Healthy men vs. Fake nice guys21 oct. 202500:23:31

All healthy guys are nice but not all nice guys are healthy (as my bf so lovingly put it). A break from the cautionary content, but with a dash of what a green flag looks and feels like in real time, sprinkled in with some personal anecdotes and male perspectives. To help those who struggle with understanding the difference between a healthy man who’s safe to be in a relationship with vs the thin veneer of perceived niceness and a not-so-safe man.

Breakups are like quitting a substance: how breakups mimics withdrawals and grief02 oct. 202500:14:38

he worst part about ending a relationship is all the f*ck *ss advice handed around by people who say people should simply “just move on” and “just let it go” without acknowledging the actual turmoil that is the way your brain has changed while in the relationship. The tea is that breaking up and moving on from a relationship that “activated” you is quite literally the same as attempting to heal from the death of a loved one, and sometimes its even like trying to quit a substance. Most of the time, the act of missing the man is small in and of itself, we really just miss the high of being in a relationship. It’s why “time” is not enough, and “just moving on” is ineffective and will leave people wondering when they actually finally will move on. This is an updated breakup topic from a space of having moved on and what worked for me during my time of moving on from toxic men and all the advice that was mediocre to me in the long run.

Breaking the dating rules? Story time + Vetting in dating24 sept. 202500:24:27

When to break the rules in dating without losing yourself and centering men in the process, and a story time on how I got back into dating (in a non toxic, non angry way) after being boy sober for 10 months.

Spoiler: If you're scared to lose a man because you have "too many rules", you probably are going to be hurt to lose him if you break them for him.

This is not permission to break your dating rules, but a personal story time with touch points on when it just made sense for me too.

Emotionally Unavailable Men - Reading "What Men Dont Want Women To Know" + Why men like when you're mean to them.28 juil. 202500:35:24

Emotionally unavailable men, through the lens of a verbal reading of “What men don’t want women to know”. For the woman who ever wondered why being mean made him text more, come closer, and why men enjoy “mean women” who “treat them badly”. The way dealing with these men can come with physical and mental pain, bargaining, and changing yourself to meet them where they are, and the regression that comes with that. Unpacking the lived experience of what it means to be a lover girl in the face of men who are on a quest of finding targets and victims to add to their roster. And more importantly, the misogyny that often is found in emotionally unavailable men.

This opens up with therapy vibes, then pivots to a male POV of why men operate as they do with women (Reading the chapter “Double Standards”). Then cuts to a breakdown of the literature, and an analysis of why emotionally unavailable men interact with women who want serious relationships. The episode ends with a personal and semi-recent story of my brush with emotionally unavailable men.

The Boys Club - Reading “What men don’t want women to know”.23 juil. 202500:43:47

Can you tell when someone has a premium membership to the boys club?

This episode contains a reading of the chapter “Men protecting men” written by Smith and Doe in 1998.

Opening up a sociocultural conversation on what the boys club looks like in 2025 in the military, your work place, your relationship, your friendship circle and identifying it’s male and female members.

For those affected by the benefits the boys club offers its members, this is a no sugar, straight up read, from one of the most controversial and hidden gem books on dating and men.

This is a discussion on men (and sadly, sometimes women) who protect cheating/cheater types, misogynist, exploitative men, and those assisting in making sure some of the worst men you know have friends, jobs, promotions, access to money and endless opportunities despite how menacingly they move through society.

You don't love the man, you love the lie.16 juil. 202500:20:30

Loving the lie and not the man means the guy you created in your head, the version he showed himself early on to be (the classic first 2-3 weeks), or the person he tries to tell you he is, but actively shows you he isn’t. The lie hits like a drug whether we’re believing it, reliving it, or telling it to ourselves. This episode looks at the lies we tell ourselves and the lies we believe that are directed at us. How we find ourselves in self told lie loops, and when the lies go on for years. How they finally come to an end, and ways we can find the lies in advance.

People pleasing pushes people away12 juil. 202500:17:50

Yes, people pleasing has the opposite effect you think it has. If you call yourself a people pleaser as a badge of honor, this is an episode on why you're not having the impact you want to have. A honest look at how people pleasers are perceived, avoiding being passive aggressive, why healthy conflict can be good, and all the ways people pleasing can be deeply unsettling.

Career insecurity - What it looks like, corporate pick me's and toxic bosses who sabotage you.27 juin 202500:21:02

Are we allowed to admit on the internet that we’ve been insecure at any point about our academic and career experiences?

