[05:29] Wisdom almost always has two sides.
[07:08] Understanding the architecture of our universe.
[11:09] What did Jesus really mean by the Kingdom of Heaven?
[13:47] What are the basics of the architecture of the universe?
[25:02] What if the Trinity is more than a doctrine?
[26:21] The correlation between the Trinity and energy.
[28:54] How can we become attuned to the Kingdom of Heaven?
[33:10] How can we help other women see a path to the Kingdom of Heaven?
[36:38] Thanks for joining me on The Fully Nourished Podcast. See you next week!

Q&A: Increasing Progesterone, Miscarriage & Leading a Feminine Business24 Apr 202500:38:15

In this episode, I wanted to take a little time to answer some amazing questions and share thoughtful insights from the community. I’ve been getting really deep, thought-provoking messages, so today’s topics are all over the map in the best kind of way!

There was a really heartfelt question from a listener who recently experienced a miscarriage and is now navigating hormone balance while caring for a 15-month-old on her farm. She described living a “healthy” life—eating well, being active—but is still feeling emotionally numb and physically depleted while facing extremely low progesterone levels.

We often talk on this podcast about how women are taught to approach healing from a very masculine perspective—doing more, pushing harder, achieving balance through force. But real healing, especially hormonal healing, often requires a softening. Progesterone is a hormone of safety, of calm, of rest.

Post-miscarriage, our hormones don’t just snap back. It takes time to restore what was depleted during pregnancy. Some foundational things to think about include appropriate intake of carbohydrates and minerals, as well as adequate rest and reducing stress levels.

Finally, we dive into how to pursue a God-given dream without losing ourselves in the grind. The fear of stepping out of alignment with our values, the deep desire to stay soft, feminine, and rooted in slow living, can be so intimidating. I’ve learned the hard way that hustle culture can quickly strip away your peace if you’re not careful.

We definitely have an action-packed episode that’s touching on all of these topics and more today. Tune in today to hear more!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:17] A spiritual insight into language.
[02:44] The tie between miscarriage and body depletion in light of low progesterone.
[20:11] The feminine aspect of astrology.

When All the “Gut Protocols” Haven’t Worked…17 Apr 202500:34:24

In today’s episode, I’m diving into gut health, but—as always—I’m doing it in my own unconventional way.

Gut issues are often the gateway for many women into the wellness world. But once you're in, it can become this never-ending game of "symptom whack-a-mole." One issue pops up, you chase it with a protocol, and then another emerges. What we’re missing is a foundational practice and a deep understanding of gut physiology and how it's intricately tied to our nervous system. Without addressing those basics, you're often just spinning your wheels.

When I work with women experiencing gut issues, I often start by focusing on the basics, and one of the most commonly overlooked, yet essential, aspects of gut health is proper hydration. It seems simple, but many people are chronically dehydrated or drinking water inconsistently. Whether it’s chugging water late in the day or relying on dry foods that don’t offer hydration, these habits can seriously impair digestion.

Ultimately, my approach is about respecting the body's innate wisdom and starting with the simplest, most fundamental tools first. Everything else builds from there. We go over all of this and so much more in this episode. Tune in today and get your gut back on the right track!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:14] We’re diving into gut health today.
[05:08] Understanding how the gut functions and how it relates to the nervous system is critical for understanding how to support proper gut function.

[13:47] Hydration is key to supporting our gut physiology.
[18:25] Structural impediments play a role in your gut health.
[20:48] The root of gut feelings.
[23:02] Are you pooping?
[26:52] How can you support digestive juices?
[29:39] What is the benefit of taking a supplement break?

‘Tis the Season of….Rage (Liver-Gallbladder-Thyroid Axis)10 Apr 202500:29:32

In this episode, I’m diving into the emotion of anger, especially as it shows up during the season of spring. With its dynamic energy and movement, spring tends to stir up emotions, and many of us may find ourselves feeling a little more rage-y than usual. Spring is tied to the liver, gallbladder, thyroid, and estrogen. These hormonal and organ systems are all involved in energy movement.

I talk a lot about how we’re not just physical beings—we're a complex mind-body-spirit system—and emotions like anger move through all these layers. And when we feel anger rising in spring, it mirrors what’s happening in nature: everything is in motion, pushing upward, breaking through the soil, just like energy breaking through emotional or physical stagnation within us.

Spring is the time of renewal, and our bodies are asking us to participate in that momentum. So whether it’s lemon water, leafy greens, a shout in the woods, or a dance in your living room — it all counts. It all matters. Let it move.

In this episode:

[00:37] We are talking all about anger today on The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:19] What is your anger trying to tell you, and how do you deal with it?
[04:45] The energy of the seasons.
[07:39] Energy, emotions, and how they interact in our bodies.
[15:09] The liver and the critical role of bile in removing toxins from the body.

Wired for Safety03 Apr 202500:34:56

In this episode, I’m doing something different—reading one of my Sunday articles aloud. This article, "Wired for Safety," gained traction in an old-school viral way, and I felt it was worth sharing. This was inspired by an Instagram exchange where a woman called me a "heretical witch" for stating that the female body is an oracle. Despite her outrage, I stand by my belief that a woman’s body is designed in a way that naturally sustains life and ensures safety.

A woman’s nervous system isn’t just about her survival—it’s wired to manage her environment. Our biology is wired to assess safety, which is why we experience stress, fear, and uncertainty so intensely

The male and female brains are structurally different, which significantly influences how each gender perceives and interacts with the world. While male brains are generally larger due to body size, female brains have stronger connections between the hemispheres, particularly in areas like the hippocampus and corpus callosum. This allows women to process emotions and logic simultaneously, whereas men tend to compartmentalize and focus on tasks sequentially.

Recognizing and embracing these differences can lead to greater understanding and harmony in relationships, as well as a deeper appreciation for the unique strengths each gender brings to the world. I’m diving into all of this and so much more in this episode, and I hope you’ll join me. Tune in today!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:42] The female body as an oracle.
[04:24] Why is the female nervous system wired the way it is?

