EP03: Balancing assertivness and receptivity 29 Jun 202500:14:25

☾ Episode 3: Balancing assertiveness and receptivity ☽

In this episode of Kinship, Surabhi gently unpacks one of the most essential questions in relational life with dogs: How do we hold boundaries with love while staying open to communication?

Through stories, nervous system wisdom, and practical guidance, we explore how blending clarity with curiosity can help us move beyond control—and into connection.

In this episode, listeners will explore:

  • 𖤓 How to move beyond the binary of “firm or kind” toward relational leadership

  • 𖤓 What healthy, grounded assertiveness looks and feels like in practice

  • 𖤓 Why receptivity is not indulgence—but a vital form of listening and attunement

  • 𖤓 A simple, step-by-step practice for integrating direction with compassion during moments of conflict

  • 𖤓 How embodying both assertiveness and receptivity becomes an act of cultural and nervous system healing—for us and our dogs

Hope you enjoy this episode! ❤️

    EP01: Softness is a praxis27 Jun 202500:29:50

    ☾ Episode 1: Softness is a praxis ☽

In this gentle, reflective episode of Kinship, Surabhi explores softness not as fragility, but as a radical, relational practice—one that invites deeper connection with our dogs and ourselves.

Together, we examine how choosing tenderness in moments of dysregulation can transform how we show up in relationship.

In this episode, you will explore:

    • 𖤓 Why softness is a form of resistance—not weakness—in a culture obsessed with control

    • 𖤓 How to meet canine behavior with curiosity instead of correction

    • 𖤓 The link between fear, control, and our nervous system responses

    • 𖤓 What it means to create safety through attunement rather than obedience

    • 𖤓 Daily practices to reclaim tenderness as a path toward healing and connection

You can also engage with some inquiry after the episode:

🌹 where do yo feel the urge to control your dog? What might that urge be protecting or compensating for?

🌹 When you think about “softness,” what emotions or memories arise? Is there resistance? Grief? Relief?

🌹 what’s one small way you can practice softness this week—in how you respond, how you speak, or how you approach a situation?

Hope you enjoy this episode ❤️

    7. Nervous systems & behaviours - what's the link?22 Aug 202300:26:07

I talk a lot about nervous systems in my consultations with clients. Because the behaviours that we see not just in our dogs but all living beings are linked to the working of the nervous system. When we understand how this works, we are able to appreciate the nuance in our dogs' behaviours. In this episode, I start by sharing why I emphasise so much on the importance of calm dogs and then flow into talking about the polyvagal theory, (which has been a new and very interesting find to me) the importance of safety in the nervous system , the benefits of regulation and the value of seeing all behaviour as information and in their relevant contexts. Let me know what you think of this!

    EP02: The violence of obedience28 Jun 202500:34:04

☾ Episode 2: The violence of obedience ☽

What if this expectation of obedience from dogs and ourselves is actually perpetuating a culture of violence?

In this vulnerable episode of Kinship, Surabhi introduces the idea that demanding obedience from our dogs is an act of violence. It sounds loaded, doesn't it? It is, it really is.

She supports this with personal stories and reflections and arrives at through multiple lenses - toxic systems, nervous system understanding and more.

    In this episode you'll explore:

𖤓 The hidden costs of obedience

𖤓 Obedience as a tool of control and power

𖤓 What dogs teach us about consent and autonomy

𖤓 The nervous system and trauma of coercion

𖤓 Reframing the relationship beyond obedience

Through this episode, I invite you to reimagine dog companionship based on trust, co-regulation, and mutual respect—where saying “no” is honoured, and softness becomes a radical act of connection.

    5. Why I stopped asking my dogs to sit02 Aug 202300:24:32

As a pet parent, I was trained to believe that I have to teach my dog to SIT and it's perhaps one of the most important things to teach dogs. But I learnt (not so soon enough) that asking our dogs to sit repeatedly can have a detrimental effect on their physical & behavioural well being. In this episode, I unpack some of that impact. There is a shift happening - quiet, almost imperceptible, beneath the surface of everyday life. Women everywhere are waking to the truth that their relationships no longer hold the fullness of who they are becoming.

In this episode, we explore how our dogs often become the first relationship to show us what’s truly possible: connection that doesn’t rely on performance, compliance, or shrinking. Through presence, honesty, and raw authenticity, they reveal a new standard of relational possibility - one that can transform marriage, partnership, and all human connection.

