When you go to the source of your strength and power first thing, the day just runs a bit different.
That crying toddler who won't let go of your legs while you cook breakfast, well you're finally able to respond calmly instead of reacting stressed and frazzled.
The irritated husband? You're able to see through his annoyance and understand exactly how you can support him instead of snapping his head off.
That work project you need to finish? Now you can get it done efficiently because you're calm, focused and know that you have been given exactly the time you need to accomplish it.
And it all starts with Jesus, mama! THIS simple step is what you need to stop falling victim to overwhelmed motherhood and start feeling present in your life.