[13:59] When does brain differentiation happen?
[17:23] What are the key differences between the male and female brain?
[23:54] Women have different memory processing, intuition, and self-perception than men.
[28:34] We need to allow room for men to fulfill how they are wired.
[30:31] You can not change if you do not accept who you are.

Cravings Are a Compass27 Mar 202500:30:21

In this episode, we're diving into the concept of using our cravings as a compass. The seasonal transition into spring, along with the time change, has been a challenge for me, throwing me off balance despite my best efforts. It's a reminder that as women, our rhythms align with nature rather than society.

The cultural narrative uses fear-based marketing to condition women to believe that healing is about fixing problems rather than embracing who they are. As a result, they get caught in an endless loop of seeking the next trendy health fix—whether it’s a supplement, treatment, or diet—without ever truly feeling better.

True healing isn’t about accumulating external solutions; it's about shedding what we are not and settling into what we truly are. Real wellness comes when we stop resisting and begin to trust our body’s natural intelligence.

This brings us to the role of cravings. Unlike appetite, which signals a physical need for fuel, cravings are often deeper psychological or physiological messages from our bodies. Instead of suppressing or fighting them, we should view cravings as insightful indicators of what our bodies might be missing.

The key is to approach these cravings with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of just dismissing them or indulging mindlessly, we should use them as signals to explore what’s really going on within us. Are we reaching for certain foods because they bring us comfort, because they provide stimulation, or because they help us feel something in moments when we might otherwise feel disconnected? These are important questions to ask as we navigate our relationship with our bodies.

Tune in today and find out what can satiate your cravings!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[03:11] Healing is not fixing what is broken.
[08:00] Suppressing your appetite is not serving your body.

[20:07] Cravings for crunchy foods and the human chew drive.
[22:04] The connection between sour cravings and digestion.
[25:05] Is there a connection between spicy cravings and suppressing trauma?

Food Frequency 10120 Mar 202500:27:24

Food frequency… What is it? I’m not talking about the wavelength of food, I’m talking about how often you eat throughout the day. I’ve gotten a lot of questions from listeners lately asking how often they should eat and wondering if they’ll need to eat every 2 hours for the rest of their lives.

In this episode:

[01:05] Let’s talk about food frequency or the frequency with which we eat.
[03:22] The first rule of nutrition is, “Know thyself.”
[08:28] Any changes you make in balancing your hormones will take 3-4 months to realize.
[09:22] Learn the reasons our body will release adrenaline.
[11:32] Signs of high adrenaline and why it’s important to know thyself.
[14:56] People who don’t lean toward adrenaline dominance likely do not need to eat more frequently.
[18:13] The goal is to move back to a place of balance and equilibrium.
[19:10] Remember that the most important thing for a woman is to eat enough and frequently enough for you.
[23:12] Important parameters to keep in mind when your consider when and what to eat.

Living with the Enemy?06 Mar 202500:23:35

Welcome to Episode 58 of The Fully Nourished Podcast where we dive into what it means to live with the enemy. Living with the enemy is a concept that reflects the internal and external conflicts many women experience due to biological and psychological factors. Many women exist in a constant state of low-grade survival without recognizing it, influenced by generational patterns of undernourishment and inherited struggles.

Breaking generational cycles requires us to reclaim our own narrative. It means questioning the beliefs we've carried, challenging the thoughts that tell us we're not enough, and recognizing that we have the power to shift how we show up for ourselves. As we move through this process, it’s important to give ourselves grace. Healing isn’t linear. What matters is our awareness and our willingness to keep moving forward.

Ultimately, choosing to break these cycles isn’t just about us—it’s about redefining what it means to be a woman for the next generation. It’s about showing our daughters, nieces, and younger sisters that they don’t have to inherit the struggle. It starts with us, choosing to show up for ourselves in a way we were never taught but always deserved.

Tune in today to dive deep into what it means to live with the enemy and how we can thrive and teach the women around us to thrive as well. Join me next week as well where we look more into the conscious and subconscious mind and how it works. Thanks for listening!

In this episode:

[00:37] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:48] How does a lack of safety impact us as women?
[08:00] How are we living with the enemy within ourselves?
[11:26] Self-hatred is a generational curse.
[13:29] The women in your life and childhood can shape how you view yourself and how you behave around food.
[14:58] How are we imprinting on the next generation?
[17:36] The way you nourish yourself is reflected by what you feel like you deserve.
[20:09] How can you cultivate a safe environment in your own skin?
[22:32] Thanks for listening to The Fully Nourished Podcast. See you next week!

Biologically Appropriate Nutrition27 Feb 202500:28:26

In this episode, we explore what I call biologically appropriate nutrition. Many people approach healthy eating through the lens of diet trends, such as anti-inflammatory or weight-loss-focused regimens. This habit leads to a disjointed approach to nutrition, where people follow health trends without a clear vision of what true nourishment looks like.

There is no singular perfect human diet because people across different environments have adapted to nourish themselves using what is locally available. In various cultures, diets include a mix of different food items depending on the region. However, in our modern world of abundance, we have access to nearly everything, which paradoxically makes it harder to make healthy choices.

For women, biological safety is the foundation of nutritional health. If the body senses scarcity, it adapts by holding onto fat as a reserve, sometimes at the expense of muscle. This survival-driven response explains why inconsistent nourishment can lead to metabolic imbalances, unwanted fat accumulation, and a sense of depletion.

Another crucial aspect of biologically appropriate nutrition is adaptability. There is no single perfect diet for everyone, and what works for one person may not work for another. The key is to remain open to experimentation while paying attention to how different foods impact our energy, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being. Rather than adhering strictly to dietary rules or trends, the goal should be to cultivate a flexible and intuitive approach that supports long-term metabolic health.

I dive into all of these topics and so much more in this episode that really outlines why biologically appropriate nutrition is so critical in all areas of our lives. I’m excited to share it with you! Tune in today and stay tuned for more content like this!

