His life was shattered as his family was involved in a fatal car accident that took the lives of his brother Race Sawyer, his nephew Rider Sawyer, his wife Kortni, his son Riggins, and his daughter Franki. The accident occurred on July 25, 2021. Mason has now become solely focused on raising his son, Blue, who survived the car accident. His incredibly traumatic story comes with his grief journey of healing and continuing his life forward. Mason Sawyer is the host of The10Ninety Podcast. He's found peace in this loss through talking, sharing his story and helping others.

Hip Hop Artist, Rowlan, lost his best friend suddenly in late 2022 and he was the one that found him dead. Burdened with the responsibility to make calls to his family he shares his recent grief process of coping with the trauma of seeing his best friend die and all the feelings of grief and loss that come with it. He used his creativity with music to cope and has been able to go completely introspective with his grief process and what he got out of surviving grief.
