Dragon Ball Super premiered with movies and brand new arcs ten years ago. Stacey and Adrian look back at Super and discuss what makes it special to the Dragon Ball franchise. Both guys also talk about some of their favorite moments in the Super arcs and manga chapters. Next, Stacey and Adrian discuss Broly's power, which was a popular topic after Dragon Ball released the color pages of the last Super chapter that shows Broly in his most powerful form. Lastly, Stacey and Adrian pick which race they would rather be. The choices are: Saiyan, Kryptonian, Viltrumite, and Martian.

Stacey and Adrian each list three movies from Dragon Ball's non-canon library that they would like to see on the canon timeline. Stacey starts the conversation with the Cooler movies, in which Adrian agrees. Adrian's first choice is Fusion Reborn, in which entices Stacey to share his favorite parts of that movie. However, Stacey gave a thumbs down to Adrian's other choices which involves Goku's "doppelgänger" and Trunk's star appearance. At the end of the episode, Stacey shared a bonus movie involving the Saiyans that Adrian never seen before.

Stacey and Adrian discuss the vocal performance of Sean Schemmel, who plays Goku in the English version of Dragon Ball, in the Daima arc when Super Saiyan 4 battled Gomah. Both host agreed that the original Super Saiyan transformation is their favorite Schemmel performance. Next, Stacey and Adrian debate if Dragon Ball Daima should continue into Super or should they be two different timelines. Lastly, Stacey and Adrian choose one arc each to redo in the anime and give detailed reasons why. Both guys want Gohan to get more shine and eventually take over the duties of training the next generation of Z Fighters.

Stacey and Adrian were split about one fight in particular. Stacey recently rewatched the Saiyan Arc. He posed a question to Adrian: Which Saiyan would you bring back to life between Bardock, Raditz, and Nappa? Both have the same answer and explore a movie idea. Next, Stacey and Adrian list their top five arcs in the Dragon Ball anime with different results. Stacey believes the Tournament of Power arc is the best bur Adrian votes for the Cell Arc. Lastly, Stacey and Adrian dismiss the idea of Dragon Ball Daima having a second season, but Adrian has an alternate plan.

The episode began with Stacey giving Adrian reasons why Dragon Ball creators should animate the Moro Arc, which was highly popular in the manga. Adrian agrees and both talk about their favorite parts of the arc in the manga. Then, Stacey pitches a movie idea for Dragon Ball, which is a prehistoric saiyan movie featuring the first super saiyan. Adrian is down for the idea as long as it does not involve Frieza. Finally, the episode ends with Stacey and Adrian reveal which transformation they want for themselves.