In this episode:

[00:37] We are diving into biologically appropriate nutrition today on The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[03:30] What is the perfect human diet?
[07:19] What is the core biological need as women and how do we nourish that?
[15:15] Body markers and signal that can identify if you are getting biologically appropriate nutrition.
[24:36] The 4 main practices I go back to to ensure that I’m nourishing myself appropriately.

5 Wellness Practices to Have on Your Radar in 202513 Feb 202500:27:08

Welcome back and happy belated New Year! We are back with episode 56 where I dive into the five wellness practices that are gaining traction in 2025 and share my perspective on which ones are worth your attention and which ones to approach with caution. I’ve noticed a lot of trends popping up in the wellness space, and I want to help you navigate them with wisdom instead of getting swept up in extremes like I used to.

My goal is to help you rise above the noise, look at things rationally, and make choices that truly work for your body. This requires a certain level of self-awareness—being honest about what drives you—so you can make decisions based on long-term well-being rather than emotional reactions.

Listen as I dive into trends I'm watching as well as a few others to dissect the pros and cons of each one so you can make the best decision for your body and your health in 2025. Ultimately, we need to remember that it is more about respecting our food and finding what truly nourishes us. Season Finale: What it Was Like Being Homeschooled in the 90’s and What’s Coming in 202526 Dec 202400:29:41

Wow, I can’t believe we’ve already reached the final episode of our three-part Holiday Special! This series has been such a joyful way to reflect on the year, celebrate a successful podcast season, and set the stage for the new year.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on the concept of being neurodivergent and how differently our minds can work. Growing up homeschooled, I always felt like my brain operated uniquely, which shaped my identity in ways I didn’t fully appreciate at the time. My mother’s dedication to homeschooling, especially during a period when it was less accepted, profoundly impacted me.

Our collective work is to reconnect with our Creator and reclaim the nourishment that only this relationship can provide. This realization has fueled my passion for teaching and sharing these concepts with others, to empower women to remember their inherent strength and divine connection.

As I prepare to share these lessons in the coming year, my hope is to inspire others to reclaim their lives, align with their true selves, and create from a place of abundance rather than survival. 2025 is about returning to our essence—rediscovering who we are and who we’re meant to be. I’m excited to walk this journey with you. Tune in today and ring in the new year in light and love. Cheers!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome to the season finale of The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:47] The overuse of the term “neurodivergent” and my homeschooling experience while growing up.
[05:05] I appreciate my mother so much, and we all need to reflect on our relationships with our mothers and how it translates to our self-mothering.
[11:22] Homeschooling teaches children how to truly learn, and it gives our children hungry minds.
[15:11] The type of homeschooling I will consider when I reach the journey of homeschooling my children.
[24:16] Every single woman possesses her own co-creative power. We just have to capitalize it.
[28:36] Thanks for joining me in the season finale of The Fully Nourished Podcast. See you next year!

Q&A Part 219 Dec 202400:27:33

Welcome back to part two of our Q&A! In this episode, I reflect on the journey that led my podcast to its current focus: exploring the profound connections between nutrition, health, and religion. Over the years, I’ve noticed patterns in the women I serve—patterns that point to something deeper than just physiology.

As part of this journey, I’ve been questioning cultural narratives around femininity and challenging some of the archetypes that dominate our society. From the hyper-sexualized “free spirit” to the submissive “Christian wife,” many of these roles are out of alignment with true feminine energy. Unfortunately, we’ve lost touch with the art of womanhood—an experience that goes far beyond domestic skills to encompass a deep connection with our bodies and our essence.

We dive into a question concerning weight loss, particularly the societal and generational factors influencing women’s relationships with their bodies. Beyond physical factors like metabolic health and toxin storage, psychological patterns and belief systems can drive the body’s resistance to weight loss.

Quick fixes, such as weight-loss drugs, often bypass the body’s natural safety mechanisms, which can have unintended long-term consequences. Instead, I advocate for holistic approaches that address both the physical and emotional aspects of health, including hypnotherapy to explore subconscious drivers.

As we embrace the holiday season, I encourage you to enjoy the opportunity that Christmas presents to be present with your family, be generous, and practice gratitude. See you in the next one!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome to Episode 54 of The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[01:10] Why did I shift and expand my focus to encompass religion?
[06:42] What are the differences between true femininity and the woke, modern feminist culture we see today?
[13:10] Your growth will be based on your capacity, which will be influenced by your nourishment.
[15:02] Where is our desire to lose weight coming from?
[20:43] How can we trust Jesus’s recorded words from scripture?
[23:54] How do we navigate Christmas when we are in a period of growth and transformation?

Q&A Part 112 Dec 202400:26:25

Ever since I got COVID in October, it’s been a rough road to recovery. I was sick for about six weeks, and it completely caught me off guard because I’m not someone who gets sick often. It’s taken me a while to replenish my energy and find balance, but this setback has forced me to recalibrate again.

Speaking of recalibrating, I recently announced my new membership program, Philosophia Society. It’s something I’ve been working on for weeks, and I shared a preview on Instagram, which, of course, sparked a bit of controversy. But here’s the thing—I’m committed to sharing what I’ve learned, even if it’s not for everyone.

Philosophia Society is for women who are hungry for wisdom and ready to explore health, wellness, and spirituality on a deeper level. The name itself - philosophia - means the love of wisdom. It’s about moving beyond surface-level health advice and connecting to our purpose and power as women.

So, as we wrap up the year, I decided to lean into a new mini-series, starting off with a Q&A from some of our most recent episodes. One question I’ve been getting a lot is about how social media impacts us as women and mothers. I believe that social media can subtly manipulate our subconscious minds through images, words, and music, shaping our beliefs and behaviors without us realizing it.

Another topic I’ve been exploring is the Divine Feminine and its resurgence in today’s world. Wisdom, or “Sophia,” represents the feminine aspect of divinity that has been hidden and suppressed for so long. I believe we’re witnessing a return of this energy, and it’s awakening women everywhere to reclaim their power.