Today’s episode is about what career insecurity looked like within me, what fueled it externally, how it symptomatically presented itself to others, as well as the stressors and aggravators to it.

For people who’s career insecurity reigns deep, why it’s not only you and some personal stories of my experiences with saboteurs from equal to higher levels. The toxic co workers, nepo hires, and toxic bosses who passed on theirs to me.

How to spot and avoid sabotage before it’s too late, and how to chip away at your insecurity if you don’t have generational background knowledge on career climbing.

The Scorpio's a Sugar Daddy now?! Speaking with "The woman he changed for"15 mai 202500:42:35

If you ever wondered if the guy who treated you like shit went on to become the dream man for the next woman - today’s special guest is the woman the Scorpio “changed” for 👀

“Strawberry” joins us today to tell us all about his new sugar daddy + financially generous approach to dating since leaving my home town, and what the changes look and felt like from her perspective as someone who had no idea who he was.

This one is for every woman who cant stopping thinking about how their exes or situationships went on to become a better man, who think that they “trained him to be better” and “become the perfect boyfriend” for all the women who came after them.

Why this isn’t true, and how these emotionally lazy men just slide back into their default setting = money.

We revel in his new identity shift, hear about the con man lie he shares with women about how he was MY BOYFRIEND for two years? (The breakup content begs to differ).

Just an all around, comedic, therapy and closure themed episode that goes back to the OG lore of the roots of this podcast.

Losing Friends Because You Decentered Men06 mai 202500:22:17

Whether you were the one who centered a man and drifted from your friends OR your friends disappeared so they could center a man in peace (it happens, y’all). This is a firsthand perspective on what it feels like to be that friend who let men disrupt her circle, and how that isolation either happens to you or because of you.

We’re looking at all sides of it in this exact order, and closing it off with when it's time to cut the cord or how to close the gap, IF it’s reconcilable.

Surviving the friend that hates you: Jealousy in friendships14 avr. 202500:33:45

For the naive who may not understand what insecurity and malignancy shows up as in friendship dynamics - this episode is about how being a “girls girl” will be weaponized by friend collectors and women aiming to level you with them.

This is about friendships in adulthood, why you can’t take on charity friendships, and how the stakes are more serious as your life decisions manifest into reality.

But dont worry - these types usually pick victims. So it’s nothing directly about you here - it’s just whoever they can get to say yes to them first.

How toxic work places and toxic relationships are the same07 avr. 202500:21:29

Walking you through the eerie, dead-on parallels between toxic relationships and toxic workplaces.

Check out my FDS collaboration episode on this topic here!

How they both love bomb, devalue, and try to drain you dry. If you’ve ever questioned why you

feel like you’re working harder just to be respected less, this is why.

I break down how these environments condition you to overextend, accept less, and fight to prove your worth until you finally leave or get left on read.

You can expect us to talk about red flags, real remedies, and how to mentally exit a situation before they try to discard you like a used-up tool.

I also give you my smoothie recipe for burnout brain (yes, we’re healing from the inside out) and strategies to stay sane without snapping or crying your way into a sad girl hangover.

And at the end? I go off-script with the chat about never going monster mode, and how eerily similar the playbook is between toxic bosses and toxic boyfriends.

Disclaimer: All commentary is based on broad workplace dynamics and not reflective of any specific company or individual. This episode is intended to help others navigate difficult professional environments with clarity, compassion, and strategy.

Being Addicted to Love - What centering men steals from you31 mars 202500:30:25

If you’ve been centering men to the point where you’ve lost yourself, this is a walk through of symptoms, signs, and what the other side looks like when you made it all the way out (no judgement zone).

I talk about the signs you might be a love addict, what it’s actually stealing from you, and why it’s so hard to stop chasing that high.

We go into why “chill girl” energy is usually just low self-worth in disguise, how love addiction becomes your whole personality, and how most of us are just addicted to hope, not actual connection.

You’ll also hear the exact steps I recommend to move on and rebuild. Not just from a man, but from the whole fantasy. This isn’t about being bitter or anti-love. It’s about finally making peace with your own life and letting that be enough.

This is for the women trying to decenter men, figure out who they are outside of being desired, and stop wasting their glow on bare-minimum energy.

Let’s talk about it.

When you're in a slump from hell - body in total shut down 27 mars 202500:33:43

Why you’re not lazy or broken, and how to gently pull yourself out of task paralysis and flight mode after a nervous system shut down. This one’s for anyone who’s been deep in the slump from hell and is ready to feel human again.

