Épisode 132
mardi 8 février 2022 • Durée 09:11
It has been a few weeks since we’ve had a new episode and this one is a short one about self-compassion. I also talk about why I took a break from writing the weekly letter (don’t worry, it will be back soon) and how healing it has been to take a pause from one pursuit to make space for another.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.

Ep. 123: Dr. Piero Calvi-Parisetti - Is Death Real?
Épisode 123
mardi 26 octobre 2021 • Durée 01:07:51
Today’s episode is with Dr. Piero Calvi-Parisetti who has dedicated the last 15 years of his life to exploring the data and evidence in our world to see if there really is life after death and death truly is just a doorway. I felt truly connected with him. He cares so much about people that have lost their loved ones and he wants to help alleviate some of that grief by making sure they know that death is not the end. You’re going to be left with less doubt about the survival of consciousness and you will enjoy his in-depth and scientific exploration of the afterlife.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.
More About Dr. Piero Calvi-Parisetti
Scottish/Italian author and speaker Piero Calvi-Parisetti is a medical doctor originally specialising in Public Health and Disaster Management. After working with the International Red Cross and the United Nations in the management of international humanitarian aid operations, at the end of year 2000 he took up a late academic career. Until 2015, he has been Professor of Emergencies and Humanitarian Action at Milan University (Italy) and a visiting professor at several other universities.
In 2004, a simple anecdote narrated by his wife triggered an intellectual interest, at first, and then a true scholarly passion for psychical research, especially for the study of scientific evidence pointing to the survival of human personality of bodily death. By digesting some 30,000 pages of literature, attending international conferences and study days, interviewing the researchers and even training personally with Dr Raymond Moody (the first physician to write about Near-Death Experiences in 1975), Dr Parisetti became convinced that mind and consciousness cannot be reduced to the activity of the brain, and, in a way which we do not understand, they survive the death of the body.
He is the author of five books and the producer of an 8-hour video course on various aspects of the survival hypothesis. He closely collaborates with the Forever Family Foundation, a nonreligious, not for profit organisation strong of over 12,000 members worldwide dedicated to furthering the knowledge of afterlife science among the bereaved.
You can connect with him via his website, or Facebook.

Ep. 122: David Richman - Winning in the Middle of the Pack
Épisode 122
mardi 19 octobre 2021 • Durée 01:03:03
Now and again, I get to have a conversation with someone who is so extraordinary in ways that I didn’t expect even after researching their lives and accomplishments. In this case, David Richman was exactly that. He discusses the journey he has been on to change his life, change the lives of his kids, to impact the cancer world and inspire cancer survivors to be more connected and get the help they need, to live a healthier life despite his upbringing and the original narrative of his life. If you’re looking to better your life and understand why his book “Winning in the Middle of the Pack” was so impactful to me, this is the episode for you.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.

Épisode 121
mardi 12 octobre 2021 • Durée 57:22
Today’s episode is with one of my favorite people in the universe, astronaut Nicole Stott. Her book, “Back to Earth” is out now for everyone to enjoy. We talk about her incredible experiences under the ocean, in space, and how the process of making art with no gravity is strange and magical. Her book is extraordinary and her heart and soul is all about reminding us that we are the guardians of planet Earth, not only for ourselves, but for our kids and future generations. It is so important that we can protect this beautiful space ship that we all live on and that we remember to tap into the feeling of connectivity that lives inside all of us.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.

Ep. 120: Paul Selig - A Conversation with a Channel About Our True Self
Épisode 120
mardi 5 octobre 2021 • Durée 56:35
Today’s conversation is going to feel very different. This is an opportunity for the person who sees the world in a more traditional way to see it in a very new way. My guest today is Paul Selig. He is a channel. A receiver that shares information from guides, who are not here in the physical world, that is insightful and life changing. I believe many of you will be surprised at the intelligence and importance of what Paul’s guides share. In this episode, we talk about his new book “The Kingdom”. All of his books have been channeled and received in a short amount of time, well-written, and already edited. They are direct from the source.
If you are looking to witness yourself and your life from a different place, from what is called the “upper room” where energy is higher, where creation is a fearless experience, then I hope you listen in to this conversation with an open mind.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.
More About Paul Selig
Paul Selig is considered to be one of the foremost spiritual channels working today. In his nine breakthrough works of channeled literature, including I Am the Word, The Book of Mastery, and the Beyond the Known Trilogy: Realization, Alchemy, and The Kingdom author and medium Paul Selig has recorded an extraordinary program for personal and planetary evolution as humankind awakens to its own divine nature.
Paul was born in New York City and received his master’s degree from Yale. A spiritual experience in 1987 left him clairvoyant. Described as “a medium for the living,” Paul has the unique ability to step into and “become” the people his clients ask about, often taking on their personalities and physical characteristics as he “hears” them telepathically.
His work has been featured on ABC News Nightline, Fox News, the Biography Channel’s The UnXplained and Gaiam TV’s Beyond Belief. Also a noted academic, Paul served on the faculty of NYU for over 25 years and is the former director of the MFA in Creative Writing Program at Goddard College. Paul offers channeled workshops internationally, conducts frequent live-stream seminars and makes his home on the Island of Maui.
You can connect with him via his website, Instagram, and Facebook.

Épisode 118
mardi 21 septembre 2021 • Durée 03:50
For those who follow me on Instagram, you see that I often post photographs of the sunrise and I feel that there’s something really special about it. There is some kind of connection between us and the sun, almost some kind of communication.
When I am watching the sunrise, I feel that each day gets a fresh start. As if someone is telling me that the day is going to be ok. Everything is better for those few moments.
I encourage you to seek out the sunrise tomorrow and see how it makes you feel.

I felt really connected to who she was and her message and I hope that you will, too.

Ep. 116: Elina & Isabel - An Intimate Conversation About Loss With My Daughters
Épisode 116
mardi 10 août 2021 • Durée 01:03:58
Today’s episode is a very special one. I invited my daughters for the first time to publicly share about their loss journey. They share how the loss of their dad was experienced differently in different stages in their lives. They talk about the relationship they have with him now and how it has evolved over the years. How they dealt with sharing their loss with their friends. How it impacted their lives then and now. This is definitely up close and personal. Informal and real. It will feel as if you are here with us.
