In today’s solo episode (171) of the Eat Capture Share podcast, I’m opening up about something I’ve been very nervous to talk about - my recent weight loss. If you're looking to start your weight loss journey in 2026 or simply are curious how best to navigate working in food whilst maintaining a healthy lifestyle, this episode is for you!

Here's what else you can expect from today's episode...