Decentering Work - Detaching from your job25 mars 202500:24:32

For those who get the scaries before work (toxic work environment vibes) and feel genuinely guilty or like they’re doing something wrong by not centering work - let this episode be your reminder.

Not making your work your entire personality is a normal thing to do, and will save you from pain and heartarche if you get laid off or find yourself affected by lay offs (like I was and announce in todays episode)

The only person who should be centering the company is *MAYBE* the person who owns it, and the version of yourself that is clocked in and being paid to care.

Decentering work is about resisting the narrative that you need to be constantly “on” for your place of your employment (unless you work for Tesla and are a surgeon or nurse, sorry besties).

When you center yourself and claim back your personal priorities, you are well on your way to stop centering fixing a deliberately broken dynamic, and are headed back home to you.

This was created as a live stream podcast, and edited for entertainment value for YouTube and Spotify video.

the 2025 glow up is decentering men03 janv. 202500:16:50

The ultimate glow is the one that comes from within. That's the one that doesn't involve the external validation that we've been socially nudged to seek out.

A New Years special, this episode covers topics about how men center other men, dating apps being a trap for women who center men, and personal stories of times I learned my own personal lessons the hard way. We also discuss what to do if you have friends who center men, and we send off 2024 together by the end of it.

Dating scam: the golden deceiver - a cautionary story time for women who love love29 déc. 202401:20:03

Even the best get got. And you know it’s never on any shame here. This is a 2 hour, cautionary dating story-time about a man with dirty-john motivations, lying, deceptive tendencies, fake-charming qualities and scamming ways. Honestly? This story could have stopped one date in, so you know the willingness to be lied to here was peak. Alas, during the events and even up till right now, the plot was too good to stop.

You’ll scream, laugh, cry and hopefully not fall for the same traps I did

Events in this story originally took place in October 2024 and were shared as a 2024 Christmas Day story on a live stream on twitch. Walk down the path of how we got here through every moment of clarity, from first swipe to the bitter block.

Things hot girls just know ft. Fendi Faith14 déc. 202400:57:08

Not knowing that you're perceived as a hot girl doesn't stop other people from thinking it about you, unfortunately. And there are some things hot girls just know after a life that's been well lived.

If you're new to being attractive or are on the path of going there (plot twist, we're all cuties), you can find yourself in the throws of bad faith actors, or overwhelming attention that has negative impacts. You might not even understand where that energy is coming from and why it's so pervasive.

Today's episode combines the experiences of fleeksie and guest star Fendi Faith to answer what seems like mysteries to those who found themselves in hot-girl territory.

Together in this episode, we catch those up to speed who are new to having sexual appeal, or those who are looking to own their status as a hottie, yes, even for those who have made it to this place against their own will.

This episode contains a bonus ending of unhot things to do as a girl and has zero tips for appealing to the male gaze.

The Life and Misogyny of Kevin Samuels - Ft. Fendi Faith16 août 202400:54:59

Ever wondered where phrases like "High value woman", and narratives of women *Having* to settle after arbitrary ages in their early mid 20's came from? Meet Kevin Samuels, the now late youtuber who used his platform of over 1.4 million youtube and Instagram followers to spread these messages and many more!

Today's episode is humor themed, and is a brief glossing of how Kevin Samuels used his platform and time on earth to use women as punchlines and props in his content.

For large transitions, and when you're scared you're not going to be ok. This episode recounts the events I mentally went through when moving out, and how I came to develop my sense of "I'm gonna be ok no matter what" over a 2 year time span, after moving out of my moms house.

The art of being alone - Enjoying your own solitude21 avr. 202400:21:35

While I’ve always had an inclination for solitude, I still found myself occasionally buying into the narrative, during my youth and adulthood, where I believed it was one of the worst things that could ever happen to me. Today’s episode is about acceptance of isolation, whether it was self-induced or randomly brought upon you, and how to know when you found peace with it and can even celebrate it. This episode starts at 0 and goes to 100 around 12 minutes in.

Hate is heavy to live with: when you cant stop ruminating27 nov. 202300:23:08

Listen to this when you can't get over how much you hate a person, place or thing and want to take your mind back.

Re-Romanticizing your life: yeah, it's gonna take a few tries.12 juin 202300:28:07

Re-romanticizing is the name we’re going with today because this shit is a life practice that never stops. Today’s topic covers 11 talking points of how to treat it like one. Whether you arrived at this place from heartbreak, job woes, toxic circles and surroundings, or just pure ennui. This is for embracing inner, outer, audible and tangible change.

