Hi all!

I got accepted onto the ILIKENETWORKING Mentoring Group Scheme

My dissertation title: (5000 words) - currently this is a working title - but it is basically around the idea that female artist's pain has been turned into a fetish that people are morbidly interested in. Their death has overshadowed their life.

Worth more when dead? The fetisisation of female artist’s pain

Specifically looking at artists such as Ana Mendieta, Francesca Woodman and Amrita Sher - Gil

Sorry for the late upload! I was late last week and my home WiFi broke this week 😭

I am loving uni so much!

Week 1: PV of MA Fine Art show at The New Art Gallery Walsall, and PV of ceramics, visual communication etc at the Wolverhampton Art Gallery

Week 2: Slide film, cyanotypes, tutorials and thinking about dissertation!

Week 3: after a horrible cold 😂 lots of dissertation research!

I GOT THE JOB IN THE ART GALLERY I WANTED!

Seasonal work, so not permanent, but still great experience and getting paid!

I work for Whistlefish in Padstow!
