Exclusion criteria were birth before 37+0 completed gestational weeks, multiple pregnancy, perinatal death due to major congenital defects (congenital heart, nervous system and multiple malformations, lethal syndromes) and birthweight <1 000g (in cases where information on gestational age was missing).

This means that the selection also included small babies of more than 1000g and unknown GA.