When they wont let you move on01 juin 202300:14:22

Nothing I say can ever prepare you for the logic that will inevitably fly out the window if you feel even a slither of emotion for someone you’re trying to move on from. Let’s start there. However, I am not going to make you feel bad about it. Here’s my indepth thoughts on how to deal, heal and self talk when you’re dealing with a man who won’t let you move on.

Deciding who you are after the breakup: Alone at last21 nov. 202200:17:41

So you went through a breakup. Now what? Well, it’s time to decide who you are (you know, after you peel away from all the parts of you that you became while dating that person).

No, this isn’t a long episode about how you need to “just love yourself”. Infact, I didn’t even say that phrase once in the entire episode. This is for anyone who is grappling with all the little things. Like, do you stay friends with their friends? Do you go back to the girl friends they dubbed as “hoes”? And all those things you loved that they called lame, were they really that lame? Spoiler alert, no, yes, and no! But listen anyways just to remind yourself <3

Ghosting: Why they do it, How to deal with it and Bounce back03 oct. 202200:26:23

The infamous topic of ghosting has arrived. Ghosting sucks and you’re totally normal for being affected by it. In today’s episode, I attempt to address the need for feedback, closure, answers, an apology, and how to make sense of it all and bounce back when you’re sitting in the feeling of rejection. I also talk about the types of ghosters, reasons they do it, and how it’s not your job to make them unghost you.

Stop identifying with the anger and pain of a unfortunate moment, bad event, and separation21 sept. 202200:21:56

In today's episode we discuss making an identity out of pain and how we end up letting moments of rejection, separation or unfortunate situations unnecessarily define us. How this can be harmful to us, why we shouldn't do it, and allowing ourselves to move forward with self forgiveness and fluidity. This is discussed in relation to breakups, losing jobs, and any jarring life event that feels like we'll never be able to let go or move on from.

How to know you are in a situationship03 sept. 202200:25:28

You might not even realize you're in one. You might be thinking "he said he likes me" or "he said he loves me", and you might think that situationships are only for the people in one sided dynamics. Well my friend, I'm here to expand your view. I'm also here to explain how situationships exist on a plane of emotional ab**se. Today's episode is also packed with advice as well.

Why I don't like dating apps15 août 202200:16:55

So many reasons to dislike them, where does a girl even start? Today's episode is a rant styled list of reasons of why I dislike dating apps and have discontinued my use of them.

Situationships end when you stop asking how they feel and start asking how you feel11 août 202200:25:19

In today's episode, we talk about how we find ourselves in situationships. How they thrive under our noses, and how we can either push them forward or keep it pushing all together. The main theme: it's not about how they feel about you, it's about how you feel about you and what you feel like you're worth (which is so much more than a situationship).

Having expensive energy and protecting yourself from energy vampires30 juil. 202200:23:55

No, we're not just talking about a dollar value and who you date. This is about the intrinsic value of your time and mental energy and being intentional with it across the board of whoever you deal with, and how to recognize when it's being drained or even exploited. This is meant to hype you up to gtf away from these mofo's, or to atleast set boundaries with them. It's also me voicing my frustrations to a certain degree. Yeah, sorry about that in advance.

The "need" behind the meaning (recognizing your needs)29 juil. 202200:17:27

That tense, heightened, intense feeling that makes you wonder if you're crazy? Yeah, that’s your needs and emotions demanding to be recognized. Today we break it down, and talk about how you can recognize yours.

Cut throat attitude towards disrespectful people (negging and flaw exploiters)02 juil. 202200:24:02

What they said was kinda mean, but that’s just how they are… SIKE! They’re a**holes. Today’s episode is talking about negging, and people who use flaw finding and flaw exploiting as a conversational device. This addresses a range of people, i.e; those who you just met, long term relationships, friendships, and co workers. Why you should shut that sh*t down, and let it burnnnnnn (the connection that is). Because you shouldn't have to gaslight yourself another second longer. It's not normal, cute, or funny and I'm done pretending like it is!

If you love them let them go (real talk)23 juin 202200:15:43

Ok, literally *everyone* says this. But seriously, a large part of moving on is acceptance, and today’s episode is a walk down the brutal streets of acceptance lane. Why leaving someone alone who doesn’t want you in their life is the nicest thing you can do for them, and why you can’t love another person into loving you back.

Being a Doomer (why you should stop)15 juin 202200:49:49

It’s a trying *ss time to be a positive person. Is this what living through history feels like? Today we’re talking about spiraling into a doom mindset and being a doomer. Making doom your identity and the center of all your conversations (without dismissing the times).

