Are you addicted to coffee? Well, Bari is 😂And while Sophie prefers to sip her matcha latte, she is a fan of the odd cup of coffee (in moderation). Listen to hear the pros and cons of caffeine consumption, how Bari's grandfather fed her coffee in a bottle and how Sophie HATES wheatgrass!

To sum things up, some pros of caffeine include decreased risk for cognitive decline, depression, Parkinson's, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. However, caffeine can also increase anxiety, reduce the amount of sleep you get, increase your blood pressure and more! We even linked some helpful articles below :)
