In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Richard Tierney, Christian trauma recovery coach and creator of Trauma Recovery Anonymous — one of only fourteen twelve-step programs recognized worldwide — for a conversation that moves from his darkest years into the recovery method he built from scratch. Richard shares: A childhood trauma at twelve that led to decades of shame, addiction, self-harm, and isolation His fourth and final suicide attempt in the ocean in Bali, and the stranger who appeared out of nowhere to bring him back to shore Why he believes many mental health struggles are actually what he calls a “hole in the soul,” a spiritual wound rather than a disorder The exercise that became his breakthrough: writing two separate biographies, one for who he is today and one for the child who experienced the trauma Why traditional therapy kept him circling the same patterns for years, and what shifted when he stopped looking for solutions outside himself The two-hour process he calls the Healing Event, built on Thought Field Therapy and tapping, where clients meet their younger selves and release what they've been carrying The structure of Trauma Recovery Anonymous, and how it earned recognition as an official twelve-step program alongside AA and NA Find Richard Tierney: A Christian Trauma Recovery Coach and the creator of the latest 12 step program teaching individuals diagnosed with mental disorders caused by the past trauma memories, that there is a permanent spiritual solution available to them today we have a spiritual illness, a hole in our soul, rather than a mental illness. What if years of talk therapy never actually moved anything, because nobody was addressing the energy underneath the words? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Amanda Lyn Dietrich, energy healer and intuitive conduit, for a raw, unfiltered conversation about what actually shifts people out of stuck patterns. Amanda shares: Growing up a high-level empath with no mentors and no language for what she was experiencing, and how that shaped her early counseling career An abusive childhood, and how nature became her refuge and her regulation tool Starting her counseling career at eighteen, and choosing to work with the clients other practitioners had already written off Finding Reiki in her mid-twenties, and calling it her “gateway drug” into really understanding her gifts Living with undiagnosed CPTSD for years, including a therapy session at twenty-one where she told a counselor twice her age to put the textbook down Why traditional talk therapy can keep people cycling in the same patterns for a decade without real movement What it actually looks like to shift energy, clear cords, and release soul contracts while a client is still talking, without making them relive the original trauma Her upcoming membership launching this quarter, and the 1:1 and longer-term programs she offers now Find Amanda Lyn Dietrich: Website: befiercelivefree.com (launching soon) Social Media: Be Fierce Live Free (all platforms) If this episode resonated with you, consider supporting the show with a contribution — every bit helps keep this work going. 📖 The Book BECOMING DIVINE: The Awakening No One Prepared Me For — and the Method That Showed Me the Way. | The Simulation Game of Life: Depression, Empath Awakening & the M.I.R.R.O.R Method with Ketty Lollia | 07 Aug 2026 | 00:36:02
What if the narcissist who hurt you needed something from you just as much as you were pulled toward them, and understanding why changes everything about how you heal? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Ketty Lollia, founder of Methode 4 Life and creator of the M.I.R.R.O.R framework, for a conversation that moves from suicidal depression to a fully embodied understanding of life as a conscious game. Ketty shares: Her years as a professional dancer and choreographer in Paris, and the youth association she ran for a decade before everything changed Losing herself after becoming a mother, and the depression that hit hard after COVID, including a period where she didn't want to keep living The single question she asked God that opened the door to her actual healing journey Three years on the road, from Spain to Egypt to her family's home island in Guadeloupe, healing ancestral trauma tied to slavery Why she stopped blaming the narcissists in her life and started asking what she was offering them that kept the pattern going The five stages she teaches people moving through healing: victim, wholeness, oneness, non-duality, and what she calls the lila state Why so many people get stuck in a spiritual ego loop the moment they learn the language of consciousness, and how mirror-based therapy cuts through it Her school, Methode 4 Life, and the Train Your Superpower training built specifically for empaths From depression and suicidal attempts to an embodied understanding that life is a conscious simulation, Ketty Lollia's way out wasn't theoretical. She lived it, tested it, walked her healing journey alone through it and built Methode 4 Life and the M.I.R.R.O.R framework from that which survived the testing. As a former dancer specializing in the connection of the BODY (science of movement), MIND (NLP therapy, spiritual life coaching) and SOUL (inner child work, manifestation principles), she now guides people across the world to meet themselves and their inner child, so they stop being lived by their story and start playing the Simulation Game of Life in full awareness. | Manifesting by the Moon: Lunar Magic, Tarot & Why the Work Matters More Than the Wish | Jen Sankey | 29 Jun 2026 | 00:39:42
What does it look like to grow up with gifts no one around you could see — and to spend decades not losing them, but quietly deepening them? And what does intentional manifesting actually look like when you strip away the hype and get back to the moon? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Jen Sankey — professional witch, tarot reader, Reiki master, crystal and angel healer, lunar witch, and author of Manifesting by the Moon — for a grounded, practical, and genuinely fun conversation about lunar magic, psychic gifts, and what it actually takes to manifest the life you want. Jen shares: • Growing up alone, outside, making potions — and with a spirit companion she called the White Lady who kept her company before she had language for any of it • Getting her first tarot deck at twelve from the local Spencer’s with babysitting money — and what that unlocked • Being on her own at fourteen and how magic became the one thing she could control when everything else felt chaotic • Why children’s gifts are conditioned out of them — and why that’s worth grieving • Her book Manifesting by the Moon (Llewellyn) — 120+ exercises, spells, meditations, and activities organized by moon phase • The new moon vs. the full moon — intention setting vs. balance and release, and what each phase actually calls for • How to make moon water, when to make it, whether the moonlight needs to touch it, and how to use it • The three-day window around major moon phases — you didn’t miss it • Eclipse energy demystified — it’s an amplifier, not a disaster, and the fear-spreading needs to stop • Why manifesting without action is just making a wish — and the shadow aspect of paying someone else to do your inner work • Discernment, skepticism, and why seven pages of citations in the back of a book actually matter Jen Sankey, an author, professional witch, and tarot reader, is dedicated to teaching the mystical arts. She also won for the self-publication of her three-time award-winning tarot deck, Stardust Wanderer Tarot. | Rose Oil at 300 MHz, Reflexology & the Ancestral Healing Path You Didn’t Know You Were On | Kate Graham | 26 Jun 2026 | 00:47:26
