Saison 1 · Épisode 30
samedi 21 octobre 2023 • Durée 35:28
Happy 30 Episodes, End Scene listeners! Tony and Evan reunite for this 30th episode of End Scene and per usual, some great entertainment law topics are on the docket. Second, Tony and Evan talk about a copyright infringement lawsuit that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear this 2023-24 term involving Flo Rida's song "In The Ayer." However, this is NOT your traditional copyright infringement lawsuit as the Supreme Court will assess the statute of limitations that are typical in copyright infringement lawsuits. Tony and Evan discuss their thoughts on this case (18:58). Finally, in honor of 30 episodes, Tony and Evan share their favorite End Scene episode so far (29:26).