Join me as we journey into this new dawn of partnership, uncover the conditioning women have carried for generations, and discover how to step fully into authenticity, expansion, and the relational life you were meant to live.

Step inside my new coaching program, Untamed, for women who are longing to co-create their marriage to meet the empowered woman they're becoming - with guidance from their dogs ♥️

EP07: What is the texture of YOUR guilt? 01 Nov 202500:24:42

In this reflective episode, we explore the complex emotional landscape of guilt as it shows up in the lives of women who care for their dogs.

From feeling guilty about leaving their pets home alone, to questioning if they’re doing “enough,” this conversation delves into how guilt can quietly shape daily caregiving choices.

Rather than pushing the feeling away, the episode invites listeners to sit with their guilt - to notice its texture, its tone, and its message. What is your guilt trying to tell you?

Through gentle reflection and observations, this episode guides women toward transforming guilt from a burden into a teacher, deepening both their self-compassion and their bond with their dogs.

    EP06: When love meets injustice 💪 22 Aug 202500:32:27

    EP06: When love meets injustice

In this tender and thought-provoking episode, Surabhi explores what unfolds when love meets injustice—particularly in the lives of women who are deconditioning from control-based paradigms and reclaiming relational ways of being with their dogs.

Rooted in personal reflection, somatic awareness, and attachment-informed practice, this episode invites listeners to notice how systems of patriarchy, capitalism, and dominance have shaped the way we relate—not only to our dogs but to ourselves. We name the subtle, often invisible ways control masquerades as care, and we begin to imagine what justice can look like in the space between us and our animals.

    Together, we explore:

    • The internal conflict between deep love and inherited control

    • How injustice shows up in training, relationship, and self-talk

    • What relational justice looks and feels like in daily interactions

    • Five grounded practices for fostering attunement, co-regulation, and relational integrity

This episode is an invitation to pause, soften, and remember: we do not have to choose control to feel safe. We can choose connection. We can choose presence. We can walk the path of love—without conditions, without coercion, without domination.

For those longing for a different way—with your dogs, your body, and your world—this episode is a gentle companion on the journey.

I'm so excited to welcome all of you into my Telegram community, The Sanctum. This is a community of like-minded women who are braving the journey of embracing relational attunement and coregulation with their dogs and, rejecting control based paradigms.

EP05: Relating Beyond Empire: Dogs, Liberation, and the Undoing of Power18 Jul 202500:28:57

☾EP05: Relating Beyond Empire: Dogs, Liberation & the Undoing of Power ☽

In this episode of Kinship, Surabhi explores how dog-human relationships can serve as portals to decolonial, anti-capitalist, and relationally just ways of being. Moving beyond obedience and ownership, she asks: what happens when we choose connection over control? What does it mean to listen, not lead?

Through reflections on free-living dogs, ancestral relational wisdom, and everyday acts of consent and co-regulation, this episode invites you into a radically different kind of love—one that heals systems, not just behavior.

☾ Episode 4: Secure attachment is the medicine ☽

In this heartfelt and reflective episode, Surabhi explores the concept of secure attachment as the foundation of healing—both in human relationships and in our bonds with dogs. This isn't just theory; it's nervous system-level medicine—a form of connection that reshapes how we and our animals relate, cope, and heal.

She also offers a special invitation to deepen your relationship with this medicine (details below ⬇️ )

    In this episode, listeners will:

    • Reflect on their own attachment patterns—with dogs and humans alike.
    • Ask more often: “What does my dog need to feel safe?”
    • Practice being present, attuned, and emotionally responsive to your dog.
    • Consider connection as a healing tool—behaviour shifts when trust is built.

EP10: Intuitive Boundaries - Creating Space Without Losing Love12 Dec 202500:21:34

How do we hold space for ourselves without shutting out the people, and dogs, we love?

In this episode, we dive deep into the ways our Empowered Guardian Archetypes™ - the Companion, the Steward, the Reclaimer, and the Protector - shape how we set boundaries, navigate love, and honour our energy.

We explore the patterns that show up in everyday life: from the way your dog senses your tension and leans in for comfort, to the ways you co-regulate energy with your partner, friends, or family.

You’ll hear relatable, sometimes humorous examples that will make you think, “Oh my god, that’s me!” while also uncovering the deeper emotional lessons about love, safety, and consequence that influence the way you connect.