What if the scent that stops you in your tracks outside a flower shop is actually your heart healing? And what if the feet hold the map to every organ in your body — and a skilled reflexologist can support your gut without ever touching it? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Kate Graham — ancestral healing artist, oracle, certified aromatherapist, reflexologist, Thai yoga massage therapist, yin yoga guide, hypnotherapist, and creator of Oracle Fest — for a rich, grounded, and genuinely funny conversation about bodywork, plant medicine, scent and memory, the oracle path, and what it means to build something from a vision. Kate shares: • How her aromatherapy journey began with the discovery that essential oils affect people energetically even before they’re applied or diffused — or even smelled • Why rose essential oil tests at over 300 megahertz — compared to the human body’s 70–95 — and what that frequency lift actually does • Her own healing with rose oil after a heartbreak, and why she now uses rose and blue lotus together for oracle work and heart and third eye opening • Why less is more with essential oils — and how the MLM essential oil craze spread a lot of misinformation about dilution and dosage • The neuroscience of scent: why the olfactory system is directly wired to the memory center, and how this creates a fast track for mindset work, healing — and mediumship • The moment her grandfather made contact through the smell of cigarette smoke in a closed house — and what confirmed it • Reflexology as an indirect way to support organs under stress — including a breakthrough with a client with Crohn’s disease who couldn’t tolerate direct abdominal work • The IUD story that made Kate a full believer in reflexology accuracy • Why she starts sessions with head and neck work and ends with feet — and the whole-body balancing effect that creates • The Scottish golfer who didn’t want “all that stuff,” asked for a taxi 20 minutes in, and then said “let’s do the whole hour” — and came back the next day after the best golf game of his life • Oracle Fest — born from a shamanic journey to Oracle Mountain, now a year-round online spiritual event series with 44 speakers, panel discussions, sound healing, movement, and breathwork; described as a festival, not a summit • The first Oracle Fest in-person retreat in Mount Shasta, August 23–29 • Why she believes skeptics are often the easiest to turn into the deepest believers Kate Graham is an ancestral healing artist and oracle who works with visionary leaders navigating burnout, transition, and suppressed callings. | Tarot as a Mirror: Shadow Work, Past Lives & the Neuroscience of Finding Yourself | Adrienne Amari | 22 Jun 2026 | 00:36:51
What if tarot wasn’t really about predicting the future — but about finally seeing yourself clearly? And what does neuroscience actually have to say about why gratitude, mindfulness, and shadow work change your brain? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Adrienne — tarot reader, past life regression practitioner, and mindfulness and meditation coach — for a wide-ranging, grounded, and genuinely fun conversation about the tools that help people stop running from themselves and start coming home. Adrienne shares: • Being adopted and growing up with a question mark around identity — and how past life regression became a way to explore who she was at her core • The sixth-grade classroom business that introduced her to tarot (thanks, Dad) — and the Devil card that sent her running for years • Coming home from Japan feeling completely lost and how tarot helped her confront the shadows she’d been avoiding — abandonment wounds, fear of judgment, and everything underneath • Shadow work demystified — what it actually is, why it sounds scarier than it is, and why the freedom on the other side is worth the discomfort of getting there • The difference between your shadow side and intrusive thoughts — and why confronting something doesn’t mean becoming it • Why the Suit of Swords is the suit people avoid — and why that tells you everything • The neuroscience of gratitude: how focusing on what you’re grateful for literally builds new neural pathways and changes what your brain looks for • Why our brains aren’t great memory keepers — and how your emotional state right now is filtering every memory from the past • Mindfulness as a practical daily practice — stones in pockets, hair ties with ribbons, and brushing your teeth like a spiritual experience • Why 1% better tomorrow than today is still worth fighting for Adrienne Amari is a tarot reader, teacher, past life regressionist clarity coach who believes that self-discovery should be deep, meaningful, but most of all fun. She specializes in helping the unclear and lost ditch the over-thinking and start trusting their own magic. Whether she’s deep-diving into soul stories through tarot and past life regression, or helping people connect with themselves and the cards in a whole new way in the Tarot Lab, Adrienne is on a mission to help you trade the second-guessing for a HECK YES life. She’s here to show you that you don't need a dictionary to speak to your soul; you just need the confidence to be the main character of your own story. This is a conversation for anyone who’s curious about tarot but doesn’t know where to start, anyone who’s avoided shadow work because it sounds heavy, and anyone who wants to understand what’s actually happening in the brain when these practices work. | The Superconscious Recode, Quantum Shifting & Why Your Nervous System Is the Veil | Lora Danielson | 19 Jun 2026 | 00:39:33
