Bosnal is supported by a social-enterprise in India that employs women to collect fallen palm leaves and transform them into food-safe plates, bowls and platters. In this episode we discuss the impacts of disposable plastic dinner wear, uncover palm leaf plates benefits, learn if they’re reusable (or not) and hear about the India based social enterprise helping this shift from plastic to biodegradable.
