What a crazy, beautiful, emotional and truly transformational few months it has been for me. I haven't uploaded podcasts since earlier this year. As I felt since the start of my saturn return in March 2023, I've just been so in my life. It's been hard to focus on anything else. 

Today, I have my beautiful long term fiance and partner here with me. We've been together for 7 years and counting and this relationship continues to be a portal to my empowerment and liberation as a woman.

We share our own person story with ethical non-monogomy for the past 3 years. What we've learnt, felt and transitioned through. And also how our relationship has changed, shifted and evolved with the seasons of our own exploration. 

I understand that this type of relationship isn't for everyone. But I truly believe as long as you're happy, than that's all that matters. We wanted to share our stories to take some of the shame away for seeking a relationship outside of the 'norms' from what we we're modeled as children. 

Relationships come in all shapes and colours, as each person is totally unique. And I hope this episodes empowers you to take a build a bear approach to your love life and question what it is that you really want. Not what you we're told to expect or receive.