Tune in today to hear more - I can’t wait to share it with you!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome to Episode 53 of The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[03:49] I ruffled some feathers recently with my new offer, Philosophia Society.
[09:04] The impact of social media on women on a hormonal and neurological level.
[14:34] I share my theories on the divine feminine return and Sophia.
[17:35] Who is John Nelson Darby and where did the concept of the rapture in Christianity come from?
[21:49] Are you aligned with the Holy Spirit or the spirit of fear?

The Phoenix Rising, Perimenopause & Menopause14 Nov 202400:46:40

Today, we are diving into the often overlooked but crucial topic of how societal pressures can impact our self-perception, especially as we age and approach menopause. Modern media perpetuates unrealistic standards of youth and beauty, which can have damaging effects on our self-esteem, correlating youth with our true value.

Youthfulness is often glorified in the media while completely dismissing the natural and beautiful process of aging. This cultural obsession with staying young can lead many women to feel disconnected from their bodies and fearful of the natural aging process and its connotation with death.

Women should be encouraged to honor their bodies, understand their unique hormonal rhythms, and embrace the natural changes that come with aging. True well-being goes beyond just physical health—it involves a deeper connection with ourselves and a commitment to living in harmony with nature.

I’m so excited to share this episode with you, and I know you’re going to glean so much wisdom and a new outlook on embracing the aging process and menopause. Tune in today!

In this episode:

[04:17] Today’s episode surrounds the topic of aging and the seasonal shifts that happen as we age.
[07:15] The journey of dying to our youth requires shifting our focus back to our spiritual journey's.
[13:03] The truth behind estrogen and the hormones in our bodies and throughout our cycles.
[19:31] Are women who are going through perimenopause and menopause estrogen-deficient?
[24:00] We, as women, need to tap back into the powers that have been bestowed upon us.
[28:28] The movement of our energy during perimenopause and menopause.
[31:36] Working through our emotional baggage during perimenopause and menopause.
[36:20] Re-establishing healthy habits and patterns is key during perimenopause and menopause.
[41:27] Always do the appropriate research before you explore hormonal replacement therapy.

Today’s episode is so insightful and amazing and I am very excited to share it with you! My guest, Martine De Luna, is a coach who supports women to respect the masculine that we see in men, in life, and in God so that they can return to their feminine nature with their spouses.

Martine and I dive into so many of the taboo topics that we experience during our walk through finding our true feminine nature. We touch on the damaging messaging of purity culture and how our biology already has systems in place to protect us and to help us be very selective in finding a mate. We have turned away from the true biology of our feminine nature, and in that, we have missed the wiring of our biology and how it can protect us.

We also dive into what it means to be hormonally male and how our body and our biology will automatically flip our hormones to put us in a masculine place with our hormones during the appropriate times in our lives, such as during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We, as women, need to understand when our biology is making these shifts so we can have a more feminine awareness of why we experience hormonal and behavioral shifts and how it impacts our spouses.

This episode is full of so much wisdom and insight and I am so excited to share it with you. Tune in today!

In this episode:

[00:01:54] Welcome my guest in this episode, Martine De Luna.

[00:37:15] What does it mean for a woman to be hormonally masculine?
[00:47:27] What is the true definition of help-meet in Christianity?

[01:01:45] Why are women resentful of their feminine power?

Functional Fibers for Estrogen Detoxification & Plant Estrogens24 Oct 202400:45:37

Celebrating the 50th episode today, so a big thank you to all of my listeners who have stuck with me throughout this journey as Fully Nourished is seeking to continually improve how we view female physiology on the planes of the physical, the mental, and the spiritual.

We are continuing our hormone series today, and we are going to take a deeper dive into plant foods, phytoestrogens, and functional fibers. I’m noticing another pendulum swing where people are beginning to over-demonize plants.

There are nuanced examples where women are demonstrating benefits from cutting plants out of their diets, and my fear is that it will become the new fad diet that will push people back into the Carnivore diet, which we’ve already discussed, isn’t ideal, especially for the female physiology.

It is critical that we learn to live within the rhythm of our bodies and understand that the spectrum of what our bodies need will shift with the seasons. Instead of approaching our nourishment from a state of fight or flight, we need to sit with our bodies, rest, listen, and pay attention to truly give our bodies what they need.

In this episode, we really dive deep into nourishment and the roles that phytoestrogens play in this process. There’s so much more to the story than what you see on social media and in all the crazes that demonize seeds, seed oils, and soybeans. I can’t wait to share it with you and I know you’re going to love this episode. Tune in today!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome to Episode 50 of The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:43] We continue our hormone series today where we talk more about plant foods, phytoestrogens, and functional fibers.
[10:28] The three components that the human body needs to gain from our foods.
[16:24] Pay attention to the rhythm of your body to provide you with the nourishment you need in a specific season.
[23:44] The difference between symptom suppression and true healing.
[26:10] The taboo of phytoestrogens.
[31:28] The breakdown of phytoestrogens in common foods and the role they play in the body.
[33:56] Is there a link between estrogen and androgeny?
[41:11] You have my permission to stop being afraid of any specific food group as long as it supports your nourishment.
[43:30] Thanks for joining me on the Fully Nourished Podcast today!

Estrogen Q&A: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly17 Oct 202401:01:31

Thank you for your patience while I recovered from a cold over the past few weeks. I’m a firm believer that we get sick when we need it, and the recovery and downtime are exactly what I needed, but I’m on the road to recovery, and we are jumping back into our hormone series with a Q&A on Estrogen in today’s episode.

The story of estrogen begins in the 1960s when hormonal birth control comes on the scene and has this big push encouraging women to supplement with estrogen to increase their femininity. It is not uncommon to see what we are currently seeing in the menopause crowd today. However, we are leaving out a crucial component of the impact of hormones in our body, resulting from appropriate progesterone levels.

