We know he’s a good negotiator, but come on, that’s wild? How did he even find Koschei? This one goes deeeepp into speculation but ends up in a really fun place. ***SPOILERS FOR SARAH J MAAS’S ACOTAR, THRONE OF GLASS, CRESCENT CITY*** Maasverse: Was Mama Archeron Human? Signs point to no. There’s something very witchy about this lady, and we don’t mean personality-wise. Her bed is made of ironwood, she only has daughters, she raises her children (Nesta especially) to be cruel and unfeeling - the signs are there! Plus Nesta and Elain both have mental gates of iron - are these sisters ironteeth? Maasverse: Are there wyrdmarks around the Archeron’s door? Whorls and swirls galore, babes. Yes, definitely. But the bigger question is - why are there wyrdmarks in Prythian at all, if the Valg have never been here? Could they in fact not be a Valg language at all, but connected to the Daglan? Or have the valg been here the whole time? And did the wyrdmarks actually work? After all, the Archeron’s were protected from Fae harm, just not in the way they thought they would be.