What does it mean to work in the quantum field — and why does clearing energy alone rarely create lasting change? And what happens when a five-day program you weren’t fully paying attention to lifts years of chronic pain in a single session? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Lora Danielson (also known as Starla) — quantum shifter, superconscious recode practitioner, and intuitive energy reader — for a rich, wide-ranging conversation about healing, gifts, the quantum field, and what it really takes to stop creating from the past. Lora shares: • Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and spending years bedridden, in pain so severe she couldn’t breathe some days — and the moment she decided she didn’t want to live anymore • Finding the Superconscious Recode through a program that appeared on her screen while she was out of service in the forest — and how a single three-to-five minute session lifted pain she’d carried for years, even though she was barely paying attention • Why she reframes “healing” as “shifting” — because we are not broken, and the healing loop keeps people stuck • What the quantum field actually is and how long-distance energy work naturally enters it • Why clearing energy isn’t enough — and what happens when people don’t build the structure to stay out of old patterns • The Superconscious Recode process: creating forward momentum, closing the door to the past, and letting the 3D contrast test whether you’ve actually changed • How psychic gifts come online — including seeing a friend’s death before it happened and what she learned from not being able to change it • Why the nervous system is literally the veil — and why calming it is what’s actually thinning the veil collectively • Energy sovereignty for empaths and healers — why so many are exhausted and what to do about it • Why Earth is the only place we incarnate with amnesia — and why starseeds chose to be here now

| Laughing Through the Dark: Second Chance Comedy, Addiction Recovery & Dismantling Stigma One Show at a Time | Joe Huisman | 15 Jun 2026 | 00:31:08 | |
What if the most powerful tool for dismantling shame around addiction and mental health wasn’t a lecture, a 12-step meeting, or a therapy session — but a really good stand-up comedy show? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Joe Huisman — founder of Second Chance Comedy — for a genuine, funny, and unexpectedly moving conversation about recovery, spiritual awakening, the healing power of laughter, and what it means to belong. Joe shares: • His history with major drug addiction and the rock-bottom moment — a walk home in the rain, a weekend in jail, and screaming at God to take him off the planet — that became the turning point • 25 years of sobriety and the spiritual journey that followed, including a deep dive into Christianity as a stepping stone to where he is today • How a bucket-list stand-up comedy class became Second Chance Comedy — 60+ shows across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota • Why he committed to getting on stage 100 times before allowing himself to quit — and what changed when he did • The mechanics of stand-up comedy and why the best material requires emotional distance: close enough to connect with, far enough to laugh about • Why Second Chance Comedy is a real comedy show first — not a speaker series, not a lecture — that happens to chip away at stigma in the process • The woman at a Colorado Springs show who said “I feel like I belong” — and why those four words captured the whole mission • 20% of show profits going to Sobriety House, an organization serving people who can’t afford recovery help • Why he believes some of the most beautiful souls who ever came to this earth are the ones who went down the darkest roads • His vision for expanding nationally — and the Washington State connection that might be coming This is not a typical episode for this show — and that’s the point. Healing takes many forms. Sometimes it sounds like a channeled transmission. Sometimes it sounds like a punchline. Joe Huisman, founder and creator of Second Chance Comedy, is living proof that you can turn your life around—and make people laugh while doing it. A customer support executive by day, Joe started doing standup comedy in 2023. Years ago, Joe battled a crack addiction, and now he uses those past struggles as comedic fuel, transforming tough experiences into hilarious anecdotes. What does it look like to grow up in a body that never stopped receiving? To see other people’s traumas and darkness in grocery stores before you’re old enough to understand what you’re seeing? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Stefani Michelle — author of Chakras and Shadow Work, Reiki Master, interfaith minister since 1996, and founder of Primal Heart Healing — for a warm, grounded conversation about lifelong gifts, spiritual development, interfaith ministry, and what it means to teach others to embrace their own energy without fear. Stefani shares: • Being telepathically connected to her mother’s dreams at age three — and what it took for her parents to respond with curiosity instead of diagnosis • Growing up seeing energy around people in public spaces and the fear, overwhelm, and isolation that came with it • How her mother became a full-time astrologer and meditation teacher to support her daughter’s gifts — and what that kind of unconditional belief looks like • The weekly meditation circles in her home growing up, and how being witnessed by a community of women helped her find her footing • Becoming a Reiki Master and interfaith minister at age 20 with Reverend Catherine Barley — and the Sedona retreat that started it all • How she trained herself to turn her gifts on and off using sensory triggers — and how that practice eventually became second nature • Why she never reads anyone without permission, and why consent is as much about the healer’s safety as it is about the client’s • Her 30 years as an interfaith minister, including a deep love for weddings as the purest expression of heart-centered energy • Why she believes every religious and spiritual tradition is speaking the same truth in different language — and what she hopes her upcoming Primal Heart Sanctuary will create • Love Unshadowed — her 12-week course on opening the heart and building real connection, with lifetime access to weekly group Zoom calls and a supportive community • Her book Chakras and Shadow Work, available on her website and Amazon