Progesterone is what keeps our estrogen in check and keeps us from tipping the scales into an estrogen imbalance. Now, if you find yourself in a state of estrogen dominance, there are ways that you can tip the scales back in your favor, and I cover many of these practices in today’s episode, so be sure to tune in for those tips!

We are just scratching the surface of estrogen in the female body, and we take a deeper dive in today’s episode. You won’t want to miss the insight I share today, so be sure to tune in to see where estrogen imbalance might be occurring in your life or how you can avoid estrogen imbalance.

In this episode:

[00:00:47] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[00:01:32] We are continuing our hormone series with a Q&A on Estrogen.
[00:14:13] The hormones that keep estrogen in check.
[00:18:40] What are the bad estrogens, what impacts are they having, and how do we combat estrogen dominance or imbalance?
[00:35:24] What are phytoestrogens, and how do they impact estrogen in our bodies?
[00:42:58] Can estrogen contribute to girls getting their periods early?
[00:45:56] Can high estrogen cause painful periods?
[00:48:35] Is DIM worth taking to detoxify estrogen?
[00:53:26] Is hormone replacement therapy a bad thing?
[00:59:42] Thanks for joining me on The Fully Nourished Podcast!

The Menstrual Cycle & The Mother05 Sep 202400:40:33

When discussing the menstrual cycle, we obviously have hormones that play roles in our bodies and in our cycles. However, we have to look at all these hormones as a unit and consider how they interact and impact each other to truly understand what’s happening within our bodies.

We’ve lost touch with the history that coincides beautifully with the activity that happens in our bodies and how our cycles are so intertwined with our creator. The menstrual cycle is much like a breath, inhale, and exhale. It represents the movement of energy.

The symptoms that occur during our cycle can tell us much more than which phase of our cycle we are in. Our bodies speak to us and it’s trying to tell us the things we are yearning to know, but we’re just not ready to listen yet.

There is so much that we can learn from a process that our bodies go through every month if we are willing to open our ears and listen to what our bodies are trying to say. I know you’re going to love this episode. Tune in today to hear more about this topic, and be sure to join us next week as we dive more deeply into progesterone and how crucial it is to our cycles.

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:27] The role that hormones play in the brain.
[05:30] Our feminine experience and the hormone disorders we face.
[08:37] I share some background on the spiritual history of our Mother.
[16:14] The menstrual cycle as a breath and as seasons.
[22:55] Measurement of the main hormones throughout our cycle and the role they play with each other.
[30:52] The mechanics of our hormone levels during the follicular phase and during ovulation.
[34:22] What our hormones are doing during ovulation and moving into the luteal phase.
[39:07] Next week, we’re taking a deep dive into progesterone in our bodies and where it plays in our cycle. Be sure to join us!

Seeing The Menstrual Cycle as a Breath29 Aug 202400:37:00

Our physical bodies are a direct reflection of our energetic rhythms, and that includes our menstrual cycles. This episode kicks off a series in which we will discuss the nuances of the menstrual cycle and its role in many areas of our lives. To truly understand the phases of our menstrual cycle, we have to first understand that it is way bigger than just a monthly cycle.

Menstruation is linked to many cycles in life that operate within different rhythms. And what we often fail to realize is that our menstrual cycle is a direct reflection of what we need on an energetic level. So instead of diving into the hormones and the data and the dos and don’ts for each phase of your cycle, I’m talking more about the energetics behind our cycle today and how our feminine energy is defined by life, death, and rebirth.

We must learn to listen to our bodies and adjust our energy to step into our full feminine radiance. It begins with nurturing ourselves. Tune in today to hear more about the energetics surrounding your menstrual cycle, and be sure to come back next week as we dive more into this series!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[02:28] We’re starting a series on the menstrual cycle this week.
[05:17] The Five “I”s of Feminine Wisdom.
[10:13] We are made in the image of God, which means we are made in the image of the Mother.
[19:03] The rhythm of our menstrual cycle goes far beyond the data points and the hormones involved.
[25:08] Our cycles are representative of the life, death, and rebirth cycle. It is representative of what is and what is to come.
[31:36] The same concepts that make up our menstrual cycle can teach us how to move through the different rhythms in our lives.
[35:52] Thanks for joining me this week. Tune in next week for more on this topic!

Repatterning an All or Nothing Mindset by Understanding the Polarity of the Mind Part 208 Aug 202401:04:38

There is so much power in words and within our minds that we often overlook the core concepts that drive the change we desire to see in ourselves. To be able to tap into this power and these dynamics, we have to understand the masculine and feminine parts of our minds, and how they feed each other.

The conscious and subconscious minds reflect the masculine and feminine parts of ourselves. The feminine is your subconscious mind, and the masculine is your conscious mind. The subconscious mind is influenced by the actions of the conscious mind.

When we seek to change our perfectionistic or all-or-nothing mindset tendencies, we have to remember that action will always be the last step. We have to begin with changing our words, thoughts, and energy. These are the predecessors to any action you can take because action is the fruit of these changes.

Join me today to learn more about the polarity of our minds and how we can leverage it to step into our true purpose. I know you’re going to love this, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

In this episode:

[00:00:46] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[00:03:05] We’re diving back into Part 2 of repatterning an all-or-nothing mindset today.
[00:07:15] The polarity of the mind, the nuance of the conscious and subconscious mind, and mental gender.
[00:12:52] The masculine and feminine aspects of God that brought creation to fruition.
[00:24:06] Action is the last step. It is the fruit of the change in your mind and energy.
[00:31:20] The beautiful dynamic of the masculine and feminine.
[00:39:42] I share some background on survival archetypes and how they impact us as women.
[00:45:28] Step into your feminine power and master your internal universe.
[00:47:32] The five eyes of feminine wisdom.

Repatterning an All or Nothing Mindset by Understanding the Polarity of the Mind Part 101 Aug 202401:02:13

There is a common theme that I see not only in the health and wellness space but all over the world, where women are striving for the moving goalposts of perfection. So many of us are trapped in the all or nothing mindset of perfection that we are missing the beauty of the gradients in our lives.

