Wales host Middlesex at Lisvane CC in the D40 Quest. Going into the game Wales have played 1 and lost one. Middlesex had played 1 and won 1. The result could decide what type of season both teams will have.

My first attempt of match highlights between Sussex & Wales went rather well. In fact I’m planning on recording more in the future. Lucy is new to disability cricket and recently joined Shropshire. She made her debut during Covid19 pandemic and joined a squad of players she never knew existed.  On debut she was her teams 3rd highest run scorer and had her teams best bowling economy figures.

Amlyn Layton runs the community programme in Lancashire and talks about his time working in disability cricket. Amlyn is responsible for the Super1's, table cricket and also managers the S9's softball team. Amlyn also shares a bizarre cricket story.  I also gave another podcast a plug. Always a pleasure to talk to Matthew. You might remember he joined me on the very first results show when he bowled a hatrick. Several games have been played since then. Matthew talks about his time playing disability cricket and the opportunities Middlesex have given him. This episode was recorded several weeks ago before umpire John McIntyre passed away. RIP John.

Tom Law plays disability cricket. But he doesn't play in the National County Championships. Tom plays for Northants which play PAN disability cricket. They mainly play friendlies against other counties.

Another visit to Dorset Disability County Cricket to interview Sam Marks. He opens the batting for the disability section and opens the bowling for his Saturday league team Swanage CC. 

Cricket is in the family. His father is the matchday coach, his mother is the treasurer and his younger brother also plays for the disability section.