And what does it actually look like when a medium takes you all the way back — past your current life, past your family line, to the very origin of who you are? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Brienne — medium, Reiki Master, QHHT practitioner, and multi-modality healer — for a raw, wide-ranging conversation about spiritual awakening, past life healing, and what it really means to remember who you are. Brienne shares: • Growing up with two grandmothers who normalized the spiritual world — ghost stories, Edgar Cayce, angels — and how that shaped everything • Three years of postpartum anxiety so severe she thought she was dying — and the one sentence from Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now that cracked it open • Five years of non-stop spiritual training — books, sessions, visions — and how each one unfolded into the next • The Dolores Cannon video that came on mid-pregnancy, mid-depression, and shifted everything in a single viewing • Her own QHHT session — and how healing a past life as a witch buried alive cleared her lifelong claustrophobia almost overnight • Why she believes anxiety is often unrecognized psychic sensitivity — and why schizophrenia may be something the medical field is fundamentally misunderstanding • Her Human Design as a 5/1 Manifesting Generator — and why it explains everything about how she learned and built her practice • How her grandmother confirmed her mediumship through another medium at a spiritual expo — and what happened next • What her sessions actually look like: past lives, spirit guides, ancestors, and the goal of helping you see yourself clearly enough to reach the next level • Her course — a 9-10 part series taking students from the basics of energy centers all the way through developing their own mediumship Connect with Brienne: • Website / course info: https://www.soulconnectionandrestoration.com • Instagram: @qhhtreikibybrie •. | Ancient Mayan Light Language, Sound Healing & Getting to the Root: A Holistic Health Conversation | Kathryn Eipl | 05 Jun 2026 | 00:45:48
What if healing required working all three layers — mental, emotional, and energetic — at the same time? And what if there was an ancient visual practice using shapes and colors that could anchor specific energies and intentions directly into your system? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Kathryn Eipl — holistic health practitioner, counselor, Reiki Master, sound therapist, and trained practitioner of ancient Mayan light language — for a wide-ranging conversation about what real healing actually looks like when you stop treating symptoms and start addressing roots. They cover: • Why Kathryn walked away from clinical therapy training after one visit to a psychiatric facility — and never looked back • Her career in entertainment production at a major LA studio, the hollow feeling underneath it all, and the depressive spiral she finally chose to climb out of • How yoga led to Reiki, Reiki led to sound healing, and sound healing led to one of the most unique modalities on this show • The problem with Western medicine and the DSM-5 as a checklist — and what holistic health addresses that traditional medicine skips • Why CBT alone isn’t enough — and what happens when you add energy work and sound healing to the mix • Ancient Mayan light language: a visual practice using specific shapes and colors to anchor energy, set intention, and support healing across all layers of the body • How the shapes work — spears for open-ended healing, squares for stability and foundation, triangles for focus and intuition, cones for filtering or broadcasting • How the colors map to the chakras and beyond — including silver for cosmic connection and gold for Christ consciousness • The 7-chakra grid and the 49-shape chakra grid — what they are, how they’re built, and how to work with them once you have one This one goes places most healing conversations don’t. | From Chill Woman to Magnetic Woman: The 4 Feminine Dating Archetypes & How to Ascend | Lilli Bewley | 01 Jun 2026 | 00:55:13
Why do you keep attracting the same types of relationships — even after doing all the work? And what does it actually look like to move from chasing love and approval to becoming the woman who magnetizes what she truly wants? In this episode, Heather Zimmerman sits down with Lilli Bewley — relationship coach and creator of the Feminine Dating Archetypes — for a deep, honest conversation about love, patterns, nervous system healing, and what embodied transformation actually feels like from the inside. Lilli walks through her four-stage framework: • The Chill Woman — craves connection so deeply she self-abandons to keep it; the work is learning what she actually needs, wants, and deserves • The Fortress Woman — has been hurt so many times that walls are the only protection she trusts; hyper-independence as trauma response; the work is rebuilding self-trust and relearning that vulnerability is not weakness • The Goddess Woman — has done the work, knows what she wants, but still can’t seem to attract it; the block is perfectionism, control, and spiritual bypassing; she’s so close — and that’s exactly why it’s confusing • The Magnetic Woman — most parts aligned, acting from fulfillment not lack, no longer recreating old conditional love patterns; this is the destination They also cover: • Why the patterns in love mirror the patterns in money, business, and purpose • The difference between marketed self-love and actual self-love • Why telling someone to “just trust” or “just surrender” doesn’t work — and what does • How spiritual bypassing keeps the Goddess Woman stuck • The nervous system piece — and why trying to eliminate anxious responses misses the point • Why healing from a place of fulfillment (not lack) is the only thing that actually sustains 🎁 Take Lilli’s free quiz (takes about 2 minutes) to find your archetype and discover your personal healing gates: datingarchetype.com Connect with Lilli Bewley: • Quiz: https://www.DatingArchetype.com • Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lillibewley • TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lillibewley • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lillibewley • YouTube: https://www.YouTube.com/@lillibewley If this episode resonated with you, consider supporting the show with a contribution — every bit helps keep this work going. 📖 The Book BECOMING DIVINE: The Awakening No One Prepared Me For — and the Method That Showed Me the Way. | Running in Slippers: Feeling the Fear, Finding the Glow & Starting Over with Angie Hawkins | 25 May 2026 | 00:33:47
You cannot move away from your problems. But you can move through them. In this episode, Heather sits down with Angie Hawkins — Inner Glow Coach and author of Running in Slippers — for one of the most honest conversations about rock bottom, reinvention, and the slow beautiful process of actually learning to love yourself. Angie grew up with emotionally unavailable parents, developed a core belief that she didn’t deserve to be loved, and spent decades chasing her worth in things outside herself. After her dad died, she moved from Chicago to Hawaii hoping a fresh start would fix what was broken. It didn’t. After a series of losses, an intentional overdose, and a hospital stay, a friend said four words that changed everything: it’s not your time. That moment launched her into the journey that became her coaching work, her memoir, and her life. In this conversation, Angie and Heather get into: • How one core limiting belief formed in childhood becomes the root of everything else we struggle with as adults • Why you can’t move away from your problems — and what it actually takes to move through them • What it looks like to lose your entire identity in relationships and external expectations — and how to rediscover who you really are • The concept of feeling the fear and doing it anyway — and why bungee jumping, skydiving, and shark diving are actually spiritual practice • Why near-death experiences shift your relationship with fear permanently • What Running in Slippers is about and why Angie chose radical vulnerability over a filtered version of her story • Angie’s GLOW method and how one session tracing back to your childhood limiting belief can change everything Find Angie at innerglowbyangie.com | Coaching program: Shine from the Inside | Book: Running in Slippers (paperback, Kindle, audiobook) | https://www.runninginslippers.com/ | Mention this podcast for a free Find Your Glow session. | Death, Taxes & Tower Cards: Spirituality, Critical Mass & The Global Shift with Tam Dillon | 18 May 2026 | 00:39:03