When we are trapped in a perfectionist - or an all-or-nothing - mindset, it is a key indicator that we are facing some sort of dysregulation in our nervous systems. This is causing a constant survival state and forcing us to choose between black and white without seeing the nuance of everything that lies in the middle.

What is truly at the root of our perfectionistic tendencies, and why do we have these beliefs about perfectionism? Where did they come from?

You must make peace with the shadow parts of yourself to master your internal universe, your thoughts, and your mind. When we address these parts of ourselves, we are uncovering a need that we have suppressed in the name of perfectionism, and we are opening the doors for change.

These needs and these changes are not battles or wars. Confrontation is a very masculine trait, and if you are trying to exert your will or even exercise a certain level of discipline, you will face an energy leakage at the rigidity of the energy you are forcing on yourself. It is not natural for the feminine.

Tune in today and be sure to come back next week for Part 2, where we dive deeper into how we can change our behaviors and our habits to break out of the polarity of mind and move away from the all-or-nothing mindset!

In this episode:

[00:00:46] Welcome back to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[00:02:05] How understanding the polarity of the mind can help us redefine perfectionism.
[00:05:20] The all-or-nothing mindset and where it shows up in our lives.
[00:10:36] Black-and-white thinking is a sign of being in a low-energy state.
[00:17:08] What is at the root of our perfectionistic tendencies?
[00:28:29] People pleasing is holding someone else’s view of success as your own, and it will not fulfill you.
[00:33:50] How the all-or-nothing mindset puts you in a constant state of fight or flight.
[00:37:25] Becoming aware of the problem of perfectionism is the first step to making peace with the shadow parts of ourselves.
[00:45:07] Change is not a battle or a war.
[00:52:05] Tapping into our imagination to define what the vision is for ourselves.
[01:00:25] Thanks for joining me in the Fully Nourished Podcast today!

Today, I’m bringing you the final episode in the Heresy Heals series and arguably one of the most touchy subjects in today’s society - asking questions and being a heretic concerning restrictive diets. There are so many diets that are on the rise, and subsequently the fall, that we are supposed to subscribe to as the next best thing for our health based on what the talking heads in the health and wellness space are telling us.

In this episode:

[09:41] Do I still follow a pro-metabolic diet?
[14:36] Why I created Fully Nourished.

[42:59] How do we return to ourselves and meet our needs?
[46:17] Why is orienting ourselves with our environment so important?
[49:23] Exercise is essential to help us be on a better vibrational frequency.

Heresy Heals: The Broken Bond Between Women- Female Competition, Finding Friends as an Adult, Letting Go, Sitting At the Feet of Your Masters (Part 3)11 Jul 202400:47:22

This episode is focused on the relationships and community we find in other women and how these bonds have been damaged. In today’s society, most women are in a state of burnout or wearing a more masculine mask as a defense mechanism - neither of which provides a conducive environment for making and building relationships with other women.

In this episode:

[01:50] We continue our Heresy Heals Series with Part 3 today.
[04:00] Our constant search for safety behind a masculine mask keeps us from being seen and building friendships.
[12:49] As women, our basic desire is to be seen and heard and to be safe while being seen and heard.
[15:31] We all carry our own vibrations, and we attract the energy we are putting out.
[17:25] The mistake of expecting your partner to fill the void of female connection.
[19:10] We have a deep need for a community of other women.
[22:16] We need to shift our perspective when seeking female connections to understand where other women are coming from.
[23:59] The concept of Intersexual Competition.
[28:39] Exercising caution when seeking friends to ensure you are avoiding women in a state of competition.
[32:32] We should be praying to our creator for friends instead of actively seeking friends.
[34:16] Shift your focus to connecting with women who share your values.
[39:49] Approach your relationships from the perspective of giving. Focus on what you can give instead of what you can receive.
[42:40] Periods of loneliness in your life are often lessons.

Heresy Heals: Why “Getting into Your Feminine Energy” Feels Impossible: Introducing the Nourishing Practice of Energetic Equilibrium (Part 2)04 Jul 202400:57:35

We continue our Heresy Heals series with Part 2 in this episode. We are deep diving into the roots of the word “Heresy,” and what it actually means and how it’s not as bad as the word has come to be understood.

Ultimately, the root of heresy is finding your own way to the truth that is meant for you. Truth is not absolute, and we often forget that part of seeing the perspectives and truths of others is how we grow and expand as individuals.

As women, we always carry our feminine energy, and I’m dropping the phrase “getting into your feminine energy.” We always have feminine energy; it is integrated into our physiology. The big thing we have to remember is that everything is about balance. Feminine energy isn’t the only thing we need to focus on, and masculine energy isn’t “bad.” Maintaining a balance of masculine energy and feminine energy within our being is how we can protect and nourish ourselves simultaneously.

This episode is full of so much information on how we can better balance the masculine and feminine energies within us, as well as finding our own truth and carving our own path throughout our experience and interaction with our creator. I know you’re going to love it. Tune in now!

In this episode:

[00:45] We continue our Heresy Heals Series with Part 2 today.
[03:31] The power of words and a deep dive into the word “Heresy.”
[08:32] Finding the truth for yourself as opposed to choosing either black or white extremes.
[10:45] Truth is infinite.
[14:27] The mistakes that are being made in the health and wellness space and the truth they are missing out on.
[20:34] Using your imagination is a critical component to resonating with our feminine energy.
[23:00] The misconceptions of feminine energy in the current society and why they completely miss the mark.
[25:45] I’m dropping the phrase, “getting into your feminine energy.”
[30:01] The roots of the word “Gender.”
[32:31] Reflections of masculine and feminine energy within our creator.
[37:59] The continuum of masculine and feminine energy.
[46:32] Nourishing our bodies and the feminine energy within us and making way for expansion in our lives.
[51:38] We need to Mother ourselves.

