| Didaché - An Interview With Conrad Mbewe | 22 Oct 2024 | 00:20:35 | |
In this illuminating episode of Didaché, Justin Peters interviews renowned African pastor Conrad Mbewe about the critical Publishing for Africa initiative. Mbewe, who has shepherded Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia, for 37 years, shares his vision for providing affordable, doctrinally sound literature to African Christians. Through their discussion, Peters and Mbewe unpack the urgent need for theological resources in Africa, where many believers lack access to fundamental biblical teaching. The conversation highlights how the project has evolved since receiving initial support and emphasizes the ongoing mission to combat theological misconceptions across the continent.
| Didaché - Is Jesus Appearing to Muslims In Dreams and Visions? | 17 Oct 2024 | 00:36:53 | |
In this thought-provoking episode of Didaché, Justin Peters delves into the controversial phenomenon of Jesus allegedly appearing to Muslims in dreams and visions. Joined by author Jim Osman, they critically evaluate these claims through a biblical lens, examining why such accounts may be problematic from theological and practical perspectives. Peters and Osman raise essential questions about the role of gospel proclamation, the authority of Scripture, and the potential dangers of accepting these vision narratives without scrutiny. The discussion challenges common evangelical assumptions while emphasizing the importance of biblical teaching and the Great Commission in reaching Muslims with the gospel message.

In this podcast, Justin Peters delves into divine intervention, particularly concerning a recent event involving former President Donald Trump. Peters critiques the notion that God’s intervention saved Trump from an assassination attempt, arguing instead that God is always actively sustaining the universe rather than intervening sporadically. He explains that Trump’s survival was not a miracle but a manifestation of God’s constant providence, emphasizing the importance of proper biblical interpretation and understanding God’s continuous involvement in His creation.

| Didaché - Two People Responded To My Prophetic Challenge! | 25 May 2022 | 00:26:55 | |
Last month, I challenged any charismatic prophet to ask God to tell you when and how the war in Ukraine will end. I said this would be their opportunity to prove me wrong. Two of them actually responded to my challenge. Here is what they said. *I identified Steven Anderson as an Independent Fundamentalist Baptist (IFB). Though he technically is, I do want to state that Anderson is not publicly endorsed, nor is he even privately approved by most people in the IFB denomination. I did not think to make this distinction in the video, but I should have. Any other theological differences aside (KJV-only position, for example), it is unfair to think that all IFB members are like Steven Anderson. Many IFB members eschew Steven Anderson, and rightly so.

| Didaché - Kicked Out Of Charis | 07 May 2022 | 01:07:21 | |
Charis Bible College is led by Word-Faith preacher Andrew Wommack. Last week, I was preaching at a nearby church, and while there, the pastor, a few other church members, and I dropped by Charis to visit. We were invited in, and we sat in on a class. I was kicked out of Charis for asking a question. Here is how it happened, why I did it, and how the end will be quite an encouraging surprise.

| Didaché - FBC Orlando Follow Up | 09 Apr 2022 | 02:11:34 | |
In a compelling follow-up to his previous discussion on First Baptist Orlando, Justin Peters delves into the church's controversial practices, interviewing pastors Casey Butner and Tom Buck. The discussion reveals that First Baptist Orlando openly admits to having LGBTQ individuals grow and serve within the church, a practice that has sparked intense debate and concern. Peters and his guests scrutinize the theological and doctrinal implications of such inclusivity, particularly highlighting the church’s stance on baptizing unrepentant homosexuals and transgender individuals. The dialogue underscores a significant shift in the Southern Baptist Convention’s approach to social issues, raising questions about the denomination's future direction. Videos on Ed Litton's extensive plagiarism and general theological compromise in the SBC:

This is the latest installment in my “Why Are Charismatics So Weird?” series. Sid Roth had a guest on his program who claimed he could translate—not languages—but from one geographical location to the next, as in a “Beam me up, Scotty” kind of way. I'll play the clips and give a theological evaluation. As a side note, for some reason, I said "Twilight Show" instead of "Twilight Zone." I didn't even realize I said that until I watched the video after posting it. I started to take the video down and re-record that part but then thought, "Nah. Too much trouble." So, my apologies to all the Twilight Zone fans out there!

| Didaché - FBC Orlando’s Shocking Capitulation | 16 Feb 2022 | 00:50:44 | |
First Baptist Church, Orlando, Florida, is one of the largest churches in the SBC. They have completely capitulated to the culture of homosexuality. In this video, you will see that their pastor says that a healthy church must include “LGBTQ, Transgendered people, sexually immoral people, and heretics. This is not hyperbole. Where is the outrage? Why has this church not been disciplined out of the SBC? You will not believe who was identified as the “chief cornerstone” of 1 Peter 2. You might assume this thumbnail is clickbait. I can assure you it is not. Please watch the entire video.

| Didaché - Jim Osman Calls and Challenges Dr. Michael Brown | 02 Feb 2022 | 01:21:15 | |
Back in October, pastor Jim Osman called into Dr. Michael Brown’s program, Ask Dr. Brown. Brown was speaking on discernment. So Jim called to challenge him on discernment, given that Brown has partnered with, endorsed, and provided shade for the worst heretics and most obvious charlatans in the Charismatic Movement. In this episode, I interview Jim Osman, and we will discuss Michael Brown's massive lack of discernment, which is, sadly, characteristic of the Charismatic Movement. | Didaché - Why I’m No Longer a Fan of the Babylon Bee | 09 Jan 2022 | 00:43:42
The guys at Babylon Bee recently had a nearly two-hour in-person interview with Elon Musk. Toward the end, they brought up Jesus with him and failed miserably. Elon was asking questions about Jesus, questions which they never answered. Elon is not a Christian and does not understand the Gospel, yet these men who call themselves a “Christian ministry” did not care enough about his soul to give him the Good News. They intentionally left him in darkness. This was an absolute tragedy and inexcusable. I will no longer support the Babylon Bee or share their material in any way.

Here is another clip of Todd White that is utterly indefensible. This one is worse than the other. Let me say, though, that the clip of Todd White in today’s podcast is very disturbing.