Girl where have you been? A personal upload19 mai 202200:14:48

Today's episode is answering FAQ and is a pre-episode as an intro to season 2 of the Fleekazoid podcast. We discuss where I've been, where I'd like to go, and give an update on my personal life (trigger warning: scorpio mention jump scare alert). The purpose is to set the mood for what's to come and to provide background context and personal notes behind the episodes and my content.

Safety in sugaring - scams, red flags, what to look out for.05 mai 202200:26:02

This episode discusses scams, red flags, and things to look for when dating beneficially and sugaring. These are things that cross over into vanilla dating and can be helpful in scenario's outside of just regular sugaring.

Blocking and unblocking: Breaking the cycle06 mars 202200:42:19

So you blocked and unblocked him? Maybe you've done this more than once. Maybe you've even done it over the course of years. Whether you did it unprompted or if he resurfaced and elicited you to do it, today's episode is for the girls who are stuck in this pattern, and we talk about how to break it and come to your senses (with love and compassion!).

No man = No value? Why this isn't true.13 févr. 202200:38:04

Today's episode addresses the topic of feeling like we don't have value until a man decides to see it in us by dating, or committing to us. This episode fights back against the idea that you can't have excitement, purpose, and fulfillment in your world without a man in it. Why you CAN have all these things, and how waiting for man to fulfill that role can be codependent and toxic to your sense of self and progress.

Block him and never look back06 févr. 202200:42:26

Debating on if it's time to block that man? Today's episode will push you over that cliff you're staring down. But first, two personal story times by Fleeksie! One based off a man from a previous podcast episode (Limerence and emotional dysregulation ft. the felon) and a second story time that inspired this episode specifically. This is meant to motivate you to stop holding out false hope that THAT man will ever change (spoiler alert - he wont) and to slam that door on his face once and for all.

Defining "dusty": What even is a dusty?04 févr. 202200:56:52

The word dusty gets thrown around so often, but what does it even mean? It seems like the ultimate insult, but is it an actual archetype? Today's episode defines dusty in the way fleeksie uses it and the ways it can be embodied by a man. We also discuss how these various embodiments of a dusty can affect your life, and what you should watch out for if you are dealing with this type of individual. We also discuss why it is so much more than a man who is just broke or 50/50 minded, and how your life path can be forever altered by one.

Emotionally unavailable men13 janv. 202200:36:49

Today's episode discusses emotional unavailability in dating! How it can be socially ingrained, and why it's not your job to make a man who's emotionally unavailable, to available.

Confidence: why you should be feral and ruthless06 janv. 202200:42:33

In todays episode, we discuss why you should operate ruthlessly in favor of yourself and make it everyone else's problem! How this mindset plays into dating, self validation, and sense of self worth. We also discuss being judged, how you will never be able to avoid it, and why trying to mitigate and minimize judgement from outsiders is a band aid on an issue that will never go away.

Confidence: where does yours come from?27 déc. 202100:37:56

Today's episode addresses the highly sought out question of "Where did you get so much confidence?". We discuss misconceptions of confidence and self esteem, knowing who you are, defining yourself, and addressing the topic of putting yourself online on a social media platform when you have people in your sphere who might judge you for it. We discuss why those people are wrong and stupid, and why you should cut them all off! This episode also shares a small story time of fleeksie's upbringing as a child, and how parents who coddle you from negativity and bullies are not a factor of your present self esteem.

Can men ever do anything with good intentions?24 déc. 202101:22:18

Has a man ever seemed like they were doing something kind, thoughtful, and  in your favor, only for you to find out it was an action that secretly benefited him? Or worse, was being done to facilitate a false sense of trust, closeness, or to make himself seem more likable than he actually is? Today's episode details a list of actions men engage in that have secret hidden intentions that are gross, lame, or outright manipulative. Throughout each point, the questions are asked: why do they do this? How to spot it, and how to avoid it.

Entitled Trifling Dusties03 déc. 202100:46:11

Ever wondered if the man you're entertaining on a dating app is a dusty minded man who's entitled, before deciding to meet him? Today's episode looks at tell tale signs and nuances that give away when a man is approaching you with a self serving attitude, who could potentially be a thirsty MF who will try your life (online and in person). This episode is inspired by and recounts a story time with an entitled dusty fleeksie met up with, a week before this podcast was recorded, and another entitled dusty she almost met up with. The mutual behaviors they both displayed, the red flags she ignored, and how you can avoid these types of individuals by spotting the signs of their character and nature early on.