Death, taxes, and Tower Cards. The only three inevitables in life — and right now the whole world is in the middle of one. In this episode, Heather sits down with Tam Dillon — practitioner mentor, founder of the global collective Critical Mass, and creator of the Yogic Tarot — for a rich, honest conversation about what healthy spirituality actually looks like, why so many people get stuck, and what it means to find your people in a world that doesn’t always speak your language. Tam has been on the spiritual path since she was 14, and has spent decades building systems that help practitioners and seekers work with integrity, sustainability, and collaboration instead of competition. In this conversation, Tam and Heather get into: • What Critical Mass is and why it was built — a global collective for practitioners and anyone called to the shift in consciousness • Why the spiritual community’s isolation problem is actually intentional — and how to find genuine community • The very real problem of false gurus, toxic spiritual authority, and why unhealed practitioners amplify their wounds instead of healing them • Why you are your own best guru — and what a genuine teacher’s role actually is • How Jesus and Buddha were essentially teaching the same things in different words • The Yogic Tarot — Tam’s life’s work bridging all 78 tarot cards with yogic philosophy and postures • Why retreats, ayahuasca, and one-time healing experiences don’t work without integration • The koshas (yoga’s layered body system) and why healing is never linear • Why 2026 is the Tower Card moment the world has been building toward — and why that’s actually good news Find Tam at tamdillon.com | Critical Mass: criticalmass.community | YouTube: Tam Dillon Official | Critical Mass Community This episode is for every practitioner who has felt alone in their work, every seeker who has been burned by a false guru, and everyone who suspects the world falling apart right now might actually be exactly what’s needed. | Running and Returning: Hebrew Mysticism, Conscious Collaboration & Rebuilding Systems with Simon Mont | 11 May 2026 | 00:43:56
What if the systems we keep trying to fix are the actual problem? And what does it look like to rebuild them from the ground up while staying rooted in something sacred? In this episode, Heather sits down with Simon Mont — organizational development consultant, facilitator, and Hebrew mystic — for one of the most layered and fascinating conversations on the show. Simon has spent more than a decade at the intersection of consciousness, collaboration, and systemic change, asking one central question: how do we work together in a way that doesn’t turn us into people we don’t want to be? From a school teacher to a law student to a community organizer to an organizational architect — Simon kept running into the same pattern. Systems with good intentions creating the same old problems. So he started building something different. In this conversation, Simon and Heather explore: • How to meet people at the exact point of their pain to create lasting organizational change • Why solving a Slack coordination problem became the entry point to dismantling a whole leadership hierarchy • The relationship between individual inner work and systemic change — and why both directions matter simultaneously • The role of psychedelics in expanding consciousness — and why integration is the part nobody talks about • The Hebrew mystical concept of running and returning — how we access peak states and then embody their truth in ordinary life • Kabbalah, Merkava mysticism, astral travel, ancient entheogens, and how all spiritual traditions are weaving the same tapestry • Why the more rooted you are in your own lineage the less threatened you feel by everyone else’s • The one question Simon would ask everyone: what are you truly serving? Simon works at the intersection of elevated consciousness and practical action. Find him at harmonize.work. | When Death Becomes Certain, Life Becomes Rich: Living Intentionally with Stan Gibson | 04 May 2026 | 00:30:54
Why do we wait for a diagnosis, a layoff, or a crisis before we decide to actually live? In this episode, Heather sits down with Stan Gibson — motivational speaker, executive coach, podcaster, and author of Living a Rich and Intentional Life — for a conversation about what it takes to stop running on autopilot and start living with real intention. Stan spent four decades in corporate America, spent years making hard decisions about other people’s jobs, and when his own number came up he was at his desk the next morning at 8am — because he’d been quietly building his real life on the side for over a decade. His story is a masterclass in preparation meeting purpose. The story that started it all: a close friend received a cancer diagnosis with a 50/50 shot at five years. Instead of collapsing, that friend resigned his CEO position, took his kids on individual trips, started painting, and said something Stan has never forgotten: when death becomes certain, life becomes rich. In this conversation, Stan and Heather get into: • The neuroscience of exercise — what BDNF actually does to your brain and why you’re never too old to grow • Why purpose is the number one predictor of longevity — above diet, above exercise • The simple question that reveals whether your priorities match your energy: what are your five most important things, and where are you actually spending your time? Stan is currently transitioning to Thrive CXO and offers free resources at https://leadwithstan.com/ — including a neuroscience-based guide to sleep, nutrition, exercise and meditation, and a free assessment called From Chaos to Clarity. | Why Not Me: 9/11, Cancer & the Inner Work That Changed Everything with Craig Sotkovsky | 27 Apr 2026 | 00:31:54