This episode is not about “rules” or “shoulds.” It’s about seeing your own instincts, owning your relational patterns, and learning to hold boundaries from a place of love, attunement, and self-respect.

You’ll leave with a gentle, empowering understanding for creating space in your relationships without shrinking, over giving, or losing your wild, intuitive power.

Whether you’re snuggled on the couch with your dog, sitting across from your partner, or reflecting on the people who matter most, this episode invites you to explore how your archetype shapes your heart, your boundaries, and your connection to the world around you.

EP09: The Wild Nervous System - Why You Feel So Alive Around Your Dogs12 Dec 202500:13:07

In this episode, I explore the profound connection between humans and animals, and why being around dogs can awaken a deeper sense of aliveness for us dog moms.

We dive into how women, in particular, have often been conditioned to suppress their nervous systems, limiting their capacity to fully experience life, connection, and joy.

Through insights and practical guidance, we uncover how returning to “wildness” with the support of dogs can help regulate the nervous system, restore vitality, and transform the way you show up in life and relationships.

This is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your instincts, and the untamed energy that makes you feel truly alive 💜

    EP11: Why You Can’t Learn Co-Regulation on Instagram16 Dec 202500:21:28

You can understand co-regulation. You can follow all the right accounts. You can know exactly what’s happening in your dog’s nervous system.

    And still feel stuck.

In this episode, we explore why co-regulation can’t be learned through scrolling - and why so many thoughtful, deeply caring dog moms find themselves trying harder without feeling any real shift in their relationship with their dog.

This conversation is for you if you:

    • understand co-regulation intellectually but struggle to embody it

    • feel pressure to “be regulated” for your dog

    • notice yourself monitoring, managing, or bracing in hard moments

    • want a more grounded, attuned relationship — without self-abandonment

This isn’t an episode about doing co-regulation right - it’s an invitation to stop performing safety and start inhabiting it.

EP24: Are you scared about talking about your business?12 Aug 202600:35:41

If talking about your business feels crunchy to you, then this episode is for you.

In this episode I name four specific fears that keep brilliant dog pros from talking openly about their business — and where each one actually comes from:
    - The visibility wound: being seen as someone who wants money
    - The "I don't want to come across as salesy" pattern
    - The social media fear: why business content feels different from educational content
    - The identity split: why the dog pro and the business owner feel like two different people

And how to take bold, brave action in spite of these stories.

    EP23: Client Spotlight - Eva: From Copy-Paste Consultant to Soulmate-Client Specificity 05 Aug 202600:53:52

Episode 23: For four years, Eva was doing genuinely excellent work — working with client with reactive dogs, breaking down behaviour with real depth and compassion. And she was miserable doing it.

Not because the work was wrong. Because the shape she'd poured it into wasn't hers. Session-by-session consultations. Vague, everybody-with-a-dog positioning. A business coaching industry that offered her six-figures-in-three-months hustle culture or manifest-and-it-will-happen fluff — nothing that spoke to a woman who didn't want either.

So she did what a lot of us do: she assumed the anxiety was the price of admission. That if it felt wrong, she just hadn't figured it out yet.

This conversation is about what happened when Eva stopped trying to fit the mould and started asking what she actually wanted — and gave herself permission to build toward it, even when it looked like nothing else in the industry.

    We talk about:

    • Why "canine behaviour consultant" never fit, and what it meant to introduce herself differently
    • The moment she realised she got to choose who she works with — and said no to men, full stop
    • Getting specific about her soulmate client (women with reactive dogs whose lives have shrunk around them) after years of believing specificity would cost her bookings
    • Moving from one-off sessions to a relational, three-month container — and why that structure was the one that actually matched how she wants to work
    • Dissolving the split between "personal Eva" and "business Eva," and what got possible once she stopped keeping them separate

This is what happens when a brilliant practitioner finally stops asking permission to build the business that's actually hers.

EP14: Why dog moms "hop on, hop off" training approaches03 Jan 202600:30:49

Why Dog Moms “Hop On, Hop Off” Training Approaches

Many dog moms - especially those living with complex, sensitive, or reactive dogs - find themselves cycling through training approaches. One method gives hope, another promises clarity, and another claims to be the answer. When none of them quite land, it’s easy to assume something is wrong.

But what if that pattern isn’t failure?

In this episode, we explore the unspoken truth behind why dog moms “hop on” and “hop off” training methods - and what it actually reveals about intuition, nervous systems, and the relational field between dog and human.