Heresy Heals: Searching for Truth is Nourishment for the Undernourished Spirit (Part 1)20 Jun 202401:06:20

Nourishment goes so much deeper than just the food we eat. I’ve talked in my other episodes about how we can nourish ourselves on a deeper level to really step into our feminine radiance, and one of those ways that we haven’t explored is spiritual nourishment.

Everyone will have a different experience on their journey for truth, but I wanted to share some of what I experienced when I decided to step back from organized religion and leave the church. When we are affiliated with specific religions' doctrines and trying to live by the code, we can easily miss some of the elements that I believe our creator destined for us.

In this episode:

[00:02:20] Welcome to the beginning of a 4-part series: Heresy Heals.
[00:04:03] After Heresy Heals, I want to spend the rest of the summer answering your questions!
[00:06:02] Nourishing our spirits with the truth is a crucial part of our nutrition and overall nourishment.
[00:10:32] What I have learned in my quest for truth.
[00:18:32] The masculine and feminine dynamics of creation.
[00:21:17] My spiritual journey, leaving the church, and the quest for truth I experienced.
[00:32:41] What did Jesus study, and who taught him?
[00:47:56] Some background on Christian Mysticism and debunking the term “New Age.”
[00:51:46] Why physical energy and nourishment are key for us to focus on spiritual nourishment.
[00:53:38] Holding space for creation to come to fruition
[01:04:29] Thanks for joining me today on The Fully Nourished Podcast! Be sure to tune in next week for part 2!

My Personal Spring “Detox” - Why I Invite Detoxification in the Spring06 Jun 202401:15:22

Detoxing has become such a marketing fad that I think we have lost the meaning and importance of the word and what it actually means for our bodies. In truth, the true ways to detox don’t revolve around a certain supplement or tea or product. Detox begins within.

There are three main things you can be doing to support your body’s systems for detoxification and that is general nourishment with nutrient rich foods, regular bowel movements, and reducing stress.

Tune in to this episode to hear more about how your body is detoxing every single day and what you can do to support that, as well as a few anecdotal examples and some of my favorite detox practices!

In this episode:

[00:00:46] Let’s talk about detoxification
[00:08:09] Fad language surrounding detox activities.
[00:14:38] Seasonal cycles that impact the body and it’s ability to detox.
[00:22:10] The body’s way of inviting detoxification.
[00:29:31] Functionality of the lymphatic system and how it supports detoxification.
[00:33:01] The vicious cycle of toxins in fat storage and weight loss.
[00:39:50] Key pointers to encourage your body’s internal detoxification processes.
[00:44:05] Follow the lead of your body to support detoxification.

Skincare is such an exhausting journey for women all over the world, and we are often left sifting through tons of products and wasted money only to find that nothing is really working for our skin.

So what gives?

In this episode, I’m speaking with Sara Sumic, molecular biologist, skincare specialist, and former acne sufferer, about why so many women are struggling to find the skincare routine that fits them and that the solution isn’t more skincare – it’s less.

While we have tried to preserve and enhance our skin with the thousands of products on the market, we aren’t realizing just how many ingredients we are putting on our skin on a daily basis with these rigid routines.

Hair Care Mistakes I've Made, Hair as Love & Giving Yourself Space to Breathe23 May 202400:59:11

My hair care journey has been exactly that, a journey. I’ve made so many mistakes when it comes to my hair, but I’ve finally found the right path to see growth and beauty both within my hair and myself. If you’re ready to start using your hair care routine as a way to give yourself space to breathe life and joy back into your body, then listen in!

So often when we talk about our hair, we’re talking about what’s going wrong and how to fix it. Whether it’s having bad hair days, thinning, hair loss, or breakage, we’re always looking for the quick fix and if it’s natural, even better.

But your hair is usually the last thing in your health and wellness journey to show positive change.

As I started healing my metabolism, finally getting out of burnout, fixing my hormones, and changing the environment that I live in, my hair went through a bunch of changes… not all of them good.

One of the biggest mistakes I made with my own hair was not knowing my true hair type. This goes beyond having curly hair or straight, fine or thick, blonde or brown. Do you know your hair porosity?

I didn’t.

And when it comes to hair products, your porosity makes a huge difference.

Want to learn more? Listen in and hear all about my journey and what you consider as you start looking at your hair care routine and products.

In this episode:

[00:46] It’s time to add to the conversation about natural hair care.
[03:22] The state of our hair is closely related to our internal health.
[06:31] When you experience hair loss your energy shifts… in a bad way.
[08:31] Don't neglect your hair.
[23:08] Learn more about my personal hair journey.
[25:14] Scalp health and hair health are two different things.
[26:00] No matter what changes you’re making, if something doesn’t feel right, trust yourself.
[29:51] Pay attention to what your products are doing over time as well.
[32:19] Even if you’re crunchy, you don’t have to be crusty.
[33:38] Things I wish I would have known before trying to go all natural with my hair care.
[36:10] Your environment matters when it comes to hair care.
[40:21] What hair porosity is and how it impacts your hair care.
[44:36] If you have super hard or soft water, try soaking your hair with distilled water before showering.
[46:16] What it really means when a brand says it’s “sulfate free”.
[53:00] The hair care routine that is working for my hair.
[57:00] Let’s start focusing on resilience over fear.

“Feral” Herbalism, Plants Aren’t Scary, Natural Haircare, Sovereign Beauty & Getting Over Our Fear of Nature with Arielle de Martinez16 May 202400:53:24

There has been a long developed stigma surrounding herbs and their uses in our lives. Common marketing surrounding herbal remedies is often stamped with confusing labels like, “Not FDA approved” and “If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician.”

What society has forgotten is that these herbs are the plants that our creator gave to us on this planet. They all have a purpose in our lives, from healing to beauty and everything in between—and they shouldn’t be considered dangerous if you are in tune with your body, whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just wanting to seek more natural remedies.