What does it take to go from “why me” to “why not me” — and mean it? In this episode, Heather sits down with Craig Sotkovsky — 9/11 first responder, cancer survivor, entrepreneur, and coach — for a raw and powerful conversation about what it actually looks like to alchemize the worst experiences of your life into something that helps other people. Craig was at the World Trade Center for two days in the first five days after 9/11. Thirteen years later he’s still navigating the health fallout. He’s had multiple surgeries, been told he might be dying when the doctor hadn’t even looked at his paperwork, and had a moment where his throat closed completely and he had to slow his whole body down just to breathe. And through all of it, he found his way to peace. In this conversation, Craig and Heather get into: • How epigenetics and the reticular activating system explain why your mindset literally changes your biochemistry • Why doing the dark work — really facing your shadow — is where your light begins • The difference between your story and your emotional attachment to it — and why releasing that attachment is true healing • Why nobody is coming to save you — and why that’s actually the best news you’ll ever hear • What it means to be the villain in someone else’s story and the hero in your own • Why 2026 is the year the old systems collapse — and what comes next • How relationships change when two people are actually healed Craig is currently based in Merida, Mexico, preparing for a national mental health and cancer awareness tour for the 25th anniversary of 9/11, and writing his new book Coming from Jersey. This one is for anyone who has ever felt less than, like they’re letting people down, or like the obstacles keep coming. They do. What happens when you stop letting your trauma, your ego, and your nervous system drive the car — and finally take the wheel yourself? | The Walk of Subtraction — Bill Pautler on Practical Spirituality, Kundalini Awakening & Peeling Back the Layers | 13 Apr 2026 | 00:40:05
What if enlightenment isn't something you have to find — it's something you already have, buried under decades of conditioning, trauma, and beliefs that were never actually yours? Bill Pautler has been walking the spiritual path for over 40 years. He started in the Catholic church running a book club — with a priest approving his reading list — and eventually watched his entire religious framework collapse at a stoplight when he started questioning whether original sin made any sense at all. What came after that collapse was a 40-year journey through mysticism, Kundalini awakening, Franciscan monks, life coaches who sold brownies at expos, and a deeply practical philosophy he calls the 'walk of subtraction.' In this conversation, Bill and Heather explore: • The walk of subtraction — why spiritual growth is about peeling away, not adding on • What it actually means to be 'enlightened' (hint: you already are) • The gift of tears — what it is, how it works, and how to recognize it in yourself • A spontaneous Kundalini awakening in a coffee shop — fire coming out of everyone's eyes, 60 days of barely sleeping, and falling madly in love with every stranger in the room • Why triggers are always about you — and why that's actually good news and much more! Whether you came from a religious background and left it, or you're deep in the spiritual work and want a grounded framework to anchor to — this episode will feel like a long conversation with someone who's been exactly where you are. About Bill Pautler: Bill is a multi-time entrepreneur and author of Awakening to Ourselves: The Practical Art of Building a Spiritually Aware Life. His brand, Sage Life (Spiritual Awareness, Growth, and Enlightenment), is built on the belief that spirituality is practical, personal, and already inside every one of us. awakeningtoourselves.com | sagelife.org If this episode resonated with you, consider supporting the show with a contribution — every bit helps keep this work going. 📖 The Book BECOMING DIVINE: The Awakening No One Prepared Me For — and the Method That Showed Me the Way. | Sacred Sites, ET Memories & the Truth Buried Beneath the Pyramids | Dr. Lisa Thompson Returns | 06 Apr 2026 | 00:45:16
Dr. Lisa Thompson — evolutionary biologist, ET consciousness researcher, and UFO tour guide — returns to the show for a conversation that goes deep into the energy of the world's most sacred sites and what she's received from them.
Heather and Lisa compare their firsthand experiences in Egypt, explore why the tour guides in both Egypt and Peru stick to scripts that don't hold up scientifically, and get into what they both believe those sites were actually built for — and by whom.
In this episode: • The energetic differences between Egypt, Peru, Sedona, and Bali — and what each place activates • Why the official Egyptology and Incan history stories don't add up — and what Lisa and Heather believe is closer to the truth • Lisa's QHHT past life session where she witnessed the actual building of the pyramids — including the sound and thought levitation technology used to move megalithic stones • The Serapeum at Saqqara — those massive granite boxes — and what Lisa and Heather independently received about their real purpose • ET involvement in human DNA upgrades and why giving technology without spiritual development led to the fall of ancient civilizations • Astrocartography — how the stars at your birth map locations around the world where you'll thrive, and why it explains the places that have always called to you • UFO sightings in Sedona that eventually led Lisa to start a UFO tour company in Hawaii • The sacred sites still on their lists — Uluru, Mount Shasta, Scotland, Ireland, and beyond

| Why You're Stuck Even When You're Motivated — Kam Knight on Internal Resistance | 30 Mar 2026 | 00:59:53 | |
You have the motivation. You know what you want. So why aren't you doing it?
In this episode, Heather sits down with Kam Knight — researcher, author, and expert in the psychology of the mind — to explore one of the most misunderstood forces in personal growth: internal resistance.
Internal resistance isn't laziness. It isn't a lack of motivation. It's a specific psychological barrier that operates independently from the part of your brain that generates desire — and understanding it changes everything.
In this conversation, Kam and Heather discuss: • What internal resistance actually is — and why it's not what most people think • The 'wanting mechanism' and how unlimited desires create paralysis • Why 'high wants' (big, ambitious goals) can generate more resistance than smaller ones • How limiting beliefs, habits, and comfort zones all contribute to resistance • The role of purpose and alignment — and why misalignment with your higher calling makes resistance worse • Why generic solutions don't work and what a personalized approach actually looks like • Kam's Kam 9 method for uncovering and addressing your unique resistance patterns • Why success is built from accumulating insights over time — not finding one magic answer
Whether you approach personal growth through psychology, spirituality, or both — this conversation will give you language for something you've probably been feeling but couldn't name.