    We talk about:

    • Why complex dogs don’t respond well to surface-level or behaviour-only solutions
    • How dogs read nervous system states, not just cues or techniques
    • The hidden cost of relying solely on external authority while ignoring instinct
    • What the “relational field” is and why it matters more than any single method
    • How intuition is embodied data—not guessing or emotion
    • The shift from fixing behaviour to co-regulating safety

This conversation is for dog moms who feel deeply, notice everything, and sense there’s more happening beneath the behaviour - yet haven’t always trusted that knowing.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why does nothing seem to fully work for my dog?”

This episode offers a different lens - and permission to stop searching for the perfect method and start listening to the relationship itself.

And if you are ready to make that shift, I welcome you inside my new 6-week group container, RESONANCE ✨

𓂀  Create space for your dog to sniff the floor when guests come in, hesitate before greeting someone, or take their time approaching something unfamiliar, without being rushed

Untamed Moment # 11: Empathy Without Erasure In Marriage21 Dec 202500:51:15

Do you ever feel like your empathy is costing you your energy in marriage?

In this episode, we explore why women who’ve done the work- emotionally, relationally, and socially—- often slip into overgiving when they feel bad for their partners. We unpack how empathy can quietly turn into self-erasure, why this pattern is so common, and how it leads to resentment and disconnection.

You’ll hear relatable marriage scenarios, a powerful reframe on emotional labour, and an unexpected lesson from dogs on how to stay present without abandoning yourself.

If you’re a married dog mom longing for more aliveness, clarity, and empowerment in your relationship, this episode will speak to you.

Meeting new dogs doesn’t have to mean pushing past discomfort, rushing greetings, or aiming for “good behavior.” When we center nervous system safety, dog introductions can become calmer, clearer, and more respectful - for everyone involved.

In this episode, I share 5 nervous system truths that support safer dog-to-dog interactions, including:

    • Recognising calming signals
    • Checking in with your own nervous system
    • Understanding how your dog typically interacts
    • Choosing environments that support regulation
    • Reframing “good” interactions into safe ones

EP22: Client Spotlight - Sowjanya: From five years of dread to a 4-figure USD offering31 Jul 202601:02:10

Episode 22 : From Five Years of Dreading the Work to a Four-Figure USD Offering — A Conversation with Sowjanya, Applied Canine Ethologist

What happens when a brilliant dog pro spends five years building a business she doesn't actually enjoy — and then decides to burn the model down and start again?

In this episode I'm in conversation with Sowjanya, a Certified Canine Behaviour Consultant and Applied Ecologist who has been building a decolonial dog behaviour practice - one that centres free-living dogs, canine autonomy and the conversations the industry isn't having yet.

Sowjanya came to me in February 2026 with a business that worked on paper and was draining her completely. Five years in. One-on-one sessions that felt energy-sapping rather than energising. Prices she knew were too low but couldn't figure out how to move. Business advice that never quite fit. A corporate job she'd gone back to just to survive financially.

In four months, everything changed. In this conversation we talk about:

    • What it actually felt like to spend five years doing work she loved intellectually but dreaded delivering — and why it took so long to name it
    • The certification trap — how she kept upskilling hoping credentials would justify prices that never moved
    • Why every piece of business advice she tried felt like trying to fit into clothes made for someone else's body
    • The moment she gave herself permission to stop doing one-on-one work entirely — and what that unlocked
    • How she went from thinking a four-figure USD price was a fantasy to having people actually sign up for it
    • What getting specific about her soulmate client taught her about herself — and why it became a way of reconnecting with her own experience

Sowjanya's first premium priced learning community container Fight or Flow launches this week. She is proof that the business model the industry handed you is not the only one available — and that sometimes the most financially transformational thing you can do is stop doing the thing that's draining you.

EP21: The MONEY wounds running your dog business17 Jul 202600:21:22

The money wounds running your dog pro business — and how to start seeing them.

Most dog pros assume their pricing problem is a strategy problem. It's almost never that. Underneath the benchmark pricing, the pre-emptive discounts and the invoices that apologise before they arrive is something older and deeper - a specific, conditioned relationship with money that was shaped long before you opened your business.

In this episode we go into exactly that. Where your relationship with money came from - the family messages, the cultural conditioning, the industry normalisation of undercharging that made low prices feel like integrity.

I walk you through 💵 5 money wounds 💵 so you can start to recognise which ones could be yours — and why naming them is always the first step to shifting them.

