Building Trust In A Digital Age. With Allister Manson of Opus Restructuring LLP

(#99). Accounting and finance professionals work with numbers as well as people, and sometimes the situation with the numbers can cause difficult, stressful conversations. We hear from Allister Manson of Opus Restructuring LLP about tech, trust and transparency. He discusses how business and accounting professionals are integral to building trust – not just trust in financial information, but also trust in the integrity of the code and in the collection, retention and security of our data and personal information.

Currently the country's only technology specialist Insolvency Practitioner (IP), he has 20 years insolvency and restructuring experience, supporting businesses from start-ups to established software, hardware and tech service providers.
Allister previously worked at PwC, Smith & Williamson, and KPMG in the Cayman Islands. With tech experience that also comes from 5 years’ managing and advising Fintech companies in Latin America, he also supports up-and-coming tech businesses as a mentor at the Startupbootcamp.