| From Catholic to Mormon to Nothing: How 9/11 Shattered My Faith and Led Me to Spirituality | 23 Mar 2026 | 00:29:51 | |
Some religious journeys follow a straight line. Michael Czerniewski's definitely didn't. Raised Roman Catholic, Michael converted to Mormonism as a teenager. A high school friend invited him over, LDS missionaries arrived, and their message resonated. Despite significant differences between Catholicism and Mormonism—priesthood structure, baptism at age eight, fundamental theology—Michael embraced his new faith. He participated in sacred Mormon rituals that most people never hear about: baptisms for the dead (performing proxy baptisms for deceased ancestors) and the Endowment ceremony (a sacred temple ritual preparing members for the afterlife). Then came September 11, 2001. Michael was serving in the Navy, still an active Mormon. Watching the towers fall, experiencing the fear and uncertainty of that day, something shifted. Instead of strengthening his faith, the tragedy made him question everything he'd been taught. In this honest conversation, we explore: ✨ Why a Catholic teenager converted to Mormonism ✨ The real differences between Catholic and LDS theology and practice ✨ What happens during baptisms for the dead ✨ The sacred Endowment ceremony explained ✨ Pressure to go on a mission ✨ How 9/11 became a crisis of faith ✨ The process of formally resigning from the LDS Church ✨ Why leaving requires a letter—and missionaries still visit ✨ Exploring Greek Orthodox traditions and Taoism ✨ Why Scientology lacks substance ✨ Being spiritual but not religious Michael now hosts "This Podcast is Uncalled For" and appreciates the flexibility of spirituality over structured religion. His journey proves you can honor your seeking without staying trapped in systems that no longer serve you. | Dream Catchers, Astral Projection & The Hidden Language of Sleep | 29 Jan 2026 | 00:39:17
What if your brain was trying to tell you something every single night - and you were just missing the message? In this conversation, I sit down with Amy, a UK-based dream therapist, interpreter, and dreamcatcher artist whose journey into dream work began with tragedy and transformation. Amy shares how a bike accident at 31 left her bed-bound for a year, leading her back to making dreamcatchers - which she could only create in a positive state of mind, forcing her to find something good in each day. That practice became her healing, and eventually her calling. We dive deep into the fascinating world of dreams: why your brain communicates in images (from roses to road signs to random polar bears walking octopuses), what nightmares really are (hidden trauma surfacing), and how dream therapy helps people rewrite their relationship with sleep. Amy explains the actual science behind dream interpretation, how medications and hormones affect your dream state, and why that seemingly nonsense dream about swimming underwater with a bear actually means you're drowning in responsibilities and need protection. We also get into the mystical side: Amy's prophetic dreams (including weeks of dreaming about her parents' car crash before it happened), her terrifying experiences with astral projection, and what dream catchers actually do - including why you need to cleanse them regularly or they stop working. If you've ever had vivid dreams that felt meaningful but couldn't figure out what they meant, or if you struggle with nightmares and want to understand what your subconscious is trying to process - this conversation will give you practical tools and a whole new perspective on sleep. | When Science Meets the Afterlife: Past Life Regression & Spirit Communication | 26 Jan 2026 | 00:55:11
What happens when a scientifically-minded person has experiences they can't explain? They spend 28 years investigating. In this conversation, I sit down with Craig Harry - past life hypnotherapist, paranormal researcher, and someone who went from skeptic to explorer after witnessing phenomena that challenged everything he thought he knew. Craig shares how personal encounters with a deceased family member shifted his entire worldview, and why the wealth of evidence for past lives and the afterlife (especially from medical professionals) isn't more widely known. We dive deep into how past life regression actually works - why analytical minds struggle to access memories, how soul guides direct the process, and why clients maintain free will throughout the entire session. Craig walks us through his gradual relaxation approach that helps people connect with their past without re-experiencing trauma, and shares a heartbreaking case of a soul who carried guilt across lifetimes until the Council of Elders helped her heal. We also get into the practical realities of spirit communication: earthbound souls who choose to stay because of unresolved issues, the importance of spiritual protection when dealing with entities, and why positive energy during meditation can attract spirits looking to connect. Plus: soul families, the healing process on the other side, and how understanding reincarnation helps us cope with grief and loss. If you've ever been curious about what happens after we die, whether past lives are real, or how souls choose their next incarnation - this conversation will give you a lot to think about. | Sacred Site Communication 101: From Trees in Your Backyard to Ancient Temples | 23 Jan 2026 | 00:20:12
You're standing at a sacred site. You're ready to connect. But... now what? How do you actually introduce yourself to land consciousness? This episode is the practical follow-up to our sacred sites comparison. Ryan and I break down the actual techniques our guides gave us for communicating with places - from Stonehenge to the trees behind your house. The main technique: The Red Ball Exercise. You create a ball of energy (starting in your hands like forming a snowball), set it with the intention of courteous introduction, and send it down through your feet into the ground - essentially putting a letter in the mail saying "hello, I'd like to communicate." Then you wait for the site to respond. But there's nuance: Some sites (like King Tut's temple) hit you like a wall of energy without any introduction needed. Others (like Stonehenge) will literally test your patience and say "I'll talk to you next time" if you're not willing to wait. And some (like Glastonbury Tor) might tell you to STOP because you're coming in too strong - like giving someone a power handshake when they wanted something gentle. We also cover:
Ryan shares how his guides literally did "good touch, bad touch" with him in Egypt to prevent energetic overload. I talk about my conversation with a yew tree at Cheddar Gorge that went way deeper than any stone circle communication. If you're planning to visit sacred sites (or just want to connect with nature consciousness near you), this gives you actual practical tools to start the conversation. | From Panic to Purpose: Evidential Mediumship & Healing Childhood Trauma | 19 Jan 2026 | 01:03:01