We close with one question to sit with this week — not an action, not a strategy, just a reflection that starts to move something.

EP20: How to find your soulmate client inside your existing client list right now10 Jul 202600:12:22

There's a client somewhere in your history who you still think about. Not because the case was difficult — because something went so right you caught yourself thinking: if every client was like them, I would never want to stop doing this work.

That's your soulmate client. And the chances are - they've already been in your world.

In this episode, we make a distinction that changes everything: the difference between an ideal client avatar and a soulmate client. Then I walk you through a four question exercise that goes through your existing client history and pulls out the pattern - who did the work, who got results that surprised you, who referred people exactly like themselves, who left you feeling more alive not more drained.

By the end you'll know exactly who your soulmate client is - and how to start speaking directly to them in everything you create.

EP19: 3 signs your business was built around the industry mould and not around you03 Jul 202600:14:16

    Welcome to The Permission Sessions.

A podcast series exclusively for the woman dog pro who is running her dog-centred business - but not quite fully in love with it yet.

You're good at what you do. You've been at this long enough to have proof of that. But somewhere between the work you dreamed of doing and the business you actually built, something got lost. The joy got a little quieter while the exhaustion got a little louder. And the gap between what you earn and what you know you're worth keeps showing up in ways you can't quite ignore anymore.

This series is for that woman.

In The Permission Sessions we explore what it actually takes to build a dog pro business that reflects the full depth of who you are - your expertise, your values, your vision, and yes, your bank account. Not by following someone else's blueprint or by doing more of what's already draining you. But by giving yourself permission - to charge differently, to offer differently, to market differently, to show up in your business as the full, unapologetic, untamed version of yourself that your best clients already know you to be.

No generic business advice. No hustle culture dressed up as strategy. Just honest, specific, inside-out conversations about what it takes to build a business you're actually in love with.

    Let's get into it 🍿

The first episode in this series is:

3 Signs Your Business Was Built Around The Industry Mould And Not Around You

If you've been in your dog pro business for a few years and you're still waking up on the first of the month doing mental math - this one's for you. I

n this episode we look at 3 of the most common patterns that keep brilliant, experienced women dog pros stuck, underpaid and exhausted - and why none of them are a reflection of your ability or your commitment to this work.

We also look at what you can start doing differently this week - one small shift at a time.

EP18: The Feral Woman Archetype — Who She Actually Is16 Jun 202600:29:11

This episode is part of the mini series - Meeting Your Feral Self.

The feral woman has been misrepresented.

In wellness spaces, in reclaim-your-wildness content, in the corners of the internet that celebrate feminine rage and burning it all down — the feral woman has become an aesthetic. A brand. A performance of liberation that looks nothing like what going feral actually feels like from the inside.

In this episode I'm going back to the source — to Clarissa Pinkola Estés and the Wild Woman archetype she named in Women Who Run With Wolves — and using it to show you who the feral woman actually is.

Not the woman who burned everything down.

Not the woman who stopped caring.

Not the woman who is performing wildness for an audience.

The woman who stopped pretending she didn't care. Who stopped disappearing inside the things she was trying to protect. Who started performing for no one — including herself.

And who you've already been — in at least one relationship — for longer than you know.

    In this episode:

    • Why the popular version of the feral woman is doing more harm than good — and who it's leaving behind
    • What Clarissa Pinkola Estés actually meant by the Wild Woman archetype — and why it's nothing like the aesthetic
    • The woman gone pale — Estés's description of what happens to a woman who has been separated from her instinctual nature for too long
    • Why the feral woman is not the woman who stopped caring — but the woman who stopped pretending she didn't
    • Why going feral is not destruction — it's the relational art of being fully present in your closest relationships without disappearing inside them
    • The dog as the daily, living expression of the Wild Woman archetype — and why most women have been in relationship with her every single day without knowing it
    • The Mirror Principle™ as the Wild Woman archetype in action
    • What the identity shift from situational to structural ferality actually feels like — and why it shows up not in grand gestures but in the specific texture of a Tuesday

    EP17: Situational v/s Structural Ferality10 Jun 202600:39:15

This episode is part of my mini podcast series called Meeting Your Feral Self 🐺 🔥

    Most women have experienced ferality.

The moment she said the thing. Held the limit. Stayed in her truth when everything in her wanted to fold.

And then - gradually, almost without noticing - she went back to old patterns and responses.