My guest in this episode is Arielle De Martinez, and she shares such a refreshing and freeing perspective surrounding herbs and their uses in our everyday lives. Coming from a background as a hairstylist, Arielle began to wake up to the reality that surrounds the beauty and healthcare industries. Shampoos and products that she was using in her client’s hair were loaded with the fragrances and endocrine disruptors that we are all striving to get away from when leading a more holistic life.

If you’re considering leaning into herbalism in your everyday life and replacing some of the over-the-counter drugs and beauty products that plague our society with herbs, this episode is for you! I know you’re going to love it. Tune in today!

In this episode:

[02:19] Welcome my guest, Arielle De Martinez!
[03:19] Arielle shares her background and how she found her way into herbalism.
[07:05] How Arielle went from a hairstylist into a truly natural beauty product entrepreneur.
[10:46] The concept of sovereign haircare and Arielle’s hair care routine.
[16:39] What is at the core of the fear stigma surrounding herbs?
[19:25] The use of herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
[27:28] Using your intuition and instincts when using herbs.
[29:47] Why you should stop using essential oils.
[37:21] The risks of using essential oils during delivery and with infants.
[43:41] Arielle’s favorite herbs to support beauty.
[47:34] Where can we source herbs?

Spilling Health and Wellness Industry Secrets10 Jul 202500:40:17

Welcome back! As my birthday week rolls around, I find myself feeling less celebratory and more… salty. There’s a growing frustration I’ve been carrying about the health and wellness space, and today I’m finally letting it out.

Too many women are being misled by shiny branding and empty promises. Behind all the perfect aesthetics and “healing” talk, there’s a lot of manipulation going on, and it's time to name it.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on the hidden side of the industry. We’ll talk about the rise of self-proclaimed “gurus” and spiritual influencers who sell a curated image of healing while profiting from confusion and vulnerability. It’s easy to get lost in the noise, especially for women who are genuinely trying to reconnect with themselves.

This episode is your reminder to stay sharp. We’ll unpack the difference between being judgmental and simply seeing things clearly. I’ll also dive into the phrase: “Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves,” and what it really means for navigating this space with clarity.

Tune in to learn how to spot the fakes, trust your intuition, and take your power back from anyone selling you smoke and mirrors. It’s time to ask for more than just good vibes. So let’s demand what’s real, true, and actually healing.

In this episode:

[01:10] Why I'm feeling salty and ready to spill some tea.
[04:49] Going over the 5 feminine survival archetypes.
[14:30] The problem with inauthentic spiritual language.
[22:27] Why it's more important than ever to have sharp discernment.
[27:25] How to spot a "Jack of all trades, master of none."
[35:18] Being "wise as serpents and innocent as doves."
[39:47] A final call to see through the illusion and trust yourself.

Anima and Animus: Feeding the True Feminine Instead of Conforming to the Male Anima09 May 202400:48:18

Media has always had the power to shape our outlook on life and even how we choose to behave. I recently rewatched Sex in the City and identified how it so wrongfully shaped the definition of femininity in the late '90s and early ‘00s, by portraying empowered women operating under the guise of masculine energy.

Along with this, which arguably gave an extra boost to the feminist movement, we have a new spin on the definition of femininity that is coming from what is portrayed on social media between the boss babes, wild feminine, and trad wife movements.

This episode is full of so much information surrounding how we interact with the men in our lives, how the men in our lives shape our male anima, and how Yin and Yang energetics are supposed to interact. Tune in now!

In this episode:

[00:46] Welcome to The Fully Nourished Podcast!
[07:29] The different groups of “femininity” that are portrayed on social media.
[12:54] What is misunderstood to be femininity is actually feminism, which is damaging to our true feminine energy.
[14:03] The background on Anima & Animus and what those terms mean.
[18:40] The difference between Yin and Yang energy dynamics.
[26:19] The masculine behaves in response to the feminine.
[28:31] The misconception of true femininity and women who shape themselves into what they think the men in their lives want.
[38:46] Feminine and masculine energy are not roles that we play.
[42:26] We cannot heal until we begin to mother ourselves and care for ourselves.

The War on Physiology, Trying to Erase Women and Why the Words We Use Matter with Isabella Malbin02 May 202400:58:14

Today’s episode is jam packed with meaningful conversation surrounding the controversial topic of what it truly means to be a woman. It is no secret that society is desperately trying to erase what makes women different and unique, and my guest - Isabella Malbin - joins me in this episode to discuss all that is being stolen from us under the guise of transhumanism.

The definition of a woman comes down to the physiology that sets us apart. As Isabella so clearly states, we are human first, then gender second. It is literally the second most important factor as a dimorphic species. While gender roles may vary across the globe or even across neighborhoods, there is nothing that changes the underlying physiology that connects us all as women.

We talk about the impact that gender ideology has on our power as women, the controversy of societal beauty standards, and about the lie we’ve been fed that our value is derived from what we achieve. Join me in this episode where we dive deep into these topics and so much more.

In this episode:

[02:20] Welcome my guest today, Isabella Malbin.
[04:28] Isabella’s experience with becoming a Doula and how gender ideology was introduced in that process.
[06:22] The story behind how Isabella discovered that gender ideology and birthing are completely incompatible.
[09:42] The slow waking that Isabella experienced while working with women and helping them advocate for their own health.
[13:00] How the concept of transgenderism waters down both the male and female physiology.
[19:21] The role that birth control has played in how women relate to their own physiology.
[26:51] Are women more powerful than ever, or is our power being taken from us?
[30:00] The difficulty of finding a political home when we hold the types of views that we do.
[32:11] The benefits of having children at a younger age and the misconception of fulfillment from funneling our self-worth into a career or accomplishment.
[39:44] We are robbed of the opportunity to watch our elders age without chemical intervention.
[50:08] Why does the language we use to describe women matter so much?
[52:03] The real end goal of the transhumanist takeover.
[56:14] Thanks for joining me on the Fully Nourished Podcast today!