What happens when two spiritual practitioners get vulnerable about their journeys? In this conversation, evidential medium Stacey Niedentohl and I dive deep into the connections between childhood trauma, spiritual awakening, and the healing path. Stacey shares how a reading after her mother's passing transformed her panic attacks into a calling - and why evidential mediumship requires specific proof, not just general messages. We explore why so many starseeds and lightworkers can't remember their childhoods (and what that might mean about past life trauma), how the body is always the last to catch up during spiritual growth, and why the healers who've been through the most can hold space for others in ways no one else can. We also get practical: Stacey talks about her grief recovery journal designed to help people process loss, and I share why pre-planning your end-of-life arrangements is one of the most loving gifts you can give your family. Plus: exploding candles as spiritual signs, the difference between using your mind as a tool vs. letting it control you, and why trusting your intuition in creative work is non-negotiable. If you've ever wondered why your childhood memories feel fuzzy, why your body takes forever to integrate spiritual shifts, or how to talk about death without making everyone uncomfortable - this one's for you. --- Stacey Niedentohl is an Evidential Medium, Spiritual Translator, and Spiritual Healer with over 11 years of experience connecting souls through private and platform readings. As the author of My Head Knows...But My Heart Still Hurts and My Crystal Addiction, Stacey shares her deep understanding of healing, grief, and spiritual growth. Her compassionate approach and evidential accuracy have touched countless lives, guiding others toward peace, clarity, and connection with the spirit world. | Egypt's Fire vs. England's Earth: A Journey Through Sacred Site Consciousness | 16 Jan 2026 | 00:23:11
What if different sacred sites around the world operate at completely different frequencies - and your experience depends entirely on whether you're willing to meet them where they are? Ryan and I recorded this episode while in England, comparing our experiences at sacred sites in the UK versus our trip to Egypt a few months earlier. And the differences are striking. Egypt wanted you to KNOW you were there - intense, fast, high-frequency energy that was impossible to ignore. The baseline energy even in our Cairo hotel room was stronger than most places in the States. It was incredible to experience but almost impossible to process in real-time (I got sick for a week after, as did several others on the trip). England? Completely different. Slow, methodical, patient energy that actually gave us space to breathe and integrate. Ryan describes Stonehenge as "trying to get peanut butter through a straw" - the site literally told him "next time you come back, we'll have a conversation" and didn't fully open up until his FOURTH visit, after sitting in meditation for 45 minutes multiple times to prove he had patience. We share our experiences at:
We also talk about why you don't actually need to be AT the site to connect with it, how preconceived notions will mess with your experience, and why childlike wonder is your best tool when visiting sacred places. If you're planning to visit sacred sites - or just curious about how land consciousness works differently around the world - this conversation will shift how you think about pilgrimage and energy work. Upcoming: I'm leading a pilgrimage to Egypt in September 2026 - details in the show notes if you want to experience these incredible sites with support and guidance. | Do Our Loved Ones Guide Us From Beyond? An Appalachian Trail Story That Will Give You Chills | 07 Jan 2026 | 00:47:01
Some journeys change you. April's changed everything. At 28, April's carefully planned life—college, teaching degree, marriage, kids—was falling apart. She couldn't find a teaching job. Dating was miserable. Then her 21-year-old cousin Greg died in a house fire, and something broke. So April did something drastic: she decided to hike the Appalachian Trail—all 2,190.6 miles—despite having zero backpacking experience. Her first attempt in 1996 ended at 400 miles, limping home with injuries. But in March 1998, she went back. In this powerful conversation, April shares: ✨ Why only 20% of people who attempt the AT actually finish ✨ What it's like hiking 8-10 hours a day with no cell phone, no music, just your thoughts ✨ Talking to her cousin Greg on the trail for months—and not getting answers ✨ Leaving the trail when her grandmother died, attending the funeral, then coming back ✨ The hardest day of the hike: September 9th in the White Mountains ✨ Rain-soaked, 40 degrees, crossing rushing water up to her knees ✨ Everyone telling her to stop—but hearing a voice say "go" ✨ Climbing Kinsman Mountain in the dark with only a dim headlamp ✨ Hearing her grandmother's voice for the first time: "You'll be okay. Just take it slow. One step at a time." ✨ How her cousin Greg—a track athlete—pushed her to keep going ✨ Using these lessons to motivate her staff for 26 years ✨ Becoming a keynote speaker sharing her story This isn't just a hiking story. It's about grief, spiritual guidance, and the courage to keep going when everything tells you to stop. | 'You Are Deeply Loved': How Spiritual Direction Heals What Therapy Can't Reach | 30 Dec 2025 | 00:48:06
What do you do when the Christian institutions that should have loved you actually wounded you—but you still feel connected to divine love? Dr. Nathan Page's story begins with childhood sexual abuse at 8 years old by a female babysitter who told him nobody would care. Convinced he didn't matter, didn't belong, and had no value, Nathan encountered something unexpected: a voice from the divine telling him he was deeply loved. That relationship with divine love sustained him through decades of toxic shame, suicidal ideation that began in childhood, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and eventually deconstruction from Christian institutions that didn't reflect the love he knew. Today, Nathan is an ordained spiritual director—a practice that sits at the intersection of spirituality and therapeutic work, helping people deepen their understanding that they are, in fact, deeply loved by something greater than themselves. In this transformative episode, we explore: ✨ What spiritual direction actually is and how it differs from therapy ✨ The practice of holotropic breathing and accessing "thin spaces" where the veil between seen and unseen thins ✨ Why silent retreats create profound discomfort—and profound healing ✨ Nathan's personal journey through abuse, shame, and finding purpose in helping others ✨ Creating safe spaces for people hurt by religious institutions ✨ Why divine love (or universal energy) meeting your attachment needs matters Content Warning: This episode discusses childhood sexual abuse and suicidal ideation.
