I Stopped Wanting...and Finally Decided08 Apr 202600:21:40

I recently had an experience that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect.

After hearing Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield speak, at a time when the Artemis missions are reigniting humanity’s drive to explore, I found myself reflecting on my own life, my own goals, and the gap between wanting something… and truly deciding for it.

This episode isn’t about space.

It’s about identity, growth, and the internal shift required to actually create the life you say you want.

In this conversation, I share:

✨ The powerful distinction between wanting and deciding and how it’s shaped my life
✨ Why I realized I had to change who I am, not just what I do
✨ How I’m learning to love the staircase instead of chasing the destination
✨ What it means that even high performers experience imposter syndrome
✨ The question I now ask before taking any big risk
✨ And the one question I’m leaving myself with: What am I going to do next?

This episode is an invitation, for me and for you, to stop waiting, stop hoping, and start becoming.

Because it’s not about reaching space.

It’s about becoming someone you’re proud of on the way there.

If this resonates, share it with someone who’s ready to step into their next level.

What if the moments that break you… are actually the ones that align you?

In this deeply honest and powerful conversation, I sit down with spiritual mentor and entrepreneur Lauren Brollier Newton to explore what it really means to transform your life, from the inside out.

Lauren shares her journey from feeling stuck in a safe but unfulfilling life, to experiencing a complete personal and professional breakthrough after committing to a simple but powerful daily practice. Just 40 days later, everything changed.

Together, we unpack:

  • The difference between “little me” and “big me” thinking
  • Why suppressing emotions blocks true growth
  • The hidden cost of playing it safe
  • How to work with fear instead of fighting it
  • The role of alignment in creating meaningful success
  • Why manifestation isn’t about control but trust

This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need to be willing to listen, align, and take the next step.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your path… this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.

Feeling Unsupported By Your Partner? Do This04 Mar 202600:05:03

What do you do when a dream gets ignited inside of you… but your spouse or partner doesn’t support it?

Many people experience this moment. You discover a new passion, a new idea, or a vision for something more in your life. Naturally, you want to share that excitement with the person closest to you; only to be met with hesitation, doubt, or resistance.

Questions like “How will we afford that?” or “Is now really the right time?” can quickly deflate the excitement and make you question your dream.

In this episode, I share two powerful mindset tools that can help you move forward with your dream while also creating more support in your relationship.

You’ll learn:

  • How to invite your partner into supporting you; even if they don’t understand your dream
  • How shifting your focus can change the way you experience support
  • Why building support outside your relationship is sometimes essential when pursuing something new

If you’ve ever felt discouraged or unsupported while chasing a dream that matters to you, this episode will remind you that you’re not alone; and that there are ways to move forward with confidence.

Start the Year Strong: Choose the Rooms That Shape Your Results18 Feb 202600:04:10

We’re still in the first quarter of the year, and this is when it matters most.

The energy you surround yourself with right now will shape your mindset, your mood, and your momentum for the rest of the year.

I believe we’re all either a sponge or a faucet. Sometimes we’re absorbing the energy in the rooms we’re in. Other times, we’re creating it. The key is being intentional about when we’re doing each and who we’re doing it around.

At the beginning of the year, it’s so easy to fall back into default environments. The same friend groups. The same conversations. The same thinking.

But if I want different results this year, I have to choose different rooms.

Who I spend time with impacts how I think.
How I think impacts how I show up.
How I show up impacts what I create.

When I put myself in rooms where people are expanding, building, dreaming bigger than me; I become the sponge. I absorb that energy. It stretches me. It raises my standard.

And when I walk into rooms that need light, leadership, and belief — I choose to be the faucet. I decide how I’m going to show up. I set the tone.

As we set this year off on the right foot, I’m asking myself:

  • Who am I spending time with?
  • How do I feel after I leave certain rooms?
  • Are these relationships aligned with where I’m going — or where I’ve been?

This year, I’m being intentional.

Because the people around me will either fuel my momentum or slow it down.

And I know which one I’m choosing.

Here’s to starting the year surrounded by the right energy and creating results that reflect it.

Trust Your Inner GPS: Reconnecting With Your Intuition When Life Feels Loud11 Feb 202600:16:50

I share real-life stories, powerful reflections, and practical tools to help you tell the difference between intuition and fear, create space for stillness, and rebuild trust with your inner guidance.

Your intuition is steady, loving, and always available. The more you listen, the clearer the path becomes.

Self-Compassion Through Adversity: Finding the Seed of Growth in Every Challenge06 Feb 202600:08:55

In this heartfelt episode of Ever Expanding Conversations, Stacey Berger explores one of the most important mindset shifts we can make during difficult times: practicing self-compassion instead of self-criticism.

As ambitious, accomplished people, it’s easy to feel like we shouldn’t struggle — especially when we understand that our thoughts create our reality. But Stacey reminds us that highs and lows are part of the human experience, and our challenges often become the catalyst for our greatest growth.

Drawing on powerful wisdom from Mary Morrissey and Napoleon Hill, Stacey shares how every adversity contains a seed of equal or greater benefit...if we’re willing to look for it.

If you’re facing a setback, feeling discouraged, or navigating a season of uncertainty, this conversation will help you find a higher perspective and transform challenge into opportunity.

Always Saying Yes? This Is Why Boundaries Feel So Hard28 Jan 202600:10:04

So many people say, “I need better boundaries.”

But what if boundaries aren’t actually the problem?

In this episode, I share a powerful reframe that completely changed how I think about boundaries, and why trying to “create” them can feel hard, restrictive, and even exhausting.

Instead of focusing on saying no, this conversation explores a more expansive approach, one that starts with clarity around your values, your vision, and how you truly want to spend your time and energy.

In this episode, we explore:

  • Why the idea of “creating boundaries” often creates resistance
  • What to focus on instead when you’re feeling burnt out or resentful
  • How clarity naturally guides what you say yes and no to
  • Why saying no isn’t selfish, but an act of alignment

This isn’t about building walls or pushing people away.
It’s about creating a life you love, and letting that vision guide your decisions.

If you’re someone who tends to say yes too quickly or feels stretched thin, this episode will give you a fresh perspective and a simple shift to experiment with right away.

Here’s to you living a life you love.

How to Communicate Better: Practical Tools for Deeper Connection09 Jan 202600:08:55

If there’s one skill that can transform everything, your relationships, your business, your confidence...it’s communication.

Most of us were never taught how to communicate effectively. We learned patterns from childhood, past experiences, or our environment… and those patterns follow us into adulthood, often creating misunderstandings, conflict, or missed opportunities.

In this episode, I share simple but powerful communication tools that deepen connection—personally and professionally.

You’ll learn how to:
✨ Set clear intention before you speak so you show up grounded, focused, and purposeful
✨ Become more present in a distracted world
✨ Use body language and energy to build trust and connection
✨ Listen to understand, not just to respond
✨ Navigate triggers and communication patterns that derail conversations
✨ Communicate in ways that make others feel seen, heard, and valued

These aren’t complicated techniques; they’re practical skills that, when used consistently, can shift every conversation you have. On the other side of this work is more clarity, more ease, and more meaningful relationships in every part of your life.

After watching, share your biggest takeaway or one communication skill you’re working on. I’d love to continue the conversation with you in the comments!