In this episode I'm naming one of the most important distinctions in this entire body of work: the difference between situational ferality and structural ferality. And why one gives you really good moments - and the other changes who you are.

I'm talking about what it actually takes for the nervous system to reorganise - not just understand the pattern, but change it at the level where it actually lives. I'm going into the cultural and generational weight of what she's carrying - and why she is often fighting patterns that predate her own experience entirely. And I'm naming what the system — patriarchy, toxic capitalism — has at stake in keeping women situationally feral rather than structurally feral.

And as always, I'm turning to dogs to show you what structural ferality actually looks like when it's real.

    In this episode:

    • What situational ferality is — and why it's not enough
    • Why the dog who has good days and hard days is showing you exactly where you are in this work
    • The nervous system science behind why insight alone never changes the pattern
    • Why the woman doing this work is fighting the conditioning of every woman who came before her — not just her own
    • What epigenetic transmission means for the women doing this work
    • How patriarchy and toxic capitalism depend on women staying situationally feral — and why structural ferality is the system's worst nightmare
    • What the shift from situational to structural ferality does to a woman's sense of identity
    • Why you cannot build structural ferality alone — and what you actually need

If this episode landed for you:

The Wild Room is my free private Telegram community for women who are done being the most attuned person in every room and the least attuned to themselves. Inside you'll find audio transmissions, the replay of the Not A Fucking Good Girl Anymore immersion and first access to everything about FERAL (including a new workshop on 24 June 2026)

FERAL is the 9-month container where this work goes all the way. Not more insight. Enough repetitions in real conditions — with real witnesses, in real relationships — that the nervous system finally updates its prediction.

016: Meeting Your Feral Self Mini Series10 Jun 202600:38:26

This epsiode kicks of my podcast's rebranding and a mini series called Meeting Your Feral Self. This is perfect for dog moms who have spent so much time advocating and attuning for everyone else but themselves.

Over the next 4-6 weeks, I'm going to be dropping weekly episodes that will feel like an initiation into becoming so frickin' feral in your relationships.

For years, I’ve sat with women and their dogs in deeply intimate work - the kind where it’s never really just about the dog. I’ve watched women learn to honour their dog’s boundaries, then go home and abandon their own. Watched them advocate for their dog’s safety and consent, while saying yes to things that feel like neither. Watched them develop extraordinary attunement - and offer none of it inward.

I know that split. Being feral in one relationship, and carefully contained in the rest. And it comes with such a high cost that so many women have just normalised paying for. But what if you don't need to pay that cost anymore? What if your relationships could look different? What if you could be less of a good girl and more intentionally feral?

By the end of this series, you won't just understand what ferality is - you'll have a deep inside-out sense of what's needed for you to become feral as a woman who no longer chooses to be palatable or the most understanding person in the room.

ps I 've opened doors to my new 9-months container for dog women, FERAL - an inner circle of women who are finally ready to  advocate as fiercely for themselves as they do for their dogs. Who are done with the automatic yes, with the paragraph after the no and with showing up in their relationships and business from the fear of asking too much.

For $2250 or 12 monthly payments of $188, you get access to:

    - Fortnightly group coaching

    - Monthly hot seat coaching

    - Private Telegram community for support

    - Potent + rich library of private audio transmissions

EP15: The ONE skill every dog mom should know but doesn't15 Jan 202600:21:00

We talk a lot about training, behavior, and “doing it right” with our dogs - but almost never about what happens after things go wrong.

In this episode, we explore relational repair: what it is, why it matters, and how it builds deep emotional safety between dog moms and their dogs. This conversation gently disrupts perfection-based dog culture and offers a more humane, nervous-system-aware approach to connection.

If you’ve ever felt guilt, frustration, or shame after a hard moment with your dog - this episode is for you.

    In this episode, we cover:

    - what relational repair actually means in dog-human relationships

    - why repair matters more than getting it "right" all the time

    - every day examples of repair + non-examples

    - why repair can feel inaccessible

    - how dogs experience rupture, safety and reconnection

    - the link between repair, trust & emotional resilience in dogs

    Who this episode is for:

    - dog moms who feel pressure to "get it right" all the time

    - dog moms of sensitive, reactive or complex dogs

    - anyone curious about nervous system aware dog parenting

    - humans learning to unlearn control based relationship models

    Gentle Reminder:

If repair feels hard or unfamiliar, you’re not broken. Many of us were never taught how repair works - this episode is an invitation to learn together, with compassion.
